卧虎山隧道左线上导坑出洞施工技术 预览

摘要 6标卧虎山隧道左线进口端洞口位于山腰上,山体陡峭,紧邻5标的桥梁工地,受线路的走向及场地的限制,隧道洞口桥隧相连、地形陡峭,不便于直接进洞,在满足工期要求的前提下,确定从左线出口端向进口端单向掘进再利用洞口30m左侧先行上导坑出洞的施工方案,仰坡刷坡时预留核心土,便于施做套拱、管棚,加固洞口段围岩,洞身采用双侧壁导坑法开挖,水压爆破松动,保证了施工安全,解决了进口端不便于直接进洞的问题。 The opening of the left entrance of Wohushan Tunnel is located on the mountainside,with steep hill and close to the bridge site of 5 marks. Due to the direction of the line and site restrictions,the tunnel entrance is connected with the bridge and the tunnel,and the terrain is steep,which is not convenient for direct tunnel entry. On the premise of meeting the requirements of the construction period,the construction scheme of unidirectional excavation from the left exit to the entrance is determined,and then the left side of the entrance is used to advance the tunnel exit first. The core soil is reserved for the uphill slope brushing,which is convenient for arch sleeve,pipe shed,reinforcement of the surrounding rock of the tunnel entrance section,excavation of the tunnel body by double-sided guide pit method,loose hydraulic blasting,ensuring construction safety,solving the problem that the entrance is not easy to enter directly.
