高血压患者的延续性护理效果分析 预览

目的探讨对高血压患者给予延续性护理干预后对其血压控制以及生活质量满意度产生的影响。方法选择我院2017年1月—2019年2月收治的120例高血压患者作为实验对象;抽签法分组后探究每组病症护理措施;参照组(60例):选择传统护理措施展开病... 目的探讨对高血压患者给予延续性护理干预后对其血压控制以及生活质量满意度产生的影响。方法选择我院2017年1月—2019年2月收治的120例高血压患者作为实验对象;抽签法分组后探究每组病症护理措施;参照组(60例):选择传统护理措施展开病症护理;研究组(60例):选择传统护理措施+延续性护理措施展开病症护理;对比血压达标率以及护理前后生活质量各项指标评分。结果研究组高血压患者血压达标率(98.33%)高于参照组(70.00%)(P<0.05);护理前,研究组高血压患者生活质量各项评分(情感职能、社会功能、精神健康以及生理功能)同参照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组高血压患者生活质量各项评分(情感职能、社会功能、精神健康以及生理功能)均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理措施的有效选择,使得高血压患者在接受护理期间的综合状态获得明显改善,主要体现为血压达标率提升,情感职能、社会功能、精神健康以及生理功能提升几方面,最终对于高血压患者康复状态与生活质量的显著提升,奠定基础。 展开更多

Foliar fungal diseases(rust and late leaf spot)incur large yield losses,in addition to the deterioration of fodder quality in groundnut worldwide.High oleic acid has emerged as a key market trait in groundnut,as it increases the shelf life of the produce/products in addition to providing health benefits to consumers.Marker-assisted backcrossing(MABC)is the most successful approach to introgressing or pyramiding one or more traits using traitlinked markers.We used MABC to improve three popular Indian cultivars(GJG 9,GG 20,and GJGHPS 1)for foliar disease resistance(FDR)and high oleic acid content.A total of 22 BC3F4 and 30 BC2F4 introgression lines(ILs)for FDR and 46 BC3F4 and 41 BC2F4 ILs for high oleic acid were developed.Recurrent parent genome analysis using the 58 K Axiom_Arachis array identified several lines showing upto 94%of genome recovery among second and third backcross progenies.Phenotyping of these ILs revealed FDR scores comparable to the resistant parent,GPBD 4,and ILs with high(~80%)oleic acid in addition to high genome recovery.These ILs provide further opportunities for pyramiding FDR and high oleic acid in all three genetic backgrounds as well as for conducting multi-location yield trials for further evaluation and release for cultivation in target regions of India. 展开更多

Objective:To judge the efficacies of neural stem cell(NSC)transplantation on functional recovery following contusion spinal cord injuries(SCIs).Data sources:Studies in which NSCs were transplanted into a clinically relevant,standardized rat model of contusion SCI were identified by searching the PubMed,Embase and Cochrane databases,and the extracted data were analyzed by Stata 14.0.Data selection:Inclusion criteria were that NSCs were used in in vivo animal studies to treat contusion SCIs and that behavioral assessment of locomotor functional recovery was performed using the Basso,Beattie,and Bresnahan lo-comotor rating scale.Exclusion criteria included a follow-up of less than 4 weeks and the lack of control groups.Outcome measures:The restoration of motor function was assessed by the Basso,Beattie,and Bresnahan locomotor rating scale.Results:We identified 1756 non-duplicated papers by searching the aforementioned electronic databases,and 30 full-text articles met the inclusion criteria.A total of 37 studies reported in the 30 articles were included in the meta-analysis.The meta-analysis results showed that transplanted NSCs could improve the motor function recovery of rats following contusion SCIs,to a moderate extent(pooled standardized mean difference(SMD)=0.73;95%confidence interval(CI):0.47–1.00;P<0.001).NSCs obtained from different donor species(rat:SMD=0.74;95%CI:0.36–1.13;human:SMD=0.78;95%CI:0.31–1.25),at different donor ages(fetal:SMD=0.67;95%CI:0.43–0.92;adult:SMD=0.86;95%CI:0.50–1.22)and from different origins(brain-derived:SMD=0.59;95%CI:0.27–0.91;spinal cord-derived:SMD=0.51;95%CI:0.22–0.79)had similar efficacies on improved functional recovery;however,adult induced pluripotent stem cell-derived NSCs showed no significant efficacies.Furthermore,the use of higher doses of transplanted NSCs or the administration of immunosuppressive agents did not promote better locomotor function recovery(SMD=0.45;95%CI:0.21–0.70).However,shorter periods between the contusion induction and the NSC tr 展开更多

Neurological recovery and antioxidant effects of resveratrol in rats with spinal cord injury:a meta-analysis 预览

