ITO退火工艺对HADS型TFT-LCD透过率的影响 预览

HADS型TFT基板制程中通常存在两次ITO退火工艺,而Cell制程中则存在相似的配向膜高温烘焙工艺。为提升TFT产线退火工序的产能,因此考虑对ITO退火进行时间上的缩减甚至直接省略,然后利用配向膜烘焙的热处理对前层ITO的结晶进行补偿,但ITO... HADS型TFT基板制程中通常存在两次ITO退火工艺,而Cell制程中则存在相似的配向膜高温烘焙工艺。为提升TFT产线退火工序的产能,因此考虑对ITO退火进行时间上的缩减甚至直接省略,然后利用配向膜烘焙的热处理对前层ITO的结晶进行补偿,但ITO结晶方式的变化还需确保产品高透过率特性。对比实验的结果表明:单层ITO退火时间由30min缩减至10min时,产品的透过率基本保持不变;2nd ITO退火直接省略时产品仍具备高的透过率特性,但1st ITO退火省略时产品的透过率则会大幅降低,其主要原因是钝化绝缘层的阻隔导致了1st ITO中的亚氧化物无法被后工段的热处理所氧化,而配向膜涂覆后的2nd ITO在烘焙过程中仍可以与外界高温空气结合反应。在确保产品高透过率的前提下,选择从源头上减少了1st ITO内亚氧化物的产生,通过增加1st ITO成膜时的氧气流量也可以实现1st ITO退火的直接省略。最终两次ITO退火均可被配向膜烘焙所替代且产品兼具高透过率特性,最大化地提升了TFT产线的生产效率。 展开更多

Association of hemoglobin with arterial stiffness evaluated by carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity among Chinese adults

Objective: Increased hemoglobin (Hb) levels are known to be associated with increased cardiovascular events and mortalities. Therefore, we assumed that high Hb levels were associated with arterial stiffness. Pulse wave velocity (PWV) is a simple and noninvasive method for measuring arterial stiffness to assess cardiovascular disease in general populations. Accordingly, we conducted a cross-sectional study to explore the association of Hb with PWV. Methods: A total of 6642 adults aged 54.5 ± 11.2 years undergoing physical examinations were enrolled, 71.7% of whom were males. Arterial stiffness was evaluated by carotid-femoral PWV (cfPWV). Multivariable regression analyses were performed to determine the relationship between Hb and increased cfPWV. Results: In this study, the mean Hb (per 10 g/L increase) was 144.7 ± 13.9 g/L, and the mean cfPWV was 15.1 ± 3.1 m/s. cfPWV was significantly higher in high hemoglobin groups >15.4 g/L (Quartile 4) than in the lowest hemoglobin group (Quartile 1 < 13.6 g/L;P < 0.001). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that Hb positively correlated with cfPWV (β= 0.16, P < 0.01). Univariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that Hb was associated with increased cfPWV, with an odd ratio (OR) of 1.46 (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.39-1.54). After adjusting for potential confounders, Hb and the highest Hb quartile group were also independently associated with increased cfPWV, with a fully adjusted OR of 1.11 (95% CI, 1.02-1.20) and 1.45 (95% CI, 1.01-2.08), respectively. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that Hb levels significantly correlate with increased cfPWV. 展开更多

Mouse Dnajc5b and Cymg1 genes are new genes that we cloned specifically in mouse testis.Dnajc5b is a homolog of DNAJ(HSP40),subfamily C,and the second of member 5,so named Dnajc5b,which is located on chromosome 3 of mouse and contains five exons with a total length of 947 bp.The reading frame is 597 bp and encodes a total of 199 amino acids.Dnajc5b was specifically expressed in mouse testis as shown by multi-tissue RT-PCR.Dnajc5b was weakly expressed in the first week and the second week after the mice were born,and the expression was enhanced in the third week.The greatest expression was in the eighth week of sexual maturity.At the same time,in situ hybridization results showed that Dnajc5b gene was specifically expressed in mouse spermatogonia,and its expression was positively correlated with testicular development.Cymg1(GenBank accession No.AY600990),which has a full length of 0.78 kb,and contains four exons and three introns,was cloned from a mouse testis cDNA library.The gene is located in the 2G3 area of chromosome 2.The full cDNA encompasses the entire open reading frame,encoding 141 amino acid residues.CYMG1 has a 44%(48/108)identity with mouse CRES and 30%(42/140)identity with mouse cystatin C.Northern blot analysis showed that the Cymg1 is specifically expressed in adult mouse testes.Immunohistochemistry revealed that the CYMG1 protein was expressed in mouse testes spermatogonium,spermatocytes,round spermatids,elongating spermatids and spermatozoa.RT-PCR results also showed that Cymg1 was expressed in mouse testes and spermatogonium.The Cymg1 expression level varied in different developmental stages.The Cymg1 expression level in the testes over different developmental stages correlates with the mouse spermatogenesis and sexual maturation process. 展开更多

