It is well known that smart thermostats (STs) have become key devices in the implementation of smart homes;thus, they are considered as primary elements for the control of electrical energy consumption in households. ...It is well known that smart thermostats (STs) have become key devices in the implementation of smart homes;thus, they are considered as primary elements for the control of electrical energy consumption in households. Moreover, energy consumption is drastically affected when the end users select unsuitable STs or when they do not use the STs correctly. Furthermore, in future, Mexico will face serious electrical energy challenges that can be considerably resolved if the end users operate the STs in a correct manner. Hence, it is important to carry out an in-depth study and analysis on thermostats, by focusing on social aspects that influence the technological use and performance of the thermostats. This paper proposes the use of a signal detection theory (SDT), fuzzy detection theory (FDT), and chi-square (CS) test in order to understand the perceptions and beliefs of end users about the use of STs in Mexico. This paper extensively shows the perceptions and beliefs about the selected thermostats in Mexico. Besides, it presents an in-depth discussion on the cognitive perceptions and beliefs of end users. Moreover, it shows why the expectations of the end users about STs are not met. It also promotes the technological and social development of STs such that they are relatively more accepted in complex electrical grids such as smart grids.展开更多

The complexity of flight safety system is usually affected by a variety of uncertainties.The uncertainty of overall security situation of flight safety system are hardly determined.In this work,flight safety assessmen...The complexity of flight safety system is usually affected by a variety of uncertainties.The uncertainty of overall security situation of flight safety system are hardly determined.In this work,flight safety assessment index system is firstly established based on software hardware environment liveware management(SHELM)model.And flight safety assessment is also carried out with matter-element theory algorithm to obtain safety state.According to correlation degree values of each evaluation index,key indexes affected flight safety are obtained.Under the assumption that the flight safety system is a linear dynamic system and combining the above evaluation analysis,Kalman filter algorithm is used to carry out prediction analysis on security situation.A simulation analysis is carried out based on an actual flight safety situation of an airline.The results show that the security state of airline flight safety system in a short period of time can be obtained,and main factors affecting flight safety are found out.This provides a viable way for airlines to further strengthen flight safety management.展开更多

Then, the Galerkin method is used to transform the governing equations into a set of ordinary differential equations, and subsequently, the multiple-scale method is used to obtain an approximate analytical solution. The effective material properties of the FGM beams are assumed to vary continuously in the thickness direction. Governing equations for the titled problem are formulated via the principle of virtual displacements based on the third-order shear deformation beam theory, in which the higher-order shear force and bending moment are included. General solutions of the displacements and the stress resultants of the FGM RBBs are derived analytically in terms of the deflection of the reference homogenous Euler- Bernoulli beam with the same geometry, loadings and end conditions, which realize a classical and homogenized expression of the bending response of the shear deformable non-homogeneous FGM beams. Particular solutions for the FGM RBBs under specified end constraints and load conditions are given to validate the theory and methodology. The key merit of this work is to be capable of obtaining the high-accuracy solutions of thick FGM beams in terms of the classical beam theory solutions without dealing with the solution of the complicated coupling differential equations with boundary conditions of the problem.展开更多

Based on the Kirchhoff theory along with Eringen’s nonlocal elasticity theory, a nonclassical model is developed. Using the Galerkin method(GM), the governing equation which is a nonlinear partial differential equation(NLPDE) of the fourth order is converted to a nonlinear ordinary differential equation(NLODE) in the time domain. Then, the reduced NLODE is solved analytically by means of the homotopy analysis method. At the end, the effects of model parameters as well as the nonlocal parameter on the deflection, nonlinear frequency, and dynamic pull-in voltage are explored.展开更多

