目的评价不应用肌松药的喉罩静脉麻醉用于患者支气管镜检查的可行性和安全性。方法行支气管镜检查患者60例,随机均分为无肌松喉罩静脉麻醉组(Ⅰ组)和使用肌松药麻醉组(Ⅱ组)。记录检查及喉罩操作过程中的生命体征,记录麻醉效果评级、检... 目的评价不应用肌松药的喉罩静脉麻醉用于患者支气管镜检查的可行性和安全性。方法行支气管镜检查患者60例,随机均分为无肌松喉罩静脉麻醉组(Ⅰ组)和使用肌松药麻醉组(Ⅱ组)。记录检查及喉罩操作过程中的生命体征,记录麻醉效果评级、检查中不良反应及患者满意度等。结果与镜检前比较,Ⅰ组各时点患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)明显下降,脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)明显升高(P<0.05),Ⅱ组拔除喉罩时患者SBP、DBP与镜检前比较无差异(P>0.05),HR明显增快、SpO2明显升高(P<0.05)。I组患者在拔除喉罩时SBP、DBP、HR较Ⅱ组低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率及患者满意度差异无统计学意义。结论无肌松喉罩静脉麻醉用于患者支气管镜检查安全可行,是一项值得推广的技术。 展开更多

TiBN coatings have huge potential applications as they have excellent properties with increasing modern industrial requirements.Nanocomposite TiBN coatings were synthesized on cemented carbide,high speed steel and Si substrates by using cathodic arc plasma ion plating from pure TiB_2 ceramic targets.The structure and mechanical properties of the TiBN coatings were significantly influenced by the nitrogen partial pressure.Rutherford backscattering spectrometry demonstrates that the nitrogen content of the coating varied from 2.8%to 34.5%and highresolution electron microscopy images reveal that all coatings have the characteristic of nanocrystals embedded in an amorphous matrix.The root-mean-square roughness of the coatings increases from 3.73 to 14.64 nm and the coefficients of friction of the coatings at room temperature vary from 0.54 to 0.73 with increasing nitrogen partial pressure.The microhardness of the coating increases up to 35.7 GPa at 10 seem N_2 flow rate.The smallest wear rate is2.65×10~(-15)m~3 N~(-1)m~(-1)which indicates that TiBN coatings have excellent wear resistance.The adhesion test revealed that the TiBN coatings have good adhesion at low nitrogen partial pressure. 展开更多

The concept of combining metallic honeycomb with folded thin metallic sheets(corrugation) to construct a novel core type for lightweight sandwich structures is proposed. The honeycomb–corrugation hybrid core is manufactured by filling the interstices of aluminum corrugations with precision-cut trapezoidal aluminum honeycomb blocks, bonded together using epoxy glue. The performance of such hybrid-cored sandwich panels subjected to out-of-plane compression, transverse shear, and three-point bending is investigated, both experimentally and numerically. The strength and energy absorption of the sandwich are dramatically enhanced, compared to those of a sandwich with either empty corrugation or honeycomb core. The enhancement is induced by the beneficial interaction effects of honeycomb blocks and folded panels on improved buckling resistance as well as altered crushing modes at large plastic deformation.The present approach provides an effective method to further improve the mechanical properties of conventional honeycomb-cored sandwich constructions with low relative densities. 展开更多

Gravimetric analysis for PM_(2.5) mass concentration based on year-round monitoring at an urban site in Beijing

Daily PM2.5(particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter of below 2.5 μm) mass concentrations were measured by gravimetric analysis in Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences(CRAES), in the northern part of the Beijing urban area, from December 2013 to April 2015. Two pairs of Teflon(T1/T2) and Quartz(Q1/Q2) samples were obtained, for a total number of 1352 valid filters. Results showed elevated pollution in Beijing,with an annual mean PM2.5mass concentration of 102 μg/m3. According to the calculated PM2.5mass concentration, 50% of our sampling days were acceptable(PM2.5< 75 μg/m3), 30% had slight/medium pollution(75–150 μg/m3), and 7% had severe pollution(> 250 μg/m3). Sampling interruption occurred frequently for the Teflon filter group(75%) in severe pollution periods,resulting in important data being missing. Further analysis showed that high PM2.5combined with high relative humidity(RH) gave rise to the interruptions. The seasonal variation of PM2.5was presented, with higher monthly average mass concentrations in winter(peak value in February, 422 μg/m3), and lower in summer(7 μg/m3 in June). From May to August, the typical summer period, least severe pollution events were observed, with high precipitation levels accelerating the process of wet deposition to remove PM2.5. The case of February presented the most serious pollution, with monthly averaged PM2.5of 181 μg/m3 and 32% of days with severe pollution. The abundance of PM2.5in winter could be related to increased coal consumption for heating needs. 展开更多

