目的 探讨在消化内科住院患者的护理管理中应用系统健康教育的效果。方法 选择2016年6月—2018年4月在我院消化内科住院的患者240例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组120例。对照组开展常规护理管理,观察组在此基础上开展系统健康教育。比较两组干预前后遵医行为、健康知识掌握度、心理状态评分。结果 干预后,两组的健康知识掌握度均较干预前显著提高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的遵医行为显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组焦虑自评量表(SDS)和抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)均较干预前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分均显著提高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在消化内科住院患者的护理管理中开展系统健康教育有利于提高患者的健康知识掌握度及遵医行为,改善其心理状态及生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of system health education in nursing management of inpatients in department of gastroenterology. Methods 240patients admitted to our hospitalofDepartment of Gastroenterology from June 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 120 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine nursing management, the observation group underwentsystematic health education on this basis. Thecompliance with medical behavior,health knowledge mastery, mental state scoreof the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, thehealth knowledge masteryof the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group ( P <0.05);the compliance with medical behaviorofobservation group was significantly higher than the control group ( P <0.05);thescores ofself-rating anxiety scale (SAS) andself-ratingdepressionscale (SDS)of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Systematic health education in the nursing management of inpatients in the Department of Gastroenterology is beneficial to improve the patient's health knowledge and compliance with medical behavior, and improve the mental state ofpatients.
