冶金企业高压电缆异地相间接地短路故障分析及对策

Analysis and countermeasures of high voltage cable phase-to-phase grounding short circuit in different locations at metallurgical enterprises

摘要 在冶金企业电力配网系统中,35 kV及以下配电线路多数采用的是电缆供电模式。由于电缆线路在冶金企业的电力配网系统中起着承上启下、至关重要的作用,任何类型的电缆故障都会导致企业的巨大损失。本文通过日照钢铁有限公司的一起10 kV高压电缆异地相间接地短路故障案例,从故障原因调查、故障发展过程、配电系统运行方式、继电保护报文等方面进行了详尽的分析,并提出了相应的预防对策,对提高冶金企业内部供电系统的安全稳定运行具有重要的学习和借鉴意义。 In the power distribution network system of metallurgical enterprises,most of the distribution lines for 35 kV and below are in cable power supply modes. Because the cable line plays an important role in the power distribution network system of metallurgical enterprises,any type of cable failure will lead to the huge loss of the enterprise. Based on the accident of two 10 kV high voltage cable phase-to-phase grounding short circuit in different locations at Rizhao steel manufacturing enterprise,this paper investigated the cause of the problem,the fault development,the power distribution system operation mode,the relay protection message,and other related aspects,and put forward the corresponding prevention measures. These investigations and measures can improve the inside power supply system of the safe and stable operation is of great learning and reference.