A comparative optimal design of fluid-saturated prismatic cellular metal honeycombs(PCMHs) having different cell shapes is presented for thermal management applications. Based on the periodic topology of each PCMH, a unit cell(UC) for thermal transport analysis was selected to calculate its effective thermal conductivity. Without introducing any empirical coefficient, we modified and extended the analytical model of parallel–series thermal–electric network to a wider porosity range(0.7 ~ 0.98) by considering the effects of two-dimensional local heat conduction in solid ligaments inside each UC. Good agreement was achieved between analytical predictions and numerical simulations based on the method of finite volume. The concept of ligament heat conduction efficiency(LTCE) was proposed to physically explain the mechanisms underlying the effects of ligament configuration on effective thermal conductivity(ETC).Based upon the proposed theory, a construct strategy was developed for designing the ETC by altering the equivalent interaction angle with the direction of heat flow: relatively small average interaction angle for thermal conduction and relatively large one for thermal insulation. 展开更多

To investigate the composition and possible sources of particles, especially during heavy haze pollution, a single particle aerosol mass spectrometer(SPAMS) was deployed to measure the changes of single particle species and sizes during October of 2014, in Beijing. A total of 2,871,431 particles with both positive and negative spectra were collected and characterized in combination with the adaptive resonance theory neural network algorithm(ART-2a). Eight types of particles were classified: dust particles(dust, 8.1%), elemental carbon(EC, 29.0%), organic carbon(OC, 18.0%), EC and OC combined particles(ECOC, 9.5%),Na-K containing particles(Na K, 7.9%), K-containing particles(K, 21.8%), organic nitrogen and potassium containing particles(KCN, 2.3%), and metal-containing particles(metal,3.6%). Three haze pollution events(P1, P2, P3) and one clean period(clean) were analyzed,based on the mass and number concentration of PM2.5and the back trajectory results from the hybrid single particle Lagrangian integrated trajectory model(Hysplit-4 model). Results showed that EC, OC and K were the major components of single particles during the three haze pollution periods, which showed clearly increased ratios compared with those in the clean period. Results from the mixing state of secondary species of different types of particles showed that sulfate and nitrate were more readily mixed with carbon-containing particles during haze pollution episodes than in clean periods. 展开更多

The CdS NWs-NGR exhibits higher photoactivity for selective reduction of aromatic nitro organics in water under visible light irradiation than blank CdS nanowires(CdS NWs) and CdS nanowires-reduced graphene oxide(CdS NWs-RGO)nanocomposites. The enhanced photoactivity of CdS NWs-NGR can be attributed to the improved electronic conductivity due to the introduction of nitrogen atoms, which thus enhances the separation and transfer of charge carriers photogenerated from CdS NWs.Our work could provide a facile method to synthesize NGR based one-dimensional(1D) semiconductor composites for selective organic transformations, and broaden the potential applications for NGR as a cocatalyst. 展开更多

Interleukin-17 SNPs and serum levels increase ulcerative colitis risk: A metaanalysis 预览

AIM:To investigate the associations of interleukin-17(IL-17)genetic polymorphisms and serum levels with ulcerative colitis(UC)risk.METHODS:Relevant articles were identified through a search of the following electronic databases,excluding language restriction:(1)the Cochrane Library Database(Issue 12,2013);(2)Web of Science(1945-2013);(3)PubMed(1966-2013);(4)CINAHL(1982-2013);(5)EMBASE(1980-2013);and(6)the Chinese Biomedical Database(1982-2013).Meta-analysis was conducted using STATA 12.0 software.Crude odds ratios and standardized mean differences(SMDs)with corresponding95%confidence intervals(CIs)were calculated.All of the included studies met all of the following five criteria:(1)the study design must be a clinical cohort or a case-control study;(2)the study must relate to the relationship between IL-17A/F genetic polymorphismsor serum IL-17 levels and the risk of UC;(3)all patients must meet the diagnostic criteria for UC;(4)the study must provide sufficient information about single nucleotide polymorphism frequencies or serum IL-17 levels;and(5)the genotype distribution of healthy controls must conform to the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(HWE).The Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS)criteria were used to assess the methodological quality of the studies.The NOS criteria included three aspects:(1)subject selection:0-4;(2)comparability of subjects:0-2;and(3)clinical outcome:0-3.NOS scores ranged from 0 to 9,with a score≥7 indicating good quality.RESULTS:Of the initial 177 articles,only 16 case-control studies met all of the inclusion criteria.A total of1614 UC patients and 2863 healthy controls were included in this study.Fourteen studies were performed on Asian populations,and two studies on Caucasian populations.Results of the meta-analysis revealed that IL-17A and IL-17F genetic polymorphisms potentially increased UC risk under both allele and dominant models(P<0.001 for all).The results also showed that UC patients had higher serum IL-17 levels than healthy controls(SMD=5.95,95%CI:4.25-7.65,P<0.001).Furthermore,serum 展开更多