Objective:To critically assess the neurological recovery and antioxidant effects of resveratrol in rat models of spinal cord injury.Data sources:Using“spinal cord injury”,“resveratrol”and“animal experiment”as the main search terms,all studies on the treatment of spinal cord injury in rats by resveratrol were searched for in PubMed,EMBASE,MEDLINE,Web of Science,Science Direct,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,VIP,and SinoMed databases by computer.The search was conducted from their inception date to April 2017.No language restriction was used in the literature search.Data selection:The methodological quality of each study was assessed by the initial Stroke Therapy Academic Industry Roundtable recommendations.Two reviewers independently selected studies according to the title,abstract and full text.The risk of bias in the included studies was also evaluated.Meta-analyses were performed with Review Manager 5.3 software.Outcome measures:Neurological function was assessed by the Basso,Beattie,and Bresnahan scale score,inclined plane score and Gale’s motor function score.Molecular-biological analysis of antioxidative effects was conducted to determine superoxide dismutase levels,malondialdehyde levels,nitric oxide synthase activity,nitric oxide levels,xanthine oxidase and glutathione levels in spinal cord tissues.Results:The methodological quality of the 12 included studies was poor.The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,resveratrol significantly increased the Basso,Beattie,and Bresnahan scale scores after spinal cord injury(n=300,mean difference(MD)=3.85,95%confidence interval(CI)[2.10,5.59],P<0.0001).Compared with the control group,superoxide dismutase levels were significantly elevated(n=138,standardized mean difference(SMD)=5.22,95%CI[2.98,7.45],P<0.00001),but malondialdehyde levels were significantly diminished(n=84,SMD=–3.64,95%CI[–5.84,–1.43],P=0.001)in the spinal cord of the resveratrol treatment group.Conclusions:Resveratrol promoted neurologi 展开更多

Many studies have shown that bio-scaffolds have important value for promoting axonal regeneration of injured spinal cord.Indeed,cell transplantation and bio-scaffold implantation are considered to be effective methods for neural regeneration.This study was designed to fabricate a type of three-dimensional collagen/silk fibroin scaffold (3D-CF) with cavities that simulate the anatomy of normal spinal cord.This scaffold allows cell growth in vitro and in vivo.To observe the effects of combined transplantation of neural stem cells (NSCs) and 3D-CF on the repair of spinal cord injury.Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups: sham (only laminectomy was performed),spinal cord injury (transection injury of T10 spinal cord without any transplantation),3D-CF (3D scaffold was transplanted into the local injured cavity),and 3D-CF + NSCs (3D scaffold co-cultured with NSCs was transplanted into the local injured cavity.Neuroelectrophysiology,imaging,hematoxylin-eosin staining,argentaffin staining,immunofluorescence staining,and western blot assay were performed.Apart from the sham group,neurological scores were significantly higher in the 3D-CF + NSCs group compared with other groups.Moreover,latency of the 3D-CF + NSCs group was significantly reduced,while the amplitude was significantly increased in motor evoked potential tests.The results of magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion tensor imaging showed that both spinal cord continuity and the filling of injury cavity were the best in the 3D-CF + NSCs group.Moreover,regenerative axons were abundant and glial scarring was reduced in the 3D-CF + NSCs group compared with other groups.These results confirm that implantation of 3D-CF combined with NSCs can promote the repair of injured spinal cord.This study was approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of People’s Armed Police Force Medical Center in 2017 (approval No.2017-0007.2). 展开更多

目的探讨右美托咪定对老年腹腔镜胃肠肿瘤手术患者全身麻醉(全麻)苏醒期的影响。方法选择2017年3月至2019年2月在该院择期行腹腔镜下胃肠肿瘤手术的全麻患者100例,性别不限,年龄66~85岁,美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级,随机分为C组和... 目的探讨右美托咪定对老年腹腔镜胃肠肿瘤手术患者全身麻醉(全麻)苏醒期的影响。方法选择2017年3月至2019年2月在该院择期行腹腔镜下胃肠肿瘤手术的全麻患者100例,性别不限,年龄66~85岁,美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级,随机分为C组和D组,各50例。D组患者手术结束前40 min持续静脉泵注0.4μg/(kg·h)右美托咪定至手术结束,C组患者持续静脉泵注等容量等速率生理盐水。记录2组入室时(T 0)、拔管即刻(T 1)、拔管后5 min(T 2)、拔管后10 min(T 3)的心率(HR)、血压(BP)。比较2组患者麻醉药物的用量、术后呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、气管拔管时间、Richmond躁动-镇静评分(RASS)、谵妄发生率、谵妄持续时间、住院时间、3个月病死率。结果与C组相比,D组T 1、T 2、T 3时间点HR、BP显著降低,舒芬太尼、丙泊酚的用量明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组术后呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、气管拔管时间与C组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与C组相比,D组RASS评分明显降低,术后谵妄发生率明显下降,谵妄持续时间明显降低,住院时间明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者术后3个月病死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手术结束前40 min持续泵注0.4μg/(kg·h)右美托咪定能维持老年患者行腹腔镜胃肠肿瘤手术全麻苏醒期的血流动力学稳定,减轻躁动,降低谵妄发生率。 展开更多

