大型复杂钢结构球型铰支座的力学性能——轴压荷载下的转动性能 预览

Mechanical Behaviors of Large-tonnage Complex Steel Spherical Hinged Support:Rotation Behavior Subjected to Axial Compressive Load

摘要 钢结构球型铰支座具有承载能力高、传力可靠、转动灵活(万向铰)、适应节点大位移大转角需要等优点,但在各种荷载组合作用下,支座节点受力较为复杂,且对整体结构的受力安全有着非常重要的影响.文中以广州白云国际机场扩建工程二号航站楼的大吨位复杂钢结构球型铰支座为例,进行足尺原型试验及有限元模拟分析,研究其在轴压荷载下的转动性能,并根据试验及有限元模拟结果提出了在轴压荷载下的支座转动刚度模型,用于整体结构的精细化分析.结果表明:试验数据与有限元模拟结果基本吻合,应力及变形曲线的发展趋势一致;支座的实测转动力矩小于规范规定值,其转动性能满足规范和设计要求. The steel spherical hinged support has the advantages of high loading capacity,reliable transfer of loads,flexible rotation with universal hinge,and allowance of large displacement and rotation angle.However,supports are in complex forced states subjected to various load combinations,which leads to the significant influence on integral structural safety.Taking the large-tonnage complex steel spherical hinged support of T2 of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport for example,the full-scale experiments and finite element simulation analysis were carried out and the rotation behavior of the support subjected to axial compressive load was studied.The rotation stiffness model of support subjected to axial compressive load was proposed for the refinement analysis of integral structure.The results show that the results of experiments and finite element simulations are similar,and the development tendency of stress and deformation of them is coincident.In addition,the actual rotational moment is less than that prescriptive by code and the rotation behavior is satisfied for the requirements of code and design.