By using density functional theory, this article selected the leonardite humic acid(LHA) organic macromolecule as ligand to study interactions between the ligand and different metals. At the same time, the calculation of binding energy, the analysis of characteristics for the complex structure and the distribution of frontier molecular orbital were also completed. On the basis of Marcus theory, the reorganization energy, matrix element and charge transport rate constant were calculated. The results show that the order of the charge transfer rates is Fe^3+>Cu^2+>Al^3+ for different metal complexes, and are in good agreement with the experimental ones.展开更多
An extrapolation to the physical limit for the lattice data of Λ_b →Λ_c form factors computed in the nonphysical region is made in this work through a class of fitting functions proposed by us with nonlinear depend...An extrapolation to the physical limit for the lattice data of Λ_b →Λ_c form factors computed in the nonphysical region is made in this work through a class of fitting functions proposed by us with nonlinear dependence on m2/π derived in the chiral perturbative theory(ChPT) and the heavy quark effective theory(HQET) framework. Then the results are applied to calculate the differential and integrated Λ_b →Λ_c semileptonic decay rates. Meanwhile, a comparison between our results and those obtained through the extrapolation functions with naive linear dependenceon m2/π is made.It is shown that the difference between the extrapolated central values of these two cases is about 5%.The total uncertainties(depending on the momentum transfer q~2) in the linear case are about 5% ~10%(caused by the uncertainties of lattice data) and those in the nonlinear case are about 10% ~ 20%(caused by the uncertainties of both lattice data and input parameters in Ch PT and HQET). More accurate lattice data and parameters in ChPT and HQET are needed to reduce the uncertainties of the extrapolated results.展开更多

China, the attribute of virtual property rights has changed from real rights to non-real rights. Article No. 127 thereof does not clarify the nature of virtual property rights after all, and the place where virtual property is put in the “Civil Rights” chapter of General Provisions of the Civil Law makes the concept even more complex and confusing. The “relationships paradigm” protection of virtual property does not have a definite classification criterion, nor stands opposite to the “rights paradigm.” There are two different ways to justify the “theory of virtual property as a real right” under the “rights paradigm” protection, namely, essentialism and consequentialism. The former resulted from utilizing features in a demonstration and identifying disposal rights with real rights, while the latter resulted from adherence to the dichotomy system of property rights comprising real rights and creditor’s rights. From the perspective of larceny in Criminal Law and virtual property insurance in The Social Insurance Law, the attribute of virtual property rights is irrelevant to creditor’s rights. The attribute of virtual property rights shall be defined as virtual property rights so that it can be included in the system of civil rights. The uniqueness of virtual property is enough to become an object of emerging civil rights;intangible property rights as a superordinate theoretical concept cannot reflect the essence of virtual property rights. The legislative frame of virtual property rights shall be comprised of the subject, object, exercise, publication and change of the rights.展开更多

文摘Abstract:In this paper,Robert Frost’s poetry is the main object of study.The thesis studies metaphor using the CIT and CMT.The thesis is to offer a new perspective for Frost’s poetry interpretation and to prove that the cognitive mechanism of CMT and CIT can work as effective tools in the interpretation of his poems.This study analyzes The Pasture,After Apple-Picking,Fire and Ice,Come in.And the following conclusions are drawn:first and foremost,in Frost’s poems,nature is an essential image.Frost uses many images.Second,metaphor in Frost’s poems comes from the basic conceptual metaphor in our daily life.Metaphor plays a very important role in understanding the poem.Metaphor used in his poems is from his physical and mental feelings.

