基于PSR模型的新疆旅游发展与交通运输业耦合协调研究 认领

Coupling coordination based on PSR model between Xinjiang tourism development and transportation industry

摘要 基于新疆2010—2019年的相关统计数据,引入压力-状态-响应和耦合协调度模型,选取部分指标构建评价指标体系,对新疆维吾尔自治区的旅游发展与交通运输业耦合协调发展状况进行分析。结果显示:新疆旅游发展与交通运输业发展的耦合协调度总体呈上升趋势,2009年表现为中度失调,随着旅游业和交通运输业的发展,到2011年协调等级降低到濒临失调阶段,2011—2016年二者的综合发展指数增速缓慢,协调等级未发生明显变化,到2017年耦合协调等级上升到勉强协调阶段,但上升速度缓慢,仍存在较大发展空间。10年间旅游业发展指数总体呈上升趋势,但交通运输业发展呈现出不稳定的波动状态。结合分析结果及新疆的实际情况,提出相应建议。 Based on the relevant statistic data of ten years from 2010 to 2019 in Xinjiang,Pressure-State-Response(PSR)Model and Coupling Coordination Degree(CCDM)Model are introduced,from which partial indicators are selected to establish an assessment indicator system,to conduct analysis at the development in coupling coordination of tourism development and transportation industry in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.The result shows an upward trend in CCDM of the development of tourism and transportation industry in Xinjiang,of which it indicates a moderate imbalance in 2009;a decline in CCDM to a nearly imbalance stage in 2011 as the tourism and transportation sector developed;a gentle increase in the composite development index of the two,in which the CCDM did not alter significantly from 2011 to 2016;until 2017,CCDM went up to the moderate coordination stage,at a slow speed while with greater scope of development.The ten-year has witnessed a general growth of Tourism Development Index while the transportation industry show a fluctuation in development.In the end,the relevant conclusion and suggestions will be made herein by combining the result of analysis and Xinjiang’s reality.
