高职实训“二维三化”教学模式研究与实践

Research and Practice of “Two-Dimension and Three-Way” Teaching Model in Practical Training in Vocational Colleges

摘要 当前,高职实训课堂仍然存在教学设计一元化、教学实施单一化的弊端,为了让实训教学实现学生对原有知识经验的改造和重组,落实实训课堂的有效性,高职院校应该从实训教学设计与实施两个维度,针对行业岗位知识的需求选取适当的实训载体,针对职业技能素养的培养优化多元的实训过程,针对人才培养方案的目标构建立体的评价体系,积极构建以载体真实化、教学模块化、实训层次化的'二维三化'实训教学模式。 At present, there are still drawbacks of unified teaching design and simplified teaching implementation in practical training classes in vocational colleges. To make the practice teaching complete the transformation and reorganization of students’ original knowledge and experience, and to implement the effectiveness of practical training class, vocational colleges should select appropriate practical training carriers for the need of industry-post knowledge from two dimensions of design and implementation in practice teaching, optimize the multi-dimensional practical training process for the training of vocational skills, and construct a three-dimension evaluation system for the goal of talent training program. We should actively construct the'two-dimension and three-way'teaching model with carrier authenticity, teaching modularization and training hierarchy.
