气相色谱检测不同种植方式铁皮石斛中石斛碱含量及挥发性成分分析 被引量:5

Gas Chromatography Test Different Ways of Planting Tin Pattern Dendrobium candidum Welcome Alkali Content and the Analysis of Volatile Components

摘要 探索不同种植方式铁皮石斛石斛碱含量和挥发性成分的差异,采用GC-MS法分析四种不同种植方式铁皮石斛石斛碱含量和挥发性成分,石斛碱含量以仿野生岩石种植方式最高,达到0.281%,其次是仿野生铁树种植,石斛碱含量为0.179%,大棚种植石斛碱含量为0.097%,盆栽种植方式石斛碱含量最低,为0.067%,仿野生两种种植方式石斛碱含量明显高于其他两种种植方式。分别鉴定出10、13、15、12种挥发性成分,其中相同成分9种,不同成分8种。结果显示岩石种植方式石斛碱含量高,挥发性成分丰富,是目前最适合铁皮石斛的人工种植方式。实验为选取铁皮石斛最佳种植方式提供评价依据。 In order to explore dendrobine content and volatile components of Dendrobium candidum on different planting ways, the research used GC-MS method to analyse dendrobine content and volatile components from four different planting ways. The research found that imitation of wild rock cropping pattern had the highest dendrobine content, reached 0.281%, the second is the imitation of wild cycas planting, caulis dendrobii alkali content of0.179%, greenhouse plant alkali content of 0.097%, potted planting form caulis dendrobii alkali content is the lowest, at 0.067%, imitation of wild two planting ways caulis dendrobii alkali content significantly higher than the other two planting ways also identified 10, 13, 15, 12 kinds of volatile components. The same compounds nine,eight different ingredients. The results showed that the rock cropping pattern dendrobine content was the highest,volatile composition was rich, this pattern was the most suitable artificial planting form. The experiment provide scientific basis for seeking best way to grow Dendrobium candidum, also provide theoretical basis for large area of cultivation and promotion of Dendrobium candidum.