Oral 4-aminopyridine(4-AP)is clinically used for symptomatic relief in multiple sclerosis and we recently demonstrated that systemic 4-AP had previously unknown clinically-relevant effects after traumatic peripheral nerve injury including the promotion of re-myelination,improvement of nerve conductivity,and acceleration of functional recovery.We hypothesized that,instead of oral or injection administration,transdermal 4-AP(TD-4-AP)could also improve functional recovery after traumatic peripheral nerve injury.Mice with surgical traumatic peripheral nerve injury received TD-4AP or vehicle alone and were examined for skin permeability,pharmacokinetics,functional,electrophysiological,and nerve morphological properties.4-AP showed linear pharmacokinetics and the maximum plasma 4-AP concentrations were proportional to TD-4-AP dose.While a single dose of TD-4-AP administration demonstrated rapid transient improvement in motor function,chronic TD-4-AP treatment significantly improved motor function and nerve conduction and these effects were associated with fewer degenerating axons and thicker myelin sheaths than those from vehicle controls.These findings provide direct evidence for the potential transdermal applicability of 4-AP and demonstrate that 4-AP delivered through the skin can enhance in-vivo functional recovery and nerve conduction while decreasing axonal degeneration.The animal experiments were approved by the University Committee on Animal Research(UCAR)at the University of Rochester(UCAR-2009-019)on March 31,2017. 展开更多

Interleukin 17(IL-17)and its main producer,T cell receptorγδcells,have neurotoxic effects in the pathogenesis of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH),aggravating brain injuries.To investigate the correlation between IL-17 and ICH,we dynamically screened serum IL-17 concentrations using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and explored the clinical values of IL-17 in ICH patients.There was a significant negative correlation between serum IL-17 level and neurological recovery status in ICH patients(r=–0.498,P<0.01).To study the neurotoxic role of IL-17,C57 BL/6 mice were used to establish an ICH model by injecting autologous blood into the caudate nucleus.Subsequently,the mice were treated with mouse neural stem cells(NSCs)and/or IL-17 neutralizing antibody for 72 hours.Flow cytometry,brain water content detection,Nissl staining,and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling results indicated that NSC transplantation significantly reduced IL-17 expression in peri-hematoma tissue,but there was no difference in T cell receptorγδcells.Compared with the ICH group,there were fewer apoptotic bodies and more Nissl bodies in the ICH+NSC group and the ICH+NSC+IL-17 group.To investigate the potential effect of IL-17 on directional differentiation of NSCs,we cultured mouse NSCs(NE-4 C)alone or co-cultured them with T cell receptorγδcells,which were isolated from mouse peripheral blood mononuclear cells,for 7 days.The results of western blot assays revealed that IL-17 secreted by T cell receptorγδcells reduced the differentiation of NSCs into astrocytes and neurons,while IL-17 neutralization relieved the inhibition of directional differentiation into astrocytes rather than neurons.In conclusion,serum IL-17 levels were elevated in the early stage of ICH and were negatively correlated with outcome in ICH patients.Animal experiments and cytological investigations therefore demonstrated that IL-17 probably has neurotoxic roles in ICH because of its inhibitory effects on the directional differentiation of 展开更多

连二硫酸锰碳化干渣热解回收硫酸钠的研究 预览

利用软锰矿进行烟气脱硫或湿法冶金技术研究时,因其既可控制大气污染物二氧化硫亦可回收锰资源而备受关注。然而,反应过程会生成影响脱硫尾液中硫酸锰品质的副产物连二硫酸锰(杂质),如何回收或去除该杂质是新技术研发和推广的难题。作... 利用软锰矿进行烟气脱硫或湿法冶金技术研究时,因其既可控制大气污染物二氧化硫亦可回收锰资源而备受关注。然而,反应过程会生成影响脱硫尾液中硫酸锰品质的副产物连二硫酸锰(杂质),如何回收或去除该杂质是新技术研发和推广的难题。作者提出了连二硫酸锰先经碳酸氢钠碳化得到连二硫酸钠和碳酸锰,两产物分离后,结合低温热解的方法将连二硫酸钠制备成无水硫酸钠;实验考察了热解制备过程的各产物和控制反应步骤的温度,进而推理出动力学参数和反应机理。热解实验结果表明:255℃是连二硫酸钠热解制备无水硫酸钠的最佳热解反应温度,并且热解反应过程经历脱硫和脱水两大步骤;热解产物的X射线衍射(XRD)和离子色谱(IC)表征结果表明:最终产物为单一相的立方体结构硫酸钠晶体。利用热重示差扫描热分析(TG–DSC)对连二硫酸钠热解过程进行表征,结合Kissinger微分法和Coats–Redfern积分法对热解法脱水和脱硫过程中的活化能进行推算,脱水和脱硫活化能分别在14.75~18.11 kJ/mol和132.61~137.18 kJ/mol范围内。热解尾气测定结果表明:连二硫酸钠热解制备无水硫酸钠时释放出的尾气主要为二氧化硫。因此,经低温热解工艺处理软锰矿脱硫尾液中连二硫酸根的方法是可行的,不仅可以避免液相处理工艺中酸性废水产生的问题,还可以利用热解制备过程中的尾气去除残留的碳化剂(碳酸钠),以达到资源化回收目的。 展开更多

