Combination of fire needle and filiform needle for frozen shoulder in different clinical stages

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with filiform needle for different clinical stage frozen shoulders,and to choose the best treatment opportunity for clinical treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods:120 patients with frozen shoulders who met the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the visiting order.They were randomized into control group(60 cases)and treatment group(60 cases)according to the random number table.Both groups were treated with filiform needles once every other day and 3 times a week,and a course of treatment included 6 times and 2 courses were taken.The treatment group was treated by applying a fire needling point bloodletting on the local tender points once a week.Jiānyú(肩髃 LI 15),Jiānliáo(肩髎 TE 14),Jiānzhēn(肩贞 SI 9),Tiáokǒu(条口 ST 38),and local tender points were taken according to different meridian pains.The clinical efficacy of the frozen shoulder patients in the two groups in different clinical stages was compared.The evaluation indicators were scores of pain,joint activity range and activities of daily living,as well as clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:After treatment,the total scores of hundred-mark five-grade in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(Treatment group82.02 ± 14.23 vs 43.37 ± 22.10,Control group 66.80 ± 18.98 vs 42.67 ± 23.03,both P<0.01),and the total score of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The hundred-mark five-grade assessment scores after treatment in the treatment group during the frozen stage were significantly higher than the control group(77.2± 14.40 vs 68.43 ± 16.94,P<0.01);as to the clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(91.67% vs 76.67%,P<0.01);The total effective rate of the control group in the acute stage and functional recovery stage was co 展开更多

Real-Time Pricing for Smart Grid with Multiple Companies and Multiple Users Using Two-Stage Optimization 预览

In this paper, we focus on the real-time interactions among multiple utility companies and multiple users and formulate real-time pricing(RTP) as a two-stage optimization problem. At the first stage, based on cost function, we propose a continuous supply function bidding mechanism to model the utility companies’ profit maximization problem, by which the analytic expression of electricity price is further derived. At the second stage, considering that individually optimal solution may not be socially optimal, we employ convex optimization with linear constraints to model the price anticipating users’ daily payoff maximum. Substitute the analytic expression of electricity price obtained at the first stage into the optimization problem at the second stage. Using customized proximal point algorithm(C-PPA), the optimization problem at the second stage is solved and electricity price is obtained accordingly. We also prove the existence and uniqueness of the Nash equilibrium in the mentioned twostage optimization and the convergence of C-PPA. In addition, in order to make the algorithm more practical, a statistical approach is used to obtain the function of price only through online information exchange, instead of solving it directly. The proposed approach offers RTP, power production and load scheduling for multiple utility companies and multiple users in smart grid. Statistical approach helps to protect the company’s privacy and avoid the interference of random factors, and C-PPA has an advantage over Lagrangian algorithm because the former need not obtain the objection function of the dual optimization problem by solving an optimization problem with parameters. Simulation results show that the proposed framework can significantly reduce peak time loading and efficiently balance system energy distribution. 展开更多

以天香台阁四季桂(Osmanthus fragrans cv.‘Tian Xiang Tai Ge’)为材料,研究干旱(轻度、中度和重度)、高温(40°C)及干旱高温协同胁迫对四季桂叶片抗氧化防御系统的影响。结果显示,干旱胁迫下,四季桂活性氧(ROS)逐渐积累... 以天香台阁四季桂(Osmanthus fragrans cv.‘Tian Xiang Tai Ge’)为材料,研究干旱(轻度、中度和重度)、高温(40°C)及干旱高温协同胁迫对四季桂叶片抗氧化防御系统的影响。结果显示,干旱胁迫下,四季桂活性氧(ROS)逐渐积累,膜脂过氧化程度加深;轻度和中度干旱胁迫下,抗氧化酶活性显著升高;重度干旱胁迫下,抗坏血酸(As A)及其还原力(As A/DHA)显著降低,谷胱甘肽(GSH)及其还原力(GSH/GSSG)以及抗坏血酸-谷胱甘肽(As A-GSH)循环相关酶活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,在中度干旱胁迫时达到峰值。高温胁迫显著增强ROS积累、抗氧化酶活性、抗氧化剂含量及As A-GSH循环效率。干旱高温协同胁迫下,四季桂所受伤害大于单一胁迫,ROS在抗氧化酶的作用下增幅减缓;随着胁迫强度的加剧,As A-GSH循环效率呈先增加后下降的趋势,重度协同胁迫时显著降低,无法维持氧化还原平衡。四季桂在干旱高温胁迫下能快速启动体内抗氧化防御系统,清除体内过量的ROS,增加机体还原力,以减缓胁迫带来的伤害。 展开更多

