The Influence of SiO_2, Al_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3 on the Properties of Static Demolition Agent

摘要 本文研究了SiO2、Al2O3和Fe2O3对二相体系静态破碎剂的凝结时间、膨胀压及水化温升等性能的影响。研究结果表明,不同辅助组分的静态破碎剂性能特占大不相同。以SiO2和Al2O3为辅助组分的静态破碎剂凝结时间较短,早期膨胀压增长迅速,尤其是Al2O3为辅助组分的静态破碎剂。以Fe2O3为辅助组分的静态破碎剂凝结时间较长,膨胀压增长较为缓慢。辅助组分对静态破碎剂性能的影响主要是由于在高温下与CaO反应生成了不同的辅助矿物,这些辅助矿物高温及水化特性影响了主要矿物f-CaO的水化反应从而导致对性能的影响。辅助组分对静态破碎剂的性能影响的规律,对于指导开发适应不同环境和需要的新型号静态破碎剂及现有产品性能改进有重要指导意义。 The influence of SiO_2,Al_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3 on the properties of static demolition agent(SDA),including setting time,expansive pressure as well as temperature rising in the hydration process,was investigated.The results indicates that supplementary composition have significantly effect on properties of SDA.SDA with SiO_2 and Al_2O_3 as supplementary composition shows fairly short setting time and quick early expansive pressure development,especially SDA with Al_2O_3.On contrast,SDA with Fe_2O_3 has longer setting time,but expansive pressure develops more slowly.The influence of supplementary composition on the properties of SDA is due to the high temperature state as well as hydration properties of supplementary minerals that formed in the high temperature process of SDA formation.The results will guide the development of new type SDA as well as properties improvement of existing type of SDA.
