纤维缠绕大容积气瓶火烧试验及数值仿真

Fire test and numerical simulation of large capacity filament wound gas cylinder

摘要 为研究火灾环境下纤维缠绕大容积气瓶安全性能,开展气瓶火烧试验,并利用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对气瓶火烧试验过程进行数值仿真,分析燃烧温度分布、气瓶外壁热流密度分布及瓶内气体压升、温升变化。对比分析试验和仿真结果,发现正对火焰的气瓶瓶体底部热流密度高,且易导致局部失效,气瓶内气体温度分布不均匀;模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好,说明用数值仿真技术可得到较准确的气瓶等压力容器火烧试验过程中容器内流体的热响应特征。 To investigate the safety performance of a gas cylinder under fire,fire tests were carried out.And the pressure rise process of the gas cylinder during the fire test was simulated using CFD method.Finally,the law of gas pressure rise and temperature rise inside the cylinders were analyzed as well as the distribution of combustion simulation temperature and heat flux on the outer wall of gas cylinders.By comparing and analyzing the experimental and simulation results,it is found that the heat flux at the bottom of the cylinder with opposite flame is high and easy to cause local failure,that the temperature distribution in the cylinder is not uniform,and that the simulation results conform closely with the experimental data and relative error is within 10%,which means the numerical simulation technology can be used to obtain the accurate thermal response characteristics of the gas cylinder and other pressure vessels in the fire.
