pH值对分散荧光染料色光的影响 预览

摘要 荧光黄10GN和荧光红G是常用的两支荧光分散染料。本文从荧光反射率和色光的角度,分析了pH值对染色及后处理过程的影响,并分析了荧光黄10GN与彩蓝B、荧光红G和分散红CBN-T的拼色性能。结果发现,荧光黄10GN的荧光反射率和色光对pH的依存性不高,染浴只要在弱酸性条件下均有较好的上染;荧光红G的荧光反射率和色光对pH的依存性较高,随着pH的降低,荧光反射率下降,且色光偏蓝;荧光黄10GN与彩蓝B拼鲜蓝、鲜绿色,荧光红G与分散红CBN-T拼亮红、亮橘色,这两个组合均为易色花组合,选择合适的升温速率和保温点对染色至关重要。 Fluorescent yellow 10GN and fluorescent red G are commonly used two disperse fluorescent dyes. From the perspective of fluorescence reflectivity and colored light, the influences of pH were analyzed in the process of dyeing and finishing, and also the color matching performances of fluorescent yellow 10GN, color blue B, fluorescent red G and disperse red CBN-T were analyzed. Results show that the fuorescent reflectivity and color shade of fluorescent yellow 10GN are not high for the pH dependency, as long as in weak acid dye bath conditions there will be relatively good dyeing;fluorescent reflectivity and color shade of Fluorescence red G is higher for pH dependency, with the reduction of pH, it's fluorescent reflectivity also decreased, and it’s color tended to blue;Fluorescent yellow 10GN and colour blue B spell bright blue, bright green, Fluorescence red G and disperse red CBN-T spell to bright red, bright orange, the two groups are all easy to colour combination, so choosing the appropriate heating rate and heat preservation is very important to dyeing.