In this paper, we report the fabrication of the photocatalysts composed of Cu2O nanobelts and nanoporous Cu(NP Cu)substrate, which is obtained by soaking the NP Cu in dehydrated ethanol. The NP Cu substrate is achieved by dealloying of Ti40.6Zr9.4Cu40.6Ni6.3Sn3.1 amorphous ribbons in HF solutions. The dealloying process is considered to be a thermally activated process, obeying the Arrhenius law. The surface diffusivity increases with increasing dealloying temperature and concentration of HF solutions. The activation energy of the diffusion of Cu adatoms is estimated to be 76.4 kJ/mol. The Cu2O nanobelts with the width of 10–15 nm and the length of about 1 lm are formed on the surface of NP Cu after immersion in dehydrated ethanol. The photocatalysts of Cu2O on nanoporous Cu exhibit superior photocatalytic activity toward the degradation of methyl orange and methylene blue under the irradiation of the sunlight due to the coexistence of Cu2O semiconductor nanobelts and large amount of heterojunctions as flowing path for photoelectrons. 展开更多

目的评价调补心肾法对AD患者(阿尔茨海默病患者)HHCY的干预作用。方法应用随机数字表法进行分组,将符合纳入标准的60例AD患者随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例);治疗组依据治疗方案分为对照组A(盐酸多奈哌齐)、治疗组B(中药汤剂+盐酸... 目的评价调补心肾法对AD患者(阿尔茨海默病患者)HHCY的干预作用。方法应用随机数字表法进行分组,将符合纳入标准的60例AD患者随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例);治疗组依据治疗方案分为对照组A(盐酸多奈哌齐)、治疗组B(中药汤剂+盐酸多奈哌齐),两组均给予控制高血压、高血糖、高血脂等原发病的基础治疗。结果治疗组中医证候积分及ADAS-COG-DVR降低,MMSE评分增高,HHCY有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调补心肾法能有效降低HHCY水平,对治疗AD临床疗效优势显著,HHCY水平的下降可能与认知的改善具有一定的相关性,值得进一步深入应用。 展开更多

Along with the Cancer Genome Project, various open access databases, including The Cancer Genome Atlas and Gene Expression Omnibus, provide large volumes of data, which allow researchers to explore responsive or resistant biomarkers of immune checkpoint inhibitors? In this review, we introduced some methodologies on database selection, biomarker screening, current progress of immune checkpoint blockade in solid tumor treatment, possible mechanisms of drug resistance, strategies of overcoming resistance, and indications for immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy. 展开更多

基于水力模型的多因子水质监测点优化布置方法研究

随着城市快速的发展,城市供水管网的规模也在不断的扩大,其拓扑结构也越来越复杂,增加了供水安全的难度。其中供水水质安全最为迫切,因此需要在供水管网中设置一定数量的水质监测点对供水水质进行监测。在前人研究的基础上,针对供水管... 随着城市快速的发展,城市供水管网的规模也在不断的扩大,其拓扑结构也越来越复杂,增加了供水安全的难度。其中供水水质安全最为迫切,因此需要在供水管网中设置一定数量的水质监测点对供水水质进行监测。在前人研究的基础上,针对供水管网水质监测点优化布置的问题,在单一的节点水龄法的基础上综合考虑其他影响因素对管网水质的影响,利用北方某市供水管网水力模型进行水质监测点的优化布置方案设计,通过水力模拟软件,优化节点水龄法,设计出了基于多因子优化法的水质监测点优化布置程序。并对北方某市供水管网进行计算,结果表明,基于水力模型的多因子水质监测点优化布置方法计算出的水质监测点位置与实际位置有43.75%的重合度,不仅覆盖了在常规管网运行中水厂及加压泵站等重点水质监测位置,也在供水分界线、管网中以及管网末梢增加了部分监测点,同时对污染事故的预警时间也比优化前短,效果明显。因此,在人工经验的基础上,以多因子法为补充加强,理论与实际相结合,使布置方法更有科学依据,考虑因素更加全面,布点更加合理。利用该方法分析供水管网工况,可为水质监测点优化布置工作提供较好的实施方案。 展开更多

