车架冲压工艺规划浅析 被引量:1

摘要 近年来随着卡车市场竞争加剧,行业形势日趋严峻,传统的卡车制造方式已无法满足。传统的大批量生产组织方式将被市场化的柔性化生产组织方式多样化、个性化所代替。对于汽车行业而言,它是柔性化生产概念体现得最为彻底的一个行业。针对整个商用车卡车领域,近十年来都在积极探索和应用柔性化生产工艺,并取得了相当优异的成果,特别是在卡车车架冲压工艺规划方面。通过分析不同产品车架纵梁,制定专业化的冲压工艺路线,规划相匹配的车架冲压车间及工艺设备,生产优质卡车纵梁,以适应瞬息万变的市场需求。 In recent years,with the intensification of truck market competition,the industry situation is becoming more and more severe,and the traditional truck manufacturing mode has been unable to meet.The traditional organization mode of mass production will be replaced by the diversification and individualization of flexible production organization mode of marketization.For the automobile industry,it is the most thorough industry embodied in the concept of flexible production.For the whole field of commercial trucks and trucks,flexible production technology has been actively explored and applied in the past ten years,and quite excellent results have been achieved,especially in the planning of stamping process for truck frame.This paper mainly analyses the frame longitudinal beams of different products,formulates specialized stamping process route,plans matching frame stamping workshop and process equipment,and produces high-quality truck longitudinal beams to meet the changing market demand.
