本试验旨在对雉鸡肌肉营养成分进行分析和评价。选取中国环颈雉、蒙古雉鸡、黑化雉鸡、申鸿七彩雉鸡和绿雉鸡200只(每个品种各40只,公母各占1/2),参照国家标准,采用索氏提取法、凯氏定氮法、氨基酸自动分析仪、气相色谱仪和液相色谱仪... 本试验旨在对雉鸡肌肉营养成分进行分析和评价。选取中国环颈雉、蒙古雉鸡、黑化雉鸡、申鸿七彩雉鸡和绿雉鸡200只(每个品种各40只,公母各占1/2),参照国家标准,采用索氏提取法、凯氏定氮法、氨基酸自动分析仪、气相色谱仪和液相色谱仪测定胸肌中粗脂肪、粗蛋白质、肌苷酸、胆固醇、氨基酸和脂肪酸含量。结果表明:1)黑化雉鸡胸肌中粗脂肪、粗蛋白质和肌苷酸含量均显著高于其他雉鸡(P<0.05)。雉鸡胸肌中均含有17种水解氨基酸,含量最高的氨基酸分别为谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、赖氨酸和亮氨酸。总氨基酸含量为33.22%~37.26%,必需氨基酸与总氨基酸含量比值在0.40左右,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的比值高于0.60。第一限制性氨基酸为蛋氨酸+胱氨酸。谷氨酸味道强度值最大(19.53~22.77)。2)雉鸡胸肌中检测到22种脂肪酸。黑化绿雉肌肉中12~16碳饱和脂肪酸、其他饱和脂肪酸、饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸和必需脂肪酸含量均高于其他雉鸡。由此可知,5种雉鸡胸肌中氨基酸和脂肪酸含量和组成基本一致,但含量存在一定差异,黑化雉鸡脂肪酸含量优于其他雉鸡。 展开更多

J. curcas and J. macrocarpa are useful for restoring degraded areas and their seeds contain oils for biodiesel production. The aim of the work was to determine the reserve substances in the endosperm and the embryo of J. curcas and J. macrocarpa which is important in understanding the germination process, the establishment of these species and its industrial employment. Seeds were imbibed in distilled water for 24 h, to facilitate removal of seed coat with the aim to separate the embryo and nutritive tissues. In both species, the endosperm contained aleurone grains consisting of a crystalloid and globoid, lipids of red color and the starch was not observed. Four major fatty acids were determined in J. curcas seed: oleic, palmitic, stearic, palmitoleic and oleic fatty acid represents about 70% oil content. Oleic acid was the most abundant in J. macrocarpa seeds, while, there was not palmitoleic acid. Seed with predominantly unsaturated fatty acids is ideal for biodiesel industry. The means of the sugar content were: 14.3 μg/mg in endosperm and 104.76 μg/mg in embryo of J. curcas and 6.48 μg/mg in endosperm and 59.20 μg/mg in embryo of J. macrocarpa. The means of the protein content were: 4.2 μg/mg in endosperm and 45.02 μg/mg in embryo of J. curcas and 3.26 μg/mg in endosperm and 31.08 μg/mg in embryo of J. macrocarpa. Sugar and protein contents of Jatropha seeds were significantly higher in embryo in both species (p 0.1), which suggests early mobilization towards the embryo during imbibition period. 展开更多

Scarce information is currently available relative to the use of polymeric materials as storage containers for extra virgin olive oil. This paper was devoted to study and compare the impact of glass and 3 types of packaging materials—polyethylene terephthalate (PET), high density polyethylene (HDPE), and polylactic acid (PLA) on Lebanese extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) up to 9 months under non-accelerated storage conditions. The acidity, peroxide value (PV), K232, K270, fatty acid profile, overall migration, and oil sorption into the packaging material were determined. Conventional titration, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and spectrophotometry were used to quantify the outcome measures at baseline, 3, 5, 7, and 9 months. Mixed model ANOVA was applied to assess differences according to polymer type and storage period at P 232 and K270), migration, and sorption significantly increased with increasing storage time for oil in contact with glass and plastic materials, especially between the 7th and 9th month of storage. Overall, PLA showed the least deterioration and interaction phenomena compared with PET and HDPE. While glass remains the best container for EVOO, PLA could potentially replace PET and HDPE for short-time storage under conventional storage conditions in Lebanese households. 展开更多

