Aiming at the problem of load-bearing capacity decline of long-term serving naval vessels, a stress monitoring and health assessment system for hull structure is designed. The research status of hull structure stress monitoring and health assessment system is discussed. The function modules, hardware and software implementation approaches and key technologies to be solved are introduced in detail. Through real-time acquisition, storage, monitoring, alarm and evaluation of hull structure monitoring data, the system can timely forecast faults and reduce maintenance costs. It has important guiding significance for the use, maintenance, repair and construction of warships.
