The purposes of this literature review were to analyze in depth studies that were related to resilience among nurses to reflect the current knowledge about resilience and its importance for nurses, to identify the recommended strategies in the literature to build resilience among nurses, and to critically review the studies and the interventions that tested the impact of teaching resilience for nurses. The recurrent nurses exposure to work stressors and adversities has many negative consequences at different aspects related to nurses’ wellbeing, quality of care, and organizational intimacy. Resilient nurse is more able to face work stressors and its negative effects. Increasing nurses’ resilience for the purpose of surviving in the complicated work environment is a crucial issue in the current century. In this review, it was found that many strategies had been recommended to build resilience and many resiliency programs had been implemented. The results of the implemented programs showed significant improvement among the participants, although there was no consistency over the contents of the programs, and no consistency between the contents of the programs and the recommended strategies that found in the review. The contents of the programs were stress reduction focused rather than the pure resiliency strategies and recommendations. It is recommended to integrate resilience in nursing education at different levels and to develop a well structured resiliency training program based on the pure resiliency strategies that had been recommended to build resilience among nurses. 展开更多

Perception of Pharmacovigilance by Nurses and Midwives of the Cocody University Teaching Hospital in Abidjan 预览

Objective: To assess the perception on pharmacovigilance by the nurses and midwives at the University Teaching Hospital (CHU) of Cocody in 2017. Methodology: Descriptive and analytic cross-sectional study conducted in 17 services of the University Teaching Hospital (CHU) of Cocody using an anonymized and standardized questionnaire. Results: The response rate was 39.33% for the 86 nurses and 21 midwives with at least 10 years of professional experience (50.6%). 57.94% of the respondents (n = 62) have already heard about pharmacovigilance during their basic training (40.18%, n = 43). However, only 19.63% (21/107) of the respondents knew about the existence of a pharmacovigilance unit which they wrongly located to the pharmacy (11/21) of the CHU of Cocody. 40.18% of respondents (n = 43) had previously experienced an adverse drug reaction that was reported (76.74%, n = 33) to a hierarchical supervisor (60.60%, n = 20). The causes of non-reporting were either the frequent occurence (4/10) or the benign nature (2/10) of the adverse drug reaction. Specific actions to be taken (37.38%, n = 40) and a feedback (28.97%, n = 31) were the respondents’ main expectations for the stimulation of the reporting system. They also wanted the pharmacovigilance monitors to regularly visit their services (34.57%, n = 37) and to provide them with the reporting forms (30.84%, n = 33). Conclusion: Our study has allowed us to highlight the lack of knowledge of the pharmacovigilance and to identify certain factors that could improve the perception of the pharmacovigilance by the nurses and the midwives in Ivory Coast. 展开更多

基于岗位胜任力的培训模式在新护士培训中应用效果的Meta分析 被引量:1

目的评价基于岗位胜任力的培训模式在新护士培训中的应用效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、中国科技期刊数据库、万方和维普数据库中有关基于岗位胜任力培训模式应用于新护士培训的随... 目的评价基于岗位胜任力的培训模式在新护士培训中的应用效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、中国科技期刊数据库、万方和维普数据库中有关基于岗位胜任力培训模式应用于新护士培训的随机对照及类实验研究。经筛选文献,提取资料与评价文献质量后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入6篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,基于岗位胜任力的培训模式能提高新护士的知识综合能力[MD=4.91,95%CI(3.84~5.99),P<0.001]、良好的个人特质[MD=0.28,95%CI(0.22~0.35),P<0.001]、人际沟通能力[MD=2.31,95%CI(0.84~3.78),P=0.002]、临床护理能力[MD=0.33,95%CI(0.08~0.58),P=0.040]、专业建设与发展能力[MD=0.23,95%CI(0.19~0.27),P<0.001]、批判性思维与创新能力[MD=1.37,95%CI(0.17~2.57),P=0.020]。结论基于岗位胜任力的培训模式可有效提高新护士的知识综合能力、良好的个人特质、人际沟通能力、临床护理能力、专业建设与发展能力、批判性思维与创新能力,提高新护士岗位胜任力。由于涉及本研究评价指标的纳入研究数量较少且部分评价指标间存在异质性,故未来仍需多中心、高质量、大样本的研究进一步评价基于岗位胜任力的培训模式在护理人员培训中的应用效果。 展开更多

