玉米地残膜回收机的原理改进及试验分析

摘要 针对气吸式玉米残膜回收机工作效率低、起膜过程中壅土量大和机具结构复杂等问题,对气吸式残膜回收机的起膜铲、吸膜装置、筛土链组部件进行了原理改进和结构优化,接着对改进和优化后的残膜回收机的起膜铲进行了有限元分析,分析的结果满足机具工作稳定性的要求;同时,对改进和优化的机具进行样机制作和田间试验。分析试验结果得出:该机表层残膜回收率能够达到91%以上,符合国标中对残地膜回收机具的要求。 Aiming at the problems for low working efficiency,the large amount of bauxite during the filming process and the complicated structure of the machine tool of the air suction type corn residual film recovery machine.There are some components of principle improvement and structural optimization for shovel,suction film device and sieve chain group of the air suction type residual film recovery machine.Then,the finite element analysis of the shovel part of the improved and optimized residual film recovery machine was carried out.The analysis results met the requirements for the stability of the machine.At the same time,the improved and optimized tools were carried prototype production and field test.Analysis of the test results show that residual film recovery rate of the surface layer can reach more than 91%.Consequently,residual film recycling equipment accord with national standard requirements.
