摘要
针对湿气中液相含量测量困难以及湿气流型对测量精度影响较大的问题,首先设计了一种由旋流器和文丘里管喷嘴组成的湿气双参数测量装置。该装置利用旋流器将湿气调整成强制环状流,引入了用强制环状流状态下文丘里管喷嘴节流压差与离心压差之比表示的无量纲数M,分别确定了湿气虚高和液气质量流量比与M和气相弗劳德数Fr g之间的关系,进而建立了湿气双参数测量模型。通过数值模拟对测量装置内的流场特性进行了分析,并搭建室内实验平台对建立的湿气测量模型进行了验证。实验结果表明:在气相弗劳德数为0.7~1.5以及Lockhart-Martinelli数为0~0.2的范围内,湿气气相流量测量误差在±3%以内,液相测量误差在±10%以内。该测量方法将为工业生产中湿气的实时测量提供一种新的思路,具有一定的工程意义。
A dual-parameter measuring device of wet gas is designed to solve the difficulty in measuring liquid content in wet gas and the influence of the flow pattern on wet gas measurement accuracy,and the device consists of a swirler and a Venturi nozzle.The device uses a swirler to reform the wet gas flow into a forced annular flow.Lockhart-Martinelli parameter expressed by the ratio of the Venturi throttle pressure difference to the centrifugal pressure difference under the condition of forced annular flow is constructed.The relationships of the over-reading of wet gas flow-rate and the liquid-gas flow ratio with the M parameter and the gas phase Froude number Fr g are determined respectively to establish the two-parameter measurement model of wet gas.The flow field characteristics in the measuring device are analyzed through numerical simulation,and an indoor experimental platform is established to verify the proposed model.Results show that when Froude number is in the range of 0.7-1.5 and the Lockhart-Martinelli parameter is in the range of 0-0.2,the measurement error of gas phase is within±3%and of liquid phase is within±10%.This measuring method will provide a new idea for real-time measurement of wet gas in industrial production and has certain engineering significance.
