芪丹通脉片预防异丙肾上腺素所致的大鼠慢性心肌缺血 被引量:13

Preventive effects and mechanism of Qidantongmai tablet on isoproterenol caused chronic myocardial infarction in mice

摘要 目的: 研究芪丹通脉片 (QDTMT)对大鼠慢性心肌缺血预防作用及其机制. 方法: 采用SD大鼠为研究对象,比较观察QDTMT长期小剂量给药对异丙肾上腺素所致的心肌缺血保护作用,通过检测心肌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达,探讨其可能作用机制. 结果: 未注射ISO组未见VEGF, bFGF表达,而在注射异丙肾上腺素(Iso)各组VEGF, bFGF表达均增加,给药组VEGF, bFGF表达量高于未给药组. 结论: QDTMT能够预防慢性心肌缺血,促进VEGF, bFGF表达. AIM: To investigate the preventive effects of Qidantongmai tablet on chronic myocardial infarction in mice and its possible mechanism. METHODS: Wistar mice were given small-dose of Qidantongmai Tablet to see the preventive effects on isoproterenol (ISO) caused chronic myocardial infarction, and the contents of VEGF and bFGF in the part of ischemia were detected by immunohistochemistry method to explore its mechanism. RESULTS: No expression of VEGF and bFGF was found in the group of non-injection ISO, but in ISO injection groups QiDanTongMai Tablet enhanced the expression of VEGF and bFGF. CONCLUSION: Qidantongmai tablet can prevent chronic myocardial ischemia and the acceleration of the expression of VEGF and bFGF may be responsible for it.