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to translate the Family Sense of Coherence Scale-short form (FSOC-S) into a Japanese version (J-FSOC-S) for Japanese nurses and to evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods: First, we obtained permission to translate the FSOC-S from the original author and translated it into Japanese using the translation/back translation technique. Second, the J-FSOC-S was reviewed by a panel of experts in nursing research and practice, then, a validation survey was conducted. The internal consistency of the J-FSOC-S was assessed using Cronbach’s α coefficient. Test-retest reliability was examined through intra-class correlation coefficients (ICC). Construct validity was investigated by measuring the correlation coefficients between the J-FSOC-S and Sense of Coherence (SOC) Scale (concurrent validity) and the Family Adaptability Partnership, Growth, Affection, and Resolve Index (Family APGAR) (convergent validity). Results: A total of 374 nurses (valid response rate = 58.6%) were recruited from seven hospitals. Thirty-four participants completed the questionnaire twice at an interval of 2 - 4 weeks to test the reliability. The mean age of the participants was 35.0 years (SD = 7.6, range = 25 - 59). The mean years of experience as a registered nurse were 11.0 years (SD = 7.1, range = 5 - 36). Of the total number of participants, 53.7% had children. The J-FSOC-S showed good internal consistency (Cronbach’s α = 0.85) and test-retest reliability (ICC = 0.77). The prime aim of this study was to find a psychological process model of patients with terminally ill in home hospice investigating the contents of a narrative, and the secondary aim was to create a narrative approach program for nurses. Ten patients narrated their thinking or feelings along with some prepared questions in two sessions. Patients’ narrative data were categorized by a qualitative analysis and 34 categories were chosen. They perceived good points in home hospice like “Being able to spend time freely”, “Close relationships with care staffs and strong confidence”, though they perceived trouble points like “Suffering from putting burden on the people around me” or “Worries about economic problems”. They perceived psychological changes through illness like “Having peace of mind and becoming kind” “Desire for a natural death”. Moreover they perceived their life like “Acceptance of one’s life including illness” “My life lived with satisfaction”. They regarded as important things such as “Spending life time usefully” “Feelings of my family members and of those around me”, and as hopes “Hope to leave my living proof” “Living left time to the fullest”. From these categories, we propose an acceptance model of patients’ life and a narrative program for nurses. 展开更多

目的探讨基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取北京中医药大学深圳医院2015年7月—2016年7月新入职的65名应届护理毕业生为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为观察组32名和对照组33名... 目的探讨基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取北京中医药大学深圳医院2015年7月—2016年7月新入职的65名应届护理毕业生为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为观察组32名和对照组33名。对照组采用常规培训方法,观察组在此基础上采用微课联合翻转课堂教学模式进行培训。培训后,比较两组护士理论知和临床实践能力考核成绩,采用护理专业学生自主学习能力测评量表、注册护士核心能力测评量表、满意度问卷比较干预的效果。结果培训结束后,观察组护士理论成绩(82.68±8.85)分,临床实践能力考核成绩(83.64±5.93)分,自主学习能力(112.32±8.62)分,护士核心能力(162.23±17.96)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为3.258、6.679、6.085、3.808;P<0.01)。观察组护士对培训课程的满意率为87.9%,对照组为65.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.532,P=0.033)。结论基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式可提高培训效果,有助于规培护士自主学习能力和核心能力的培养。 展开更多

Background: Contact dermatitis is common disease and represents a significant problem in healthcare sector, mainly among nurses. Many studies reported the prevalence of contact dermatitis from different parts of the world. Nevertheless, data about its frequency in Tunisia especially in public hospital seems to be insufficient. This study aims to assess the prevalence of contact dermatitis among nurses working in public hospital and identify risk factors. Patient and Methods: A cross sectional study was conducted among a representative sample of 1278 health professionals working in a public hospital matched by professional status and department. The survey was based on a questionnaire, a specialized examination and patch tests. Results: The prevalence of occupational contact dermatitis was 22% (17.5 - 27.2). The worker profile at risk of contact dermatitis was a female nurse aged 37 years working in a surgical department during 12.7 ± 9.36 years. Hands were damaged in 92.4% of cases and rhythmicity with occupational exposure was reported by 86% of affected individuals. Patch tests using European Standard Battery were performed among 33 workers and revealed a sensitization to an allergen among 26 workers. Patch test using rubber battery (if suspicion of allergic contact dermatitis to gloves) was performed among 29 agents and positive among 12. The analytical study revealed that history of atopy, job tenure, the mean daily number of hand washing, the mean daily number of worn gloves and mean duration of glove wearing were significantly higher in the affected population. Conclusion: Contact dermatitis affects particularly nurses in public hospitals. Its prevention requires a diagnostic approach based on a detailed professional investigation and patch tests. 展开更多

Background and Aim: Nurses experience the highest incidence of work-related back injuries, a serious and costly problem that affects their profession. The main aim of this review was to highlight the quality of life of nurses who suffer from low back pain. Methods: A review of previous literature review about the impact of LBP on the nurses has been reviewed. The database which was be used for this review included the Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL&#174;), Ovid MEDLINE, PuMed, Ovid OLDMEDLINE, Embase Classic + EMBASE (Ovid), The Web of Science (Thomson Reuters). Conclusion: Several studies revealed a significant decrease in the quality of life among nurses who have work-related LBP among nurses. This effect would have its significant magnitude on the nurses’ work and on the quality of healthcare as well. Recommendations: This review promoted the need to adopt an effective educational program with clinical training into basic nursing education and health care practices to maximize the quality of life among nurses in order to reduce the incidence of work-related LBP among nurses. 展开更多

