锤片式饲料粉碎机物料流道内的流场仿真分析 预览

Simulation analysis of the flow field in the material flow passage of hammer type feed grinder

摘要 为解决新型锤片式粉碎机分离效率低、能耗高等问题,采用SolidWorks对其粉碎室、分离装置及回料管进行三维建模,并使用Fluent进行流场分析计算,最后使用MATLAB对粉碎机的出料量与回料管的负压值进行分析研究。结果表明:新型锤片式粉碎机的出料量与粉碎室的负压有关。粉碎室的负压分布集中在转轴和出料口下方110 mm处,并随径向方向逐渐降低,当回料管负压值为-100 Pa时,回料管内几乎没有回料;当回料管负压值升高时,回料管内物料浓度增加,分离装置出料口浓度降低甚至为0。通过MATLAB软件绘制分离装置出料量和回料管出口负压的拟合曲线并得到函数关系式并求得当回料管负压值为-595.5 Pa时分离装置出料量最大为11.3 kg/s,粉碎机的分离效率及能耗和流道内的流场有关。 In order to solve the problem of low separation efficiency and high energy consumption that still exist in the new type hammer crusher,SolidWorks was used to conduct three-dimensional modeling of its crushing chamber,separation device and return pipe,and Fluent was used for flow field analysis and calculation.At last,MATLAB was used to analyze and study the output of the crusher and the negative pressure value of return pipe.The results show that the output of the new type of hammer crusher is related to the negative pressure of the crushing chamber.The negative pressure distribution of the crushing chamber is concentrated at 110 mm below the rotating shaft and the discharge port,and decreases gradually along the radial direction.When the negative pressure value of the return tube is-100 Pa,there is almost no return in the return tube.When the negative pressure value of the return pipe increased,the material concentration in the return pipe increased,and the discharge port concentration of the separation device decreased even to 0.MATLAB was used to draw the fitting curve of the output capacity of the separation device and the negative pressure at the outlet of the return pipe,and the functional relationship was obtained.When the negative pressure value of the return pipe was-595.5 Pa,the maximum output capacity of the separation device was 11.3 kg/s,and the separation efficiency and energy consumption of the crusher were related to the flow field in the flow passage.
