摘要 p38MAPK通路是MAPK通路的重要组成部分,介导多种转录因子的表达,在细胞炎症、侵袭、凋亡中发挥着重要作用。脑缺血再灌注损伤是缺血的脑组织在恢复供血的情况下,损伤程度加重的病理现象。近些年研究发现p38MAPK通路与脑缺血再灌注损伤息息相关。本文就近年来对p38MAPK通路与脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制研究进展进行综述。 The p38MAPK pathway is an important part of the MAPK pathway,which mediates the expression of a variety of transcription factors,and plays an important role in cell inflammation,invasion and apoptosis.Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is a pathological phenomenon in which the damage of the ischemic brain tissue is aggravated when the blood supply is restored.In recent years,studies have found that the p38MAPK pathway is closely related to cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Therefore,this article summarizes the research progress on the mechanism of p38MAPK pathway and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in recent years.
