Malignant tumors seriously threaten human health and quality of life.To a certain extent,Adjuvant radiotherapy can help patients alleviate pain and prolong survival time, and has been widely used in clinical application. The heart is the main affected organ in chest radiotherapy. The cardiotoxicity caused by radiotherapy has become an important reason affecting the quality of life and survival rate of patients. It is very important to predict cardiotoxicity early and accurately.Echocardiography has been widely used in the evaluation of cardiac function due to its advantages of simple operation, economy and non-invasive.Its related new technology can make up for the deficiency of conventional echocardiography, improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the evaluation of cardiac function, and make early and accurate assessment of cardiac toxicity become a possibility.
