为实现打捆机作业数量的精准计数,对其他打捆机计数方法进行分析,设计了基于多传感器的秸秆打捆机计数监测系统。系统以STC15W4K61S4为微处理器为核心,集成角度传感器模块、霍尔传感器模块及全网通模块,可实现对打捆机作业量的精准计数... 为实现打捆机作业数量的精准计数,对其他打捆机计数方法进行分析,设计了基于多传感器的秸秆打捆机计数监测系统。系统以STC15W4K61S4为微处理器为核心,集成角度传感器模块、霍尔传感器模块及全网通模块,可实现对打捆机作业量的精准计数与实时查看,并根据卡尔曼滤波算法对角度传感器舱门检测进行优化,实现打包计数精准上传。系统测试结果表明:使用接近开关计数方法计数误差为5.3%,未进行滤波处理的计数误差为2.5%,使用卡尔曼滤波器后计数误差为0%,使用卡尔曼滤波器优化后的角度值进行舱门检测可使打捆机打包计数精准度达到100%。最后,对系统进行了实地作业试验,结果表明:系统在长时间作业情况下工作效果良好,满足系统设计需求。 展开更多

Cotton Response to Variable Nitrogen Rate Fertigation through an Overhead Irrigation System 预览

Recent increases in irrigated hectares in the Southeastern US have enabled growers to obtain higher yields through applying nutrients through irrigation water. Therefore, many growers apply nutrients through irrigation systems, known as fertigation. Currently, there are no practical decision-making tools available for variable-rate application of nitrogen (N) through overhead sprinkler irrigation systems. Therefore, field tests were conducted on cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) during the 2016 and 2017 growing seasons to 1) adapt the Clemson sensor-based N recommendation algorithms from a single side-dress application to multiple applications through an overhead irrigation system;and 2) to compare sensor-based VRFS with conventional nutrient management methods in terms of N use efficiency (NUE) and crop responses on three soil types. Two seasons of testing Clemson N prediction algorithms to apply multiple applications of N were very promising. The multiple applications of N compared to the grower’s conventional methods (even though less N was applied) had no impact on yields in either growing season. There was no difference in cotton yields between 101 and 135 kg/ha N applications in either management zone. Also, there were no differences in yield between sensor-based, multiple N applications and conventional N management techniques. In relation to comparisons of the sensor methods only applying N in three or four applications, statistically increased yields compared to single or split applications in 2016. Applying N in four applications, statistically increased yields compared to single, split or triple applications in 2017. When the sensor-based methods were compared to the grower’s conventional methods averaged over four treatments, the sensor-based N applications reduced fertilizer requirement by 69% in 2016 and 57% in 2017 compared to grower’s conventional methods. When comparing N rates among the four sensor-based methods (three or four) applications, increased N rates by 22 kg/ha in 2016 and 26 kg/ha 展开更多

A high-sensitivity all-fiber temperature sensor based on a Sagnac interferometer is demonstrated by splicing a section of polarization maintaining fiber(PMF)between two sections of standard single mode fibers(SMFs).In this sensor,the SMF-PMF-SMF structure in the Sagnac loop is bent into a circle to enhance the sensitivity.The length and curvature of the PMF in the loop are investigated and can be optimized to further increase the temperature sensitivity of the sensor. Results show that the radius of the circle has an important effect upon temperature sensitivity due to the bend-induced birefringence variation of the PMF.The SMF-PMF-SMF structure bent into a circle with a radius of 30mm exhibits a high-sensitivity temperature of 1.73nm/℃.The sensor is provided with the advantages of easy fabrication,low-insertion loss,and high sensitivity,which may find potential applications in the field of high precision temperature measurement. 展开更多

This paper presents a low?complexity method for the direction?of?arrival(DOA)estimation of noncircular signals for coprime sensor arrays.The noncircular property is exploited to improve the performance of DOA estimation.To reduce the computational complexity,the rotational invariance propagator method(RIPM)is included in the algorithm.First,the extended array output is reconstructed by combining the array output and its conjugated counterpart.Then,the RIPM is utilized to obtain two sets of DOA estimates for two subarrays.Finally,the true DOAs are estimated by combining the consistent results of the two subarrays.This illustrates the potential gain that both noncircularity and coprime arrays provide when considered together.The proposed algorithm has a lower computational complexity and a better DOA estimation performance than the standard estimation of signal parameters by the rotational invariance technique and Capon algorithm.Numerical simulation results illustrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