The oxygen evolution reaction(OER) is a key step in the overall water splitting process. Numerous electrocatalysts have been developed to lower the overpotential and accelerate the kinetics of the OER. In this work, a simple soaking and heating treatment was used to form a stable and efficient FexNi1-xOy/CP electrode. The electrode combined nickel and iron oxides on a commercial carbon paper were used for electrocatalytic water oxidation. The best FexNi1-xOy/CP electrode(Ni/Fe = 15/1) displayed a current density of 10 mA/cm2 at a low overpotential of 290 mV in 0.1 M KOH solution with a Tafel slope of 52 mV/dec.A higher current density of 50 mA/cm2 at the same overpotential and a lower Tafel slope of 43 mV/dec was obtained for this electrode in 1.0 M KOH solution. Excellent durability of the FexNi1-xOy/CP electrode in 1.0 M KOH solution was confirmed under a high current density of 136 mA/cm2 at an overpotential of 340 mV. 展开更多

Background: As the deep influence of traditional medical education, many undergraduate nursing colleges and universities in China still keep the traditional disease-focused curriculum system. However,it became outdated as the Chinese high nursing education developed. Meanwhile, the increasing demand of nursing human resources stimulates the enrollment expansion of colleges. All of these bring more difficulties and opportunities for nurse educators who are endeavoring to reform the undergraduate curriculum.Methods: The authors retrospectively reviewed the related literature, illustrated the existing challenges and opportunities during the curriculum renewal process in China. This paper also analyzed the tendencies of Chinese baccalaureate curriculum innovation.Results: Chinese current undergraduate nursing curriculum has larger proportion of basic medical courses, which brings great challenge for nursing educators. In the meantime, the expansion of enrollment brings conflicts with existing nursing education resources in China. Integration, humanization,internationalization and diversification are main tendencies leading the future nursing curriculum innovation in China.Conclusions: The more effective teaching innovations in the nursing education system are in great demand. 展开更多

Photoanode TiO2(1 + 2) was assembled with Ru(bpy)3phosphoric acid derivative(complex 1) as photosensitizer and complex 2 as water oxidation catalyst to compare with photoanode TiO2(1 + 3). The photocurrent density of photoanode TiO 2(1 + 3) with catalyst 3 synthesized with only one end fixing on the surface of TiO2 is about four-fold of the photoanode assembled with catalyst 2 fixing with two claws on the surface of TiO 2. The phenomenon should be caused by the littery arrangement and shorter distance of catalyst 2 from the active center of catalyst to TiO2 on the surface of semiconductor which led to lowly efficient electron transfer. 展开更多

Electrolyte, an essential component of DS-PEC, plays a great role in determining the photoactivities of devices for water splitting. When using phosphate buffer(pH = 6.4)as electrolyte, the DS-PEC displayed much higher photoactivity than using 0.1 M Na2SO4(pH = 6.4) as electrolyte. The insight is phosphate anion gathers together to form a negative electrostatic field on TiO2 surface, which increases the resistance in the TiO2/catalyst and electrolyte interface and validly reduces the charge recombination from TiO2 to the oxidized catalyst. 展开更多

