化工工程设计案例教学及课堂翻转研究 预览

摘要 针对化工工程设计课程,采用理论教学、案例教学和课堂翻转相结合的模式对其进行改革。理论讲授以案例讲解以及厂区布置、管道和车间设计等案例不包括的内容为主,要流程设计通过学生组队、自主学习,以案例的形式完成。整个案例设计过程包括教学准备、自主学习和效果评价几个阶段,其中上机课的小组交流、师生互动实现了课堂的翻转。为了提高学生的设计热情,案例的选取与全国大学生化工设计竞赛相结合,取得了良好效果。 Theory teaching,case teaching and class flipping were utilized to reform the course of chemical engineering design.Case explanation and the design of the plant,pipelines and workshops were taught during theory teaching.The main process design was accomplished through the independent study of the group students in the mode of case teaching.The case teaching process is comprised of three stages,i.e.,teaching preparation,self-directed study and effect evaluation.The class flipping was achieved by the group communication and student-teacher interaction in the computer practice class.To enhance the enthusiasm of the students,the selection of the case was combined with national competition on chemical engineering design and good results have been achieved.
