磷矿尾矿资源化利用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 磷矿尾矿中含有丰富的磷、镁、钙、铁、铝、氟等资源,目前尾矿利用率较低,主要储存于尾矿库中,造成了资源的浪费和环境的污染。随着国家对环保的要求越来越高,以及磷资源品位的逐渐下降,使得对胶磷矿尾矿二次资源的开发利用显得尤为重要。磷尾矿资源化利用途径主要有碳酸盐型胶磷矿浮选尾矿再选、胶磷矿擦洗尾矿再选、化学法提取磷矿尾矿中的有用元素、利用磷尾矿制备肥料、磷尾矿用于制备建筑或路基材料等。加强对磷尾矿性质的认识,以及对浮选法和化学法利用磷尾矿的机理研究,开发出新型磷尾矿资源化利用的实用技术是解决磷尾矿资源化利用问题的关键。目前在磷尾矿的资源化利用研究中,学科之间的交叉和融合程度较低,应加大多学科之间的技术交流,从矿物学、矿物加工学、化工、材料、肥料学和植物营养学等多学科综合考虑,开发出经济效益高的产品,形成经济和环境协同发展的绿色产业链。 Phosphate tailings are rich in phosphorus,magnesium,calcium,iron,aluminum,fluorine and other resources.At present,the utilization rate of tailings is relatively low,which is mainly stored in tailings pond,resulting in waste of resources and environmental pollution.With the increasing requirement of environmental protection from the country,and the gradual decline of phosphate resources grade,the exploitation and utilization of secondary resources of collophanite tailings become extremely important.The main ways of phosphate tailings resources utilization mainly include reconcentration of flotation tailings of carbonate type collophanite,reconcentration of scrubbing tailings of collophanite,extraction of useful elements from phosphate tailings by chemical method,preparation of fertilizer by using phosphate tailings,preparation of building or roadbed materials by using phosphate tailings,etc.The key to solve the problem is to strengthen the deep understanding of the properties of phosphate tailings and to study the mechanism of the utilization of phosphate tailings by flotation and chemical methods as well as to develop a new practical technology for the utilization of phosphate tailings.At present,the degree of interdisciplinary intersection and integration is relatively low in the research on the utilization of phosphate tailings.The technological exchanges among multiple disciplines should be increased.Taking mineralogy,mineral processing,chemical engineering,materials,fertilizer science,plant nutrition and other disciplines into comprehensive consideration,products with high economic benefits should be developed to form a green industrial chain of coordinated economic and environmental development.
