以天南星科黛粉叶属（Dieffenbachia)的玛丽安万年青（Dieffenbachia amoena cv.‘Camilla')茎段为试材。用预培养，减压灭菌和在培养基中加入不同抑菌剂和抗菌素的方式进行研究。结果表明，（1）减压灭菌效果明显好于常规灭菌。未污染率从常规的6.7%升到60.0%，成活率从常规的3.3%升到43.3%；（2）用不同抗菌素对外植体进行预培养，以抑菌剂ANB1和ANB2的抑菌效果较好。未污染率分别为63.3%和76.7%。成活率分别为60.0%和50.0%；（3）在培养基中加入不同抑菌剂，对外植体的毒害严重效果不理想。
There was serious contamination in the stem culture of Dieffenbachia amoena cv. 'Camilla', belonging to Araceae. The methods such as depressurizing disinfection, preparative culture by different antibiotic, different inhibitor and antibiotics added to MS medium were used to prevent contamination in stem culture. The results indicated that contamination control effect by depressurizing disinfection, whose uncontaminated rate was 60 0%, and the surviving rate was 43 3%, was better than by convention disinfection, whose uncontaminated rate and the surviving rate were only 6 7% and 3 3% respectively; the inhibiting bacteria contamination effect of ANB1 and ANB2, whose the uncontaminated rate was 63 3% and 76 7% respectively, and the surviving rate was 60 0% and 50 0% respectively, was better than those of others. The contamination control effect by different inhibitor added to MS medium was not obvious.