热阴极广泛应用于真空电子器件、加速器、自由电子激光等各类束流装置,热阴极表面状态非均匀性对束流本征发射度有着显著的影响.本文推导了非均匀发射阴极的均方根本征发射度理论形式,并分析了逸出功非均匀性及其统计效应对本征发射度... 热阴极广泛应用于真空电子器件、加速器、自由电子激光等各类束流装置,热阴极表面状态非均匀性对束流本征发射度有着显著的影响.本文推导了非均匀发射阴极的均方根本征发射度理论形式,并分析了逸出功非均匀性及其统计效应对本征发射度的影响.针对逸出功径向和一维余弦分布模型,计算了均方根发射度与逸出功非均匀性关系的理论数值解;基于有限差分法粒子仿真技术,开发了专用于阴极仿真的程序YY-PICMC,并验证了理论形式的正确性;针对逸出功二维余弦分布模型进行了理论和仿真分析,结果表明逸出功分布空间频数对均方根发射度涨落有显著影响,当空间频数趋于无限大时,发射度增长系数趋于1,即逸出功均匀阴极的情形;最后,分析了最接近真实阴极表面状态的二维逸出功随机分布模型,仿真结果表明随着空间频数增加,发射度增长系数统计方差逐渐减小,符合余弦模型结果的预期.本文建立的理论形式和仿真方法可以用于评估各类阴极表面逸出功空间非均匀性特征对束流本征发射度的影响程度. 展开更多

Objective: To observe the effects of electroacupuncture(EA) on reproductive outcomes in women with Shen(Kidndy) deficiency syndrome after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET),and explore the underlying molecular mechanism.Methods: Sixty-six infertile patients with Shen de?ciency syndrome undergoing IVF-ET were divided into EA or control groups according to a random table,33 cases in each group.Before undergoing IVF,patients in the EA and control groups received EA therapy and placebo needle puncture,respectively,for 3 menstrual cycles.Shen de?ciency syndrome scores were assessed.Other outcome measures included the number of retrieved oocytes and fertilization,high-quality embryo and clinical pregnancy rates.Follicular ?uid was collected on the day of oocyte retrieval,and granulosa cell expression of phosphatidylinositide3-kinases(PI3 K),serine-threonine kinase(Akt) and forkhead box O3(Foxo3 a) m RNA were measured by reverse transcribed and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.Results: Syndrome scores for pre-versus post-treatments decreased significantly(16.53±1.75 to 8.67±1.61) in the EA group(P<0.05),but showed no signi?cant change in the control group(17.18±1.58 to 14.74±1.58).A signi?cant difference in score change was found between the EA and control groups(P<0.05).High-quality embryo and clinical pregnancy rates were both increased in the EA group compared with the control group [69.15%(195/282) vs.60.27%(176/292) and 66.67%(22/33) vs.42.42%(14/33),respectively,P<0.05].The fertilization rate was equivalent in EA and control groups.No difference was found in the number of retrieved oocytes between the two groups.Granulosa cell expression levels of PI3 K and Akt m RNA were signi?cantly increased in the EA group compared with the control group,while the expression of Foxo3 a was reduced(all P<0.05).Conclusions: For infertile patients with Shen de?ciency syndrome undergoing IVF,EA for tonifying Shen as an adjunct treatment may alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the high-quality em 展开更多

To define the features of these specification and differen... Pancreatic endocrine islets are vital for glucose homeostasis. However, the islet developmental trajectory and its regulatory network are not well understood. To define the features of these specification and differentiation processes, we isolated individual islet cells from TgBAC(neurod1:EGFP) transgenic zebrafish and analyzed islet developmental dynamics across four different embryonic stages using a single-cell RNA-seq strategy. We identified proliferative endocrine progenitors, which could be further categorized by different cell cycle phases with the G1/S subpopulation displaying a distinct differentiation potential. We identified endocrine precursors, a heterogeneous intermediate-state population consisting of lineage-primed alpha, beta and delta cells that were characterized by the expression of lineage-specific transcription factors and relatively low expression of terminally differentiation markers. The terminally differentiated alpha, beta, and delta cells displayed stage-dependent differentiation states, which were related to their functional maturation. Our data unveiled distinct states, events and molecular features during the islet developmental transition, and provided resources to comprehensively understand the lineage hierarchy of islet development at the single-cell level. 展开更多