目的:探讨眼附属器淋巴瘤中MTDH与β-catenin的表达情况及临床意义。方法:收集青岛大学附属医院眼科1995-06/2015-12手术切除并确诊为眼附属器B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(nonHodgkin lymphoma,NHL)的病理标本40例,以同期手术切除的眼部反... 目的:探讨眼附属器淋巴瘤中MTDH与β-catenin的表达情况及临床意义。方法:收集青岛大学附属医院眼科1995-06/2015-12手术切除并确诊为眼附属器B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(nonHodgkin lymphoma,NHL)的病理标本40例,以同期手术切除的眼部反应性淋巴组织增生组织20例作为对照组。采用PCR法检测淋巴瘤组与对照组中MTDH与β-catenin的mRNA表达情况;采用免疫组化法检测两组中MTDH与β-catenin的蛋白表达情况,并分析其与眼附属器淋巴瘤临床特征的关系。结果:与对照组相比,眼附属器淋巴瘤中MTDH与β-catenin的mRNA与蛋白表达均显著增加(P〈0.05)。MTDH与β-catenin蛋白的阳性表达率与淋巴瘤的病理类型有关,随肿瘤恶性程度的增高,其表达增加(P〈0.05),而与发病年龄、性别及部位无关(P〉0.05)。在眼附属器淋巴瘤中,MTDH与β-catenin的蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.389,P〈0.05)。结论:MTDH与β-catenin的高表达可能与眼附属器淋巴瘤的发生发展有关,且两者表现为正相关。 展开更多

目的:研究"标本配穴"电针和饮食控制对肥胖大鼠褐色脂肪组织沉默信息调节因子1(silent information regulator1,SIRT1)和解偶联蛋白(uncoupling protein,UCP1)的影响,比较其单独及协同作用.方法:将40只高脂喂养的肥胖大鼠随机分... 目的:研究"标本配穴"电针和饮食控制对肥胖大鼠褐色脂肪组织沉默信息调节因子1(silent information regulator1,SIRT1)和解偶联蛋白(uncoupling protein,UCP1)的影响,比较其单独及协同作用.方法:将40只高脂喂养的肥胖大鼠随机分为4组,每组10只.模型对照组(C)继续高脂喂养,电针组(E)给予"标本配穴"电针治疗,限食组(R)每只给予对照组摄食量的70%,电针+限食组(E+R)给予"标本配穴"电针结合限食干预治疗,共电针及限食8 wk.检测各组大鼠体质量和血清葡萄糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、胰岛素(fasting insulin,FINS)、甘油三酯(triglyeride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)水平变化,对褐色脂肪组织进行SIRT1蛋白和UCP1m RNA的测定.结果:与C组比较,3个电针和饮食干预组体质量及FPG、FINS、TG和TC均明显下降(P〈0.01),且E+R组下降程度优于单独电针或限食组(P〈0.05);与C组比较,3个干预组褐脂中SIRT1蛋白表达水平明显升高(P〈0.01);与C组比较,3个干预组褐脂中UCP1 m RNA表达明显升高(P〈0.01),且E+R组效果明显优于单独电针或单独饮食干预组(P〈0.05).结论:"标本配穴"电针和限食可能是通过促进褐色脂肪组织中SIRT1和UCP1的表达,增加产热而发挥减肥作用."标本配穴"电针法抵抗肥胖的功效与饮食控制相当,二者之间存在一定的协同作用. 展开更多