目的了解三级医院男护士感知的职场欺负和护士长领导力现状,分析两者的相关性。方法以方便抽样法,于2017年12月,选择浙江省温州医科大学8所教学医院的男护士为研究对象,采用企业员工职场欺负问卷、护士长领导力测评问卷调查。共发放调... 目的了解三级医院男护士感知的职场欺负和护士长领导力现状,分析两者的相关性。方法以方便抽样法,于2017年12月,选择浙江省温州医科大学8所教学医院的男护士为研究对象,采用企业员工职场欺负问卷、护士长领导力测评问卷调查。共发放调查问卷350份,回收有效问卷329份,有效回收率为94.0%。结果329名男护士感知的职场欺负为(32.70±5.02)分,护士长领导力得分(186.15±29.50)分。Pearson相关分析显示,男护士职场欺负与护士长领导呈负相关(r=-0.293,P<0.05)。结论男护士感知的职场欺负、护士长领导力水平均处于中等水平,且两者呈负相关。建议护士长调整行为完成组织任务,积极为男护士提供发展的机会,满足男护士的底层需要,激发他们对高层次需要的追求,进一步提高护士长领导力,降低男护士职场欺负感知。 展开更多

Background: There is generally a lack of good health-seeking practices among health professionals due to a variety of factors, including the intensity of the medical practice itself. Doctors and nurses are perceived to have a good knowledge of ideal health-seeking behaviors and as such, it is important to determine the level of their awareness and estimate whether this knowledge is put into practice. This study, therefore, aimed to determine the level of awareness and practices of proper health-seeking behavior and to identify the factors responsible for self-medication among doctors and nurses in a tertiary hospital in Nigeria. Methodology: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted between April and may 2018 among 106 doctors and 164 nurses in a tertiary health facility in Ido-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Southwestern Nigeria. A simple random sampling technique by balloting was performed from the list of doctors and nurses in the hospital to select doctors and nurses that participated in the study. A pretested semi-structured self-administered questionnaire was designed and used to collect data. The data were entered into the computer software and analyzed using SPSS version 20. P ≤ 0.05 was taken as significant. Result: Out of 106 doctors and 164 nurses recruited, only 102 doctors and 143 nurses filled the questionnaire completely and returned for analysis. One hundred and four respondents (42.4%) fall within the ages of 31 - 40 years with a male to female ratio of 1:1.23. Awareness of proper health seeking behavior among both doctors and nurses was high among the two groups with no statistically significant difference between them. Twenty-nine (28.0%) doctors compared with thirty-four (23.8%) nurses go for a regular medical check-up with no statistically significant difference between the two groups (p = 0.411). Out of these, 5 (17.2%) doctors and 7 (23.8%) nurses visit at an interval of less than 6 month (p = 0.736). 目的了解拉萨市人民医院护士职业认同现状,为提高护士职业认同水平提供依据。方法采用便利抽样方法,选择2018年9月15—21日拉萨市人民医院152名护士为研究对象,使用自行编制的一般资料问卷及护士职业认同量表转换成问卷星模式通过微信... 目的了解拉萨市人民医院护士职业认同现状,为提高护士职业认同水平提供依据。方法采用便利抽样方法,选择2018年9月15—21日拉萨市人民医院152名护士为研究对象,使用自行编制的一般资料问卷及护士职业认同量表转换成问卷星模式通过微信进行问卷调查。釆用单因素分析法探讨社会人口学变量对护士职业认同的影响,运用多元线性回归法分析护士职业认同的影响因素。参与答卷人数为152名,问卷有效率100%。结果152名护士职业认同感得分为(108.16±21.06)分,处于中等水平。单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、择业原因护士职业认同得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,择业原因是护士职业认同水平的主要影响因素。结论目前拉萨市人民医院护士职业认同感处于中等水平,择业原因对其有影响。管理者应针对影响因素采取不同的方法,加强对护士职业认同感的培育。 展开更多

目的探讨工作环境、护士感知的护士长领导风格和护士工作价值观现状,分析工作环境、护士感知的护士长领导风格对护士工作价值观的影响。方法采用问卷调查法,对长沙市6家医院499名护士进行调查。结果护士的工作价值观得分为(3.52±0.... 目的探讨工作环境、护士感知的护士长领导风格和护士工作价值观现状,分析工作环境、护士感知的护士长领导风格对护士工作价值观的影响。方法采用问卷调查法,对长沙市6家医院499名护士进行调查。结果护士的工作价值观得分为(3.52±0.56)分,护士的工作环境得分为(3.03±0.44)分,护士感知的变革型领导风格得分为(2.70±0.76)分,交易型领导风格得分为(2.23±0.47)分。工作环境、变革型领导风格、交易型领导风格与护士的工作价值观呈正性相关(P=0.452、0.371、0.234)。结论护士的工作价值观处于中等水平。通过改善工作环境及护士长施以正向领导,特别是针对高质量护理服务的基础和充足的人力资源以及智力激发等因素提出有利改善举措,可在一定程度上促进护士工作价值观的向上发展。 展开更多