先进光源的发展在前沿科学研究中发挥的作用越来越重要。近十年来,飞速发展的自由电子激光技术为科学家们提供了探索未知世界、发现新科学规律和实现技术变革的重要工具。建成的大连极紫外(EUV)相干光源的运行波段为50~150nm,单脉冲能... 先进光源的发展在前沿科学研究中发挥的作用越来越重要。近十年来,飞速发展的自由电子激光技术为科学家们提供了探索未知世界、发现新科学规律和实现技术变革的重要工具。建成的大连极紫外(EUV)相干光源的运行波段为50~150nm,单脉冲能量大于100μJ,且可提供10-12 s和10-13 s量级的超快激光脉冲,是我国第一台自由电子激光用户装置,并且是国际上唯一运行在极紫外波段的自由电子激光用户装置,在世界范围内为用户提供具有高峰值亮度和超短脉冲的极紫外激光。大连EUV相干光源是由国家自然科学基金委资助、由中国科学院大连化学物理研究所和上海应用物理研究所共同承担的重大科学仪器研制项目,目标是打造一个以先进极紫外光源为核心、主要用于能源基础科学研究的光子科学平台。 展开更多

超声新六类法预测乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移的可行性和应用价值分析

目的探讨超声对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结新六类法可行性及应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的乳腺癌患者,528个腋淋巴结病灶。应用单因素卡方检验和多因素Logistic方法分析遴选有预测价值的声像学指标,按诊断腋淋巴结良恶性情况进行赋分,按照... 目的探讨超声对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结新六类法可行性及应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的乳腺癌患者,528个腋淋巴结病灶。应用单因素卡方检验和多因素Logistic方法分析遴选有预测价值的声像学指标,按诊断腋淋巴结良恶性情况进行赋分,按照分数绘制多因素模型的ROC曲线。利用多因素数据类比于乳腺BI-RADS分类,构建1~6类分类模型。Kappa检验判断不同年资医师应用超声腋窝淋巴结六类法诊断的一致性。结果经过单多因素逐步筛选,BI-RADS分类、皮质厚度、门样结构、淋巴结形态和双侧对比五种因素对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移有较好预测效果,构建的多因素模型曲线下面积(AUC)为0.914 (P<0.05)。应用多因素数据构建六类法分类模型,不同年资医师六类法的Kappa值为0.685,一致性较好。结论超声可以较准确预测乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移,应用六类法进行超声分类具可行性且预测准确率较高。 展开更多

Standing on the potential for high-speed modulation and switching in the terahertz (THz) regime, all-optical approaches whose response speeds mainly depend on the lifetime of nonequilibrium free carriers have attracted a tremendous attention. Here, we establish a novel bi-direction THz modulation experiment controlled by femtosecond laser for new functional devices. Specifically, time-resolved transmission measurements are conducted on a series of thin layers Bi2Se3 films fabricated straightforwardly on AI2O3 substrates, with the pump fluence range from 25(iJ/cm2 to 200 |iJ/cm2 per pulse. After photoexcitation, an ultrafast switching of THz wave with a full recovery time of ?1 Ops is observed. For a longer timescale, a photoinduced increase in the transmitted THz amplitude is found in the 8 and 10 quintuple layers (QL) BizSR, which shows a thickness-dependent topological phase transition. Additionally, the broadband modulation effect of the 8 QL Bi2Se3 film is presented at the time delays of 2.2ps and 12.5ps which have a maximum modulation depth of 6.4% and 1.3% under the pump fluence of 200(iJ/cm2, respectively. Furthermore, the absorption of a optical phonon at 1.9 THz shows a time-dependent evolution which is consistent with the cooling of lattice temperature. 展开更多

以低聚氨基多糖与亚硒酸钠为原料,合成硒化低聚氨基多糖(Low molecular seleno-aminopolysaccharide,LSA)。通过无机硒与总硒含量的比值考察LSA稳定性,对LSA进行了影响因素[60℃高温试验,25℃、相对湿度(90%±5%)高湿度试验和(4500&... 以低聚氨基多糖与亚硒酸钠为原料,合成硒化低聚氨基多糖(Low molecular seleno-aminopolysaccharide,LSA)。通过无机硒与总硒含量的比值考察LSA稳定性,对LSA进行了影响因素[60℃高温试验,25℃、相对湿度(90%±5%)高湿度试验和(4500±500)lx强光照试验]、加速试验(40℃、相对湿度75%)和长期试验(25℃、相对湿度60%,12个月)。结果高湿度条件下10 d LSA吸湿严重发生结块现象,无机硒/总硒有显著性减小。高温及强光照射10 d对其质量也有一定影响,但无机硒/总硒在强光试验中有显著性增加,长时间的光照对LSA的稳定性影响较大。同时,加速试验与长期试验表明产品较为稳定。因此,硒化低聚氨基多糖有一定程度的吸湿性,高光对其稳定性的影响较大,应该在密闭条件下避光保存。 展开更多