Optimized nitrogen(N)management can increase N-use efficiency in intercropping systems.Legume-nonlegume intercropping systems can reduce N input by exploiting biological N fixation by legumes.Measurement of N utilization can help in dissecting the mechanisms underlying N uptake and utilization in legume-nonlegume intercropping systems.An experiment was performed with three planting patterns:monoculture maize(MM),monoculture soybean(SS),and maize-soybean relay intercropping(IMS),and three N application levels:zero N(NN),reduced N(RN),and conventional N(CN)to investigate crop N uptake and utilization characteristics.N recovery efficiency and 15N recovery rate of crops were higher under RN than under CN,and those under RN were higher under intercropping than under the corresponding monocultures.Compared with MM,IMS showed a lower soil N-dependent rate(SNDR)in 2012.However,the SNDR of MM rapidly declined from 86.8%in 2012 to 49.4%in 2014,whereas that of IMS declined slowly from 75.4%in 2012 to 69.4%in 2014.The interspecific N competition rate(NCRms)was higher under RN than under CN,and increased yearly.Soybean nodule dry weight and nitrogenase activities were respectively 34.2%and 12.5%higher under intercropping than in monoculture at the beginning seed stage.The amount(Ndfa)and ratio(%Ndfa)of soybean N2 fixation were significantly greater under IS than under SS.In conclusion,N fertilizer was more efficiently used under RN than under CN;in particular,the relay intercropping system promoted N fertilizer utilization in comparison with the corresponding monocultures.An intercropping system helps to maintain soil fertility because interspecific N competition promotes biological N fixation by soybean by reducing N input.Thus,a maize-soybean relay intercropping system with reduced N application is sustainable and environmentally friendly. 展开更多

As an important part of future 5G wireless networks,a vehicular network demands safety,reliability and connectivity.In this context,networking survivability is usually considered an important metric to evaluate network performance.In this paper,we propose a survivability model for vehicle communication networking based on dual cluster heads,wherein a backup cluster head(CH)will be activated if the primary CH fails,thereby effectively enhancing the network lifetime.Additionally,we introduce a software rejuvenation strategy for the prime CH to further improve the survivability of the entire network.Using the Probabilistic Symbolic Model Checker(PRISM),we verify and discuss the proposed survivability model via numerical simulations.The results show that network survivability can be effectively improved by introducing an additional CH and further enhanced by adopting the software rejuvenation technique. 展开更多

Increased microvessel density in the peri-infarct region has been reported and has been correlated with longer survival times in ischemic stroke patients and has improved outcomes in ischemic animal models.This raises the possibility that enhancement of angiogenesis is one of the strategies to facilitate functional recovery after ischemic stroke.Blood vessels and neuronal cells communicate with each other using various mediators and contribute to the pathophysiology of cerebral ischemia as a unit.In this mini-review,we discuss how angiogenesis might couple with axonal outgrowth/neurogenesis and work for functional recovery after cerebral ischemia.Angiogenesis occurs within 4 to 7 days after cerebral ischemia in the border of the ischemic core and periphery.Post-ischemic angiogenesis may contribute to neuronal remodeling in at least two ways and is thought to contribute to functional recovery.First,new blood vessels that are formed after ischemia are thought to have a role in the guidance of sprouting axons by vascular endothelial growth factor and laminin/β1-integrin signaling.Second,blood vessels are thought to enhance neurogenesis in three stages:1)Blood vessels enhance proliferation of neural stem/progenitor cells by expression of several extracellular signals,2)microvessels support the migration of neural stem/progenitor cells toward the peri-infarct region by supplying oxygen,nutrients,and soluble factors as well as serving as a scaffold for migration,and 3)oxygenation induced by angiogenesis in the ischemic core is thought to facilitate the differentiation of migrated neural stem/progenitor cells into mature neurons.Thus,the regions of angiogenesis and surrounding tissue may be coupled,representing novel treatment targets. 展开更多
