基于STM32的智能基站风机系统设计 预览

摘要 利用STM32设计适用于基站的风机降温系统。通过对室内外温度测量实现智能的开关风机降温系统,通过基站内温度的变化实现风机转速的自动调节。系统工作时,能够智能地判断风机的进、出风口堵塞情况,准确反映出整个基站的环境温度。风机起动后,可在LCD触摸屏上显示其工作功率、转速以及对风机工作状态的判断。利用SIM卡可将基站数据上传至远程控制中心,以利于远程维护。系统利用STM32作为中心处理器,整个控制电路集成在一块电路板上,预留有相关传感器接口,以便安装。测量风机功率时,利用STM32完成对霍尔电流传感器数据的采集、积分计算以及电压与电流值的转化等,简化了外部电路设计的复杂程度,使得设计的电路面积更小,便于安装。 A fan cooling system suitable for base stations was designed by using STM32,indoor and outdoor temperature measurement was realized through the intelligent switching fan cooling system,the fan speed was automatically adjusted through changing the temperature of the base station,it can intelligently judge the clogging situation of entrance and exit of fan,and accurately reflected the ambient temperature of the entire base station,when the system was working.After the fan was started,its working power,speed and judgment of the working state of the fan were displayed on the LCD touch screen.The SIM card can be used to upload the base station data to the remote control center to do remote maintenance.The designed system used STM32as the central processor,the whole control circuit was integrated on a circuit board,and the relevant sensor interface was reserved for easy installation.When measuring fan power,STM32completed the acquisition of Hall current sensor data,integral calculation,conversion of voltage and current values,etc.,which simplified the complexity of external circuit design,and made the designed circuit area smaller and easier to install.
