不同土壤条件对越橘生长发育及果实品质的影响

Effects of Different Soil Condition on the Growth and Fruit Quality of Blueberry

摘要 以吉林省蛟河市、靖宇县2个地区现有越橘种植土壤条件为研究对象,将土壤条件分为草炭地、改良地和园土地3种,研究了2个地区不同土壤条件下越橘品种“北陆”的生长特性,探究了土壤养分与果实品质的相关性,为提高果实品质的土壤改良技术提供参考依据。结果表明:2个地区3种土壤条件有机质含量存在显著差异,均表现出草炭地>改良地>园土地的现象,且均大于4%;各土壤条件下果实可溶性糖含量差异不显著,靖宇园土地有机酸含量最高,蛟河草炭地果实维生素C含量最高,靖宇改良地果实花色苷含量最高。相关性分析表明,土壤养分含量与果实品质相关性较强,土壤有机质含量与可溶性固形物及维生素C含量呈极显著正相关,与花色苷含量呈显著负相关。因此,调节土壤有机质含量是2个地区种植越橘的首要问题。 The soil condition of blueberry cultivation in Jiaohe and Jinglyu of Jilin Province were investigated,we divided the soil into three condition,peat land,improved land and garden land.The experiment was conducted to study the growth of the cultivar blueberry ‘Northland’ under different soil conditions in the two regions,and the correlation between soil nutrients and fruit quality was explored to provide theoretical basis of obtaining soil improvement technology to improve fruit quality.The results showed that the organic matter content of three soil conditions in the two regions had significantly differences,both of which showed the same phenomenon,peat land>improved land>garden land,and the organic mater content in different soil conditions were more than four percent.The soluble sugar content of fruit was not significant under different soil conditions,and the organic acid content was the highest in Jingyu garden land,and the vitamin C content was the highest in Jiaohe peat land,and the anthocyanin content was the highest in Jingyu improved land.The correlation analysis indicated that the soil nutrient content showed high significant positive correlation with the fruit quality.Soil organic matter content had a significantly positive correlation with the contents of soluble solids and vitamin C,and obviously negative correlated with anthocyanin content.Therefore,adjusting the soil organic matter content was the primary problem of culturing blueberry in two regions.
