基于YOLOv3的闯红灯行人数统计系统设计 预览

摘要 针对闯红灯经常带来严重交通事故的现象,提出一种基于YOLOv3的闯红灯行人数统计解决方案。该方案分为前端图像处理和后端数据统计两个部分,主要包括实时视频采集、红绿灯时间检测、行人检测和数据统计。系统对YOLOv3算法进行了改进,使用VOC数据集训练了只仅能检测人物的模型并且将视频流抽帧检测,大大提高了运算的实时性,同时增加了框选人物的数量统计和方框坐标信息的实时返回,实现了行人闯红灯的数量统计。后台数据通过文件操作将关键信息存储起来。实际操作中,系统具有良好的实时性和准确性,能为城市管理者规划交通提供有效的数据支撑,利于智慧城市的建设。 Aiming at the phenomenon that the red light often brings serious traffic accidents,a statistical solution based on YOLOv3 for the number of red light lines is proposed. The program is divided into two parts: front- end image processing and back-end data statistics,including real-time video capture, traffic light time detection,pedestrian detection and data statistics. The system improved the YOLOv3 algorithm,and used the VOC dataset to train the model that can only detect the characters and detect the video stream,which greatly improved the real- time performance of the operation,and increased the statistics and box coordinates of the number of selected characters. The real-time return of information realizes the statistics of the number of pedestrians red light. Background data stores key information through file operations. In practice,the system has good real-time and accuracy,and can provide effective data support for urban managers to plan traffic,which is conducive to urban security and smart city construction.