To investigate the levels of exposure to particulate-bound polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH) and to estimate the risk these levels pose to traffic assistants(TAs) in Tianjin(a megacity in North China), a measurement campaign(33 all-day exposure samples, 25 occupational-exposure samples and 10 indoor samples) was conducted to characterize the TAs' exposure to PAHs, assess the cancer risk and identify the potential sources of exposure. The average total exposure concentration of 14 PAHs was approximately 2871 ± 928 ng/m3(on-duty), and 1622 ± 457 ng/m3(all-day). The indoor PAHs level was 1257 ± 107 ng/m3. After 8000 Monte Carlo simulations, the cancer risk resulting from exposure to PAHs was found to be approximately 1.05 × 10-4. A multivariate analysis was applied to identify the potential sources, and the results showed that, in addition to vehicle exhaust, coal combustion and cooking fumes were also another two important contributors to personal PAH exposure. The diagnostic ratios of PAH compounds agree with the source apportionment results derived from principal component analysis. 展开更多

用分子对接方法预测天然植物化学物质与受体蛋白的相互作用位点并探究作用机制。利用MVD (Molecular Virtual Docker5.5)软件,以HER-2激酶区为受体模板建立活性位点,与12种花青素成分进行分子对接。结果表明12种化合物均能在同一... 用分子对接方法预测天然植物化学物质与受体蛋白的相互作用位点并探究作用机制。利用MVD (Molecular Virtual Docker5.5)软件,以HER-2激酶区为受体模板建立活性位点,与12种花青素成分进行分子对接。结果表明12种化合物均能在同一活性腔中与HER-2激酶区对接(MolDock Score:苷元〈-105kJ/mol,单葡糖苷〈-130kJ/m01),主要作用力是疏水作用和氢键;该活性腔也是ATP与HER-2激酶区的结合(MolDock Score=-161kJ/mol)位点,花青素的结合可能会干扰ATP与HER-2之间氢键的形成。提示花青素可能以竞争性结合方式阻碍ATP与HER-2的结合,抑制HER-2磷酸化激活及下游信号通路的激活,从而发挥抑癌活性。 展开更多

Up-regulation of the gene that encodes intracellular heme oxygenase 1 (HO1) benefits plants under cad-mium (Cd2+) stress; however, the molecular mechanisms remain unclear. Here, we elucidate the role of Arabidopsis HY1(AtHO1) in Cd2+ tolerance by using genetic and molecular approaches. Analysis of two HY1 null mutants, three HY1 over-expression lines, HO double or triple mutants, as well as phyA and phyB mutants revealed the specific hypersensitivityof by1 to Cd2+ stress. Supplementation with two enzymatic by-products of HY1, carbon monoxide (CO) and iron (Fe,especially), rescued the Cd2+-induced inhibition of primary root (PR) elongation in hy1-100. The mutation of HY1, whichexhibited lower glutathione content than Col-0 in root tissues, was able to induce nitric oxide (NO) overproduction,Cd2+ accumulation, and severe Fe deficiency in root tissues. However, the contrasting responses appeared in 35S:HY1-4.Additionally, reduced levels of Ferric Reduction Oxidase 2 (FRO2) and Iron-Regulated Transporter 1 (IRT1) transcripts,and increased levels of Heavy Metal ATPase 2/4 (HMA2/4) transcripts bolster the notion that HY1 up-regulation amelio-rates Fe deficiency, and might increase Cd2+ exclusion. Taken together, these results showed that HY1 plays a commonlink in Cd2+ tolerance by decreasing NO production and improving Fe homeostasis in Arabidopsis root tissues. 展开更多