AIM: To detect and analyze the changes on ocular surface and tear function in type II diabetic patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR), an advanced stage of diabetic retinopathy(DR), using conventional ophthalmic tests and the high-resolution laser scanning confocal microscopy.METHODS: Fifty-eight patients with type II diabetes were selected. Based on the diagnostic criteria and stage classification of DR, the patients were divided into the non-DR(NDR) group and the PDR group. Thirty-six patients with cataract but no other ocular and systemic disease were included as non-diabetic controls. All the patients were subjected to the conventional clinical tests of corneal sensitivity, Schirmer I test, and corneal fluorescein staining. The non-invasive tear film break-up time(NIBUT) and tear interferometry were conducted by a Tearscope Plus. The morphology of corneal epithelia and nerve fibers was examined using the high-resolution confocal microscopy.RESULTS: The NDR group exhibited significantly declined corneal sensitivity and Schirmer I test value, as compared to the non-diabetic controls(P 【0.001). The PDR group showed significantly reduced corneal sensitivity, Schirmer I test value, and NIBUT in comparison to the non-diabetic controls(P 【0.001).Corneal fluorescein staining revealed the progressively injured corneal epithelia in the PDR patients. Moreover,significant decrease in the corneal epithelial density andmorphological abnormalities in the corneal epithelia and nerve fibers were also observed in the PDR patients.CONCLUSION: Ocular surface changes, including blunted corneal sensitivity, reduced tear secretion, tear film dysfunction, progressive loss of corneal epithelia and degeneration of nerve fibers, are common in type II diabetic patients, particularly in the diabetic patients with PDR. The corneal sensitivity, fluorescein staining scores,and the density of corneal epithelial cells and nerve fibers in the diabetic patients correlate with the duration of diabetes. Through the study of the kinetics of dimethyl ether steam reforming reaction, a two-dimensional model of the reactor is established. At the same time, rate equations of simplified elementary reactions of DME steam reforming reaction are deduced by the mechanism of Langmuir-Hinshel-wood, and the rate constants are obtained by correcting the pre-exponential factor of Arrhenius equation. Finally, the analog data of DME steam reforming reaction under a variety of conditions are obtained, and making a simulation diagram. The two-dimensional model is substantially correct because of the analog data more in line with a variety of knowledge. 展开更多

太阳能高效转化和利用是实现能源结构调整、节能减排、保障社会健康发展的重要途径.光解水制氢是实现太阳能转化成化学能,解决能源需求和环境污染一个理想方法,其中水氧化反应是制约太阳能转化的关键.近几十年来,科学家们一直致力于开... 太阳能高效转化和利用是实现能源结构调整、节能减排、保障社会健康发展的重要途径.光解水制氢是实现太阳能转化成化学能,解决能源需求和环境污染一个理想方法,其中水氧化反应是制约太阳能转化的关键.近几十年来,科学家们一直致力于开发高效、稳定的水氧化催化剂,以实现高效水分解获得太阳能转化为化学能所需的质子和电子.在众多水氧化催化剂中,基于Ru的分子催化剂因其结构简单、效果突出,受到人们广泛关注.本文报道了一系列Ru-bda类型的单核Ru催化剂,通过在核心配体上进行Br取代,获得三个新催化剂2,3,5,[Ru(Ln)(picoline)2](H2L1=4-溴-2,2′-联吡啶-6,6′-二羧酸(4-Br-bda),picoline=4-甲基吡啶,2;H2L2=4,4′-二溴-bda,3)和[Ru(L1)(isoquinoline)2]5(isoquinoline=异喹啉),并对其结构进行全面的表征.电化学结果表明,在核心配体中引入Br原子导致催化剂氧化中心的氧化电位有所增加,其原因是取代基Br的吸电子能力降低了中心金属Ru的电子云密度,从而使其氧化电位升高.在催化水氧化反应中,以硝酸铈铵为氧化剂,在p H=1.0的水溶液中对催化剂1-5的催化水氧化活性进行研究.研究发现反应随着取代基Br的引入,催化剂催化水氧化活性逐渐降低,说明在核心配体上的引入吸电子基团不利于Ru-bda型催化剂催化活性的提高.为了深入了解Br取代基效应对催化剂活性的影响,本文重点研究了催化剂1-5的动力学过程和催化水氧化机理.在酸性条件下,通过利用紫外-可见吸收光谱仪研究氧化剂Ce(IV)在360 nm处的紫外吸收变化,进而阐明催化剂催化水氧化的反应机理.保持氧化剂Ce(IV)的初始浓度为1.5 mmol/L,改变催化剂的浓度为0.1μmol/L至6.0μmol/L,对反应最初10 s的数据进行线性拟合和对数计算,分别得到的催化剂1-5的反应级数为2.08,1.79,1.61,2.19和1.90,这表明催化剂2和3与催化 展开更多
