超声心动图评价放疗后心脏毒性的研究现状及进展 预览

摘要 恶性肿瘤严重威胁人类健康和生存质量,采用辅助放射治疗能够在一定程度上帮助患者减轻痛苦和延长生存时间,已得到临床广泛应用。心脏是胸部放射治疗时主要的受累器官,放射治疗造成的相关心脏毒性已经成为影响患者生存质量和存活率的一个重要原因,早期、准确预测心脏毒性十分重要。超声心动图因操作简便、经济及无创等优点已广泛应用于评估心功能,其相关新技术可弥补常规超声心动图的不足、提高评估心功能的敏感度和准确率,使早期、准确评估心脏毒性成为一种可能。本文主要针对超声心动图及其新技术在评估放疗相关心脏毒性的研究进展方面展开综述。 Malignant tumors seriously threaten human health and quality of life.To a certain extent,Adjuvant radiotherapy can help patients alleviate pain and prolong survival time,and has been widely used in clinical application.The heart is the main affected organ in chest radiotherapy. The cardiotoxicity caused by radiotherapy has become an important reason affecting the quality of life and survival rate of patients.It is very important to predict cardiotoxicity early and accurately.Echocardiography has been widely used in the evaluation of cardiac function due to its advantages of simple operation,economy and non-invasive.Its related new technology can make up for the deficiency of conventional echocardiography,improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the evaluation of cardiac function,and make early and accurate assessment of cardiac toxicity become a possibility.
