基于旋转激光扫描经纬仪的工业设计方法,在设计工业产品过程中,点云数据配准效果较差,降低了产品模型曲面重建的精确度,提出基于激光扫描的工业设计方法。依照基于激光扫描的工业设计方法的流程,通过激光扫描仪获取产品模型点云数据,采用非六参数配准方法将点云数据归纳到相同坐标系中同时压缩数据、分割数据;以此为前提,提取模型的几何特征,重建模型曲面,设计出高还原度的工业产品。实验结果表明,所提方法的点云数据测量精确度在98. 7%~99. 8%之间;点云配准后,数据误差降低约90%;在工作量增加的情况下,曲面重建误差仅为0. 08 mm,是一种高效率、高还原度的工业设计方法。
Based on the industrial design method of rotating laser scanning theodolite,the registration effect of point cloud data is poor in the process of designing industrial products,which reduces the accuracy of surface reconstruction of product model.According to the process of industrial design method based on laser scanning,the point cloud data of product model are obtained by laser scanner,and the point cloud data are compressed and segmented simultaneously in the same coordinate system by non-six-parameter registration method.Based on the above,the geometric features are extracted and the curve surface is remodeled to restore the products in high precision.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed method is between 98.7%and 99.8%,the data error is reduced by about 90%after point cloud registration,and the surface reconstruction error is only 0.08 mm when the workload is increased,which is an efficient and highly reducible industrial design method.
