曲池臂臑透刺法治疗头颈部腺体疾病的临床应用

Clinical Application of Penetration Needling at Quchi( LI 11) to Binao( LI 14) in the Treatment of Head and Neck Gland Diseases

摘要 透刺法为针刺临床常用的方法之一,具有取穴少、疗效好的特点。王乐亭应用金针透刺曲池臂臑穴治疗瘰疬病,是曲池臂臑透刺法的应用先例。基于手阳明大肠经循行特点,总结目前曲池臂臑透刺法应用于头颈部腺体疾病包括颈部淋巴结结核、甲状腺结节、流行性腮腺炎、急性扁桃体炎和腺样体肥大等疾病的治疗。通过分析曲池臂臑透刺法对以上疾病应用的相关临床报道,对曲池臂臑透刺法的具体使用进行归纳,以期深入对曲池臂臑透刺法的认识并为临床提供借鉴。 The penetrating needling is one of the commonly used methods in acupuncture clinical practice. It has the characteristics of less acupoints and good curative effects. WANG Leting’s application of the golden needle through penetration needling at Quchi( LI 11) to Binao( LI 14) in the treatment of cervical scrofula is a precedent for the application of penetration needling at Quchi( LI 11) to Binao( LI 14). Based on the characteristics of Yangming Large Intestine Channel of Hand,the current application of penetration needling at Quchi( LI 11) to Binao( LI 14) in the treatment of head and neck gland diseases including cervical lymph node tuberculosis,thyroid nodules,mumps,acute tonsillitis and adenoid hypertrophy was summarized. Through the analysis of the relevant clinical reports on the application of penetration needling at Quchi( LI 11) to Binao( LI 14) in the treatment of above-mentioned diseases,the specific use of penetration needling at Quchi( LI 11) to Binao( LI 14) was summarized,so as to deepen the understanding of penetration needling at Quchi( LI 11) to Binao( LI 14) and provide reference for clinical practice.
