面向装配过程的在线质量控制系统研究 预览

摘要 传统机械产品装配过程由于存在手工化操作以及故障信息多源异构等等问题,导致整个产品装配线集成困难,自动化的程度不够,质量也难以全局控制。以某轿车生产厂的轮胎装配过程为应用背景,探讨和研究了面向装配过程在线质量控制系统(online quality control system to assembling process,OQCS2AP)的设计和实施。针对传统装配过程依据物联网的三层结构做了有针对性的装配过程业务逻辑转化,尤其针对传统流程中的部分手动检测的工步进行了业务层对面向装配过程在线质量控制系统的映射,使整个生产线的效率和质量大大提高。 Due to the problems of manual operation and multi-source heterogeneity of fault information in traditional mechanical product assembly process,it is difficult to integrate the whole product assembly line into an automatic control system for insufficient automation degree and difficult global quality control.In this paper,based on the application background of a tire assembly process of a car manufacturer,the design and implementation of Online Quality Control System to Assembling Process(OQCS2AP)are discussed and studied.Aiming at the traditional assembly process,according to the three-layer structure of the Internet of Things,the business logic transformation of equipment process is made.Especially for some manual inspection steps in the traditional process,the mapping of business layer to the online quality control system of assembly process is carried out,which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of the whole production line.
