摘要 近年来,国内建筑市场竞争越来越激烈,要在充分竞争的市场环境中,实现企业的平稳快速发展,必须要提升市场开发能力。论文基于大型央企的分支公司,阐述市场开发需要在明晰的企业战略目标指引下,重构适应市场竞争和企业战略的管理体系,开发成熟的市场区域、培育具有核心竞争力的专业板块,促进企业高质量发展。 In recent years,the competition in the domestic construction market is becoming more and more fierce.In order to realize the steady and rapid development of enterprises in a fully competitive market environment,it is necessary to enhance the market development ability.Based on the branch companies of large-scale central enterprises,this paper expounds that market development needs to reconstruct the management system adapted to market competition and enterprise strategy under the guidance of clear enterprise strategic objectives,develop mature market areas,cultivate professional sectors with core competitiveness,and promote high-quality development of enterprises.