The booming of wearable electronics has nourished the progress on developing multifunctional energy storage systems with versatile flexibility, which enable the continuous and steady power supply even under various deformed states. In this sense, the synergy of flexible energy and electronic devices to construct integrative wearable microsystems is meaningful but remains quite challenging by far. Herein, we devise an innovative supercapacitor/sensor integrative wearable device that is based upon our designed vanadium nitride-graphene (VN-G) architectures. Flexible quasi-solid-state VN-G supercapacitor with ultralight and binder-free features deliver a specific capacitance of~53 F·g^-1 with good cycle stability. On the other hand, VN-G derived pressure sensors fabricated throughout a spray-printing process also manifest favorably high sensitivity (40 kPa^-1 at the range of 2-10 kPa), fast response time (~130 ms), perfect skin conformability, and outstanding stability under static and dynamic pressure conditions. In tum, their complementary unity into a self-powered wearable sensor enables the precise detecti on of physiological motions ranging from pulse rate to phonetic recognition, holding promise for in-practical health monitoring applications. 展开更多

In this paper we report alumina based capacitive humidity sensor having exceptional sensing performance in wide range RH segment (10% - 90%). The developed sensor has an improvement of accuracy, reliability, and economic efficiency;apart from fast response and recovery time (~s), negligible baseline drift and high selectivity for moisture. The sensing mechanism was discussed based on their microstructures, such as surface area and mesopore volume. In general, at low humidity, surface area and water adsorption play the dominant role, while at high humidity, mesopore volume and capillary condensation become important. Standard characterization techniques such as AFM, FESEM, BET, XRD and impedance spectroscopy were employed for micro-structural and electrical characterization of RH sensor. The nano porous alumina film undergoes a huge change in dielectric upon adsorption of moisture, ensuing large change in capacitance. Additionally, a prototype RH meter has been developed with digital readout for humidity. The interface circuit was based on capacitor-to-duty cycle (CDC) converter. The proposed digital circuit has the advantage of performing adaptive measurements as a function of resolution and bandwidth. The prototype instrument can be used for sub ppm level moisture detection where stability and response are completely unaffected even in highly toxic ambience viz. 4% ammonia and 4% chlorine. 展开更多

This paper reports on an efficient fabrication process for a polymeric cantilever covered with conductive nano silver. The entire structure can be constructed additively using a printing process, without the use of an etching process or a sacrificial layer. The fabricated cantilever exhibits good linearity and forms a submillimeter-ordered air gap between itself and the substrate surface. Fine operation of a capacitive force gauge was obtained using the capacitance between the conductive cantilever and an electrode on the substrate. This process is expected to make possible the efficient manufacturing of various types of sensors that measure mechanical strain in a cantilever structure. 展开更多

针对现在飞行器内部线缆复杂性和有效载荷比低,提出采用无线传输的模式,应用CC3200中的无线模块来提升传感器的使用灵活性,同时减少因为布线而导致的复杂问题,能够有效提高飞行器的有效载荷比.传感器模拟信号的采集使用内部集成ADC的STM... 针对现在飞行器内部线缆复杂性和有效载荷比低,提出采用无线传输的模式,应用CC3200中的无线模块来提升传感器的使用灵活性,同时减少因为布线而导致的复杂问题,能够有效提高飞行器的有效载荷比.传感器模拟信号的采集使用内部集成ADC的STM32F103系列单片机,同时为了增强信号强度,再选用能够粘贴式的同轴馈电天线.该设计可实现识别每个传感器的种类,并且把传输速率要求高的传感器连接到干扰较少的网络上.实验得出,每个传感器的传输速度达到320.17 KB/s,通过上位机可清晰得到每个传感器的IP地址,从而有效识别传感器种类.结果表明,该传感器与市面上其他传感器相比集成度高,可靠性强. 展开更多
