①目的 探讨阿司匹林（AS）对脂质过氧化损伤红细胞变形能力和膜收缩蛋白的影响。②方法 以黄嘌呤氧化酶（HXO）氧自由基体系和活性氧（H2O2）作用于细胞，观察AS对红细胞溶血度、红细胞膜脂质过氧化物（（LPO）、红细胞变形能力（ED）、红细胞收缩蛋白二聚体（SP-D）和四聚体（SP-T）的影响。③结果 AS能明显降低红细胞溶血度、与对照组比较差异有显著性（t=2.391-8.591,p<0.01,0.001)，在HXO体系作用下，红细胞膜LPO、 红细胞滤过指数（EFI）、SP-D和SP-D/SP-T明显增高，SP-T明显降低，与对照组比较差异有极显著性（t=17.653-26.609,p<0.001)。在不同浓度AS作用下，红细胞膜PO、EFI、SP-D和SP-D/SP-T明显降低，SP-T明显增高，与对照组比较差异均有显著性（t=3.061-16.559,p<0.01,0.001)。④结论 AS在红细胞水平上能直接对抗氧自由基引发的脂质过氧化损伤，保护SP和提高ED。
Objective To explore the effect of aspirin (AS) on erythrocyte deformability (ED) and spectrin with lipid peroxidative injury. Methods Erythrocytes were treated by hypoxanthine xanthaine oxidase (HXO) free-radical system and active oxygen (H 2O 2), the effect of AS on hemolysis, erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxide(LPO), ED, erythrocyte membrane spectrin dimers (SP-D)and tetramer(SP-T)were observed. Results AS could significantly decrease the erythrocyte hemolysisas compared with the control group (t=2.391-8.591,P<0.01,0.001). Under the effects of HXO system, the erythrocyte membrane LPO, erythrocyte filtration index (EFI), SP-D, and SP-D/SP-T were significantly higher, SP-T was significantly lower than those for the control (t=17.653-26.609,P<0.001), the erythrocyte membrane LPO, EFI, SP-D, and SP-D/SP-T were lower and SP-T was higher than those for the control (t=3.061-16.559,P<0.01,0.001). Conclusion AS could directly counteract the erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidative injury caused by free radicals, protect SP and improve ED.