文摘In this paper, correspondence relations between the solutions of the static bending of functionally graded material (FGM) Reddy-Bickford beams (RBBs) and those of the corresponding homogenous Euler-Bernoulli beams are presented. The effective material properties of the FGM beams are assumed to vary continuously in the thickness direction. Governing equations for the titled problem are formulated via the principle of virtual displacements based on the third-order shear deformation beam theory, in which the higher-order shear force and bending moment are included. General solutions of the displacements and the stress resultants of the FGM RBBs are derived analytically in terms of the deflection of the reference homogenous Euler- Bernoulli beam with the same geometry, loadings and end conditions, which realize a classical and homogenized expression of the bending response of the shear deformable non-homogeneous FGM beams. Particular solutions for the FGM RBBs under specified end constraints and load conditions are given to validate the theory and methodology. The key merit of this work is to be capable of obtaining the high-accuracy solutions of thick FGM beams in terms of the classical beam theory solutions without dealing with the solution of the complicated coupling differential equations with boundary conditions of the problem.
文摘The current paper presents a thorough study on the pull-in instability of nanoelectromechanical rectangular plates under intermolecular, hydrostatic, and thermal actuations. Based on the Kirchhoff theory along with Eringen’s nonlocal elasticity theory, a nonclassical model is developed. Using the Galerkin method(GM), the governing equation which is a nonlinear partial differential equation(NLPDE) of the fourth order is converted to a nonlinear ordinary differential equation(NLODE) in the time domain. Then, the reduced NLODE is solved analytically by means of the homotopy analysis method. At the end, the effects of model parameters as well as the nonlocal parameter on the deflection, nonlinear frequency, and dynamic pull-in voltage are explored.

文摘Humic acid is a key component of extracellular electron acceptor. Experimental study elucidates that humic acid molecular ligand with different metal elements has different abilities to accept electrons. By using density functional theory, this article selected the leonardite humic acid(LHA) organic macromolecule as ligand to study interactions between the ligand and different metals. At the same time, the calculation of binding energy, the analysis of characteristics for the complex structure and the distribution of frontier molecular orbital were also completed. On the basis of Marcus theory, the reorganization energy, matrix element and charge transport rate constant were calculated. The results show that the order of the charge transfer rates is Fe^3+>Cu^2+>Al^3+ for different metal complexes, and are in good agreement with the experimental ones.

文摘An extrapolation to the physical limit for the lattice data of Λ_b →Λ_c form factors computed in the nonphysical region is made in this work through a class of fitting functions proposed by us with nonlinear dependence on m2/π derived in the chiral perturbative theory(ChPT) and the heavy quark effective theory(HQET) framework. Then the results are applied to calculate the differential and integrated Λ_b →Λ_c semileptonic decay rates. Meanwhile, a comparison between our results and those obtained through the extrapolation functions with naive linear dependenceon m2/π is made.It is shown that the difference between the extrapolated central values of these two cases is about 5%.The total uncertainties(depending on the momentum transfer q~2) in the linear case are about 5% ~10%(caused by the uncertainties of lattice data) and those in the nonlinear case are about 10% ~ 20%(caused by the uncertainties of both lattice data and input parameters in Ch PT and HQET). More accurate lattice data and parameters in ChPT and HQET are needed to reduce the uncertainties of the extrapolated results.

文摘In the process of formulating the General Provisions of the Civil Law of P. R. China, the attribute of virtual property rights has changed from real rights to non-real rights. Article No. 127 thereof does not clarify the nature of virtual property rights after all, and the place where virtual property is put in the “Civil Rights” chapter of General Provisions of the Civil Law makes the concept even more complex and confusing. The “relationships paradigm” protection of virtual property does not have a definite classification criterion, nor stands opposite to the “rights paradigm.” There are two different ways to justify the “theory of virtual property as a real right” under the “rights paradigm” protection, namely, essentialism and consequentialism. The former resulted from utilizing features in a demonstration and identifying disposal rights with real rights, while the latter resulted from adherence to the dichotomy system of property rights comprising real rights and creditor’s rights. From the perspective of larceny in Criminal Law and virtual property insurance in The Social Insurance Law, the attribute of virtual property rights is irrelevant to creditor’s rights. The attribute of virtual property rights shall be defined as virtual property rights so that it can be included in the system of civil rights. The uniqueness of virtual property is enough to become an object of emerging civil rights;intangible property rights as a superordinate theoretical concept cannot reflect the essence of virtual property rights. The legislative frame of virtual property rights shall be comprised of the subject, object, exercise, publication and change of the rights.