Our understanding of postharvest needle abscission physiology in conifers has greatly improved in the last decade. Abscission is initially triggered by root detachment, which begins a cascade of changes such as decreased water uptake, water potential, and auxins and increased membrane injury, ethylene, abscisic acid, volatile terpenes, and catalytic enzymes. Needle abscission is also affected by environmental factors. For example, a period of cold acclimation generally delays postharvest abscission. The aforementioned pieces of evidence, along with previous studies, strongly points to a role for plant lipids and fatty acids. Studies from other species have pointed out key roles in abscission and stress responses for a variety of phospholipids and galactolipids, which has not been studied in balsam fir. It is imperative to have an understanding of the role of plant lipids and fatty acids to further our overall understanding of the physiological mechanisms of postharvest abscission and needle abscission resistance. This review is an overview of membrane lipids and fatty acids, changes that occur postharvest and the interaction that lipids may have in the phenomenon of postharvest abscission. 展开更多

目的探讨膳食多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acid,PUFA)摄入量与急性缺血性卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)患者血脂、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)及高半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)之间的关系。... 目的探讨膳食多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acid,PUFA)摄入量与急性缺血性卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)患者血脂、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)及高半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)之间的关系。方法从南京卒中注册系统中连续入组急性缺血性卒中或TIA患者。采用食物半定量频率调查问卷评估膳食总PUFA摄入水平。在患者入院次日清晨采集静脉血样,检测血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、Hcy和CRP水平。按照总PUFA摄入量的中位数水平,将患者分为低PUFA组和高PUPA组。对PUFA摄入量与血脂、CRP和Hcy之间的关系进行Spearman相关分析,然后应用多元线性回归分析确定独立相关性。结果共纳入急性缺血性卒中患者171例(85.1%),TIA患者30例(14.9%)。患者年龄为(62.9±14.1)岁,男性143例(71.1%),中位PUFA日摄入量为12.80 g(四分位数间距:8.05~17.50 g)。与高PUFA组(100例)相比,低PUFA组(101例)的患者年龄更大,血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平更低,而CRP和Hcy水平更高,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,膳食总PUFA摄入量与血清CRP(r=-0.24,P=0.001)和Hcy(r=-0.17,P=0.013)水平均呈显著负相关,而与血脂水平无显著相关性。多元线性回归分析显示,校正混杂因素后,CRP与PUFA摄入量呈显著负相关(B=-0.28,P=0.012)。结论急性缺血性卒中或TIA患者膳食PUFA摄入量可能会影响血液代谢指标和氧化应激指标,PUFA摄入量偏低的患者有必要适当调整膳食结构以降低卒中复发风险。 展开更多

Lipid products long-standing availability in Europe and other parts of the world has certainly facilitated the process in the United States, where there was little evolution before 2014. These newer oil-based emulsions are finding their way to be used in pediatrics, as studies are being carried out that will result in pediatric labeling. Pediatric clinicians may find themselves wondering how these lipid emulsions are different from those that have come before;whether the same dosing or administration practices apply as with the traditional soybean-oil lipid emulsion, and if they can be used for other more emergent interventions. We present this review of the current lipid emulsions available in the U.S. market, highlighting the differences among them, as well as, providing some practical information for clinicians that can assist them in their day-to-day duties. 展开更多

Research into long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LC-PUFA), such as docosahexaenoic acid (DHA C22:6 n-3), has shown that their inclusion in the human diet is linked with many health benefits. This has led to an increased interest in the enrichment of certain foodstuffs with DHA by supplementing animal fed with DHA-rich ingredients which can lead to an increased uptake in the meat, milk and eggs animal by-products. The microalgae Aurantiochytrium limacinum has been found to be especially useful in this pursuit. It is subsequently desirable to availably have a simple and robust method for the routine analysis of DHA and other fatty acids in the algal biomass. The AOAC method 996.06 is often followed for the analysis of fatty acids in foods and demonstrating that its fitness for purpose in the analysis of DHA and additional fatty acids in Aurantiochytrium limacinum is therefore the objective of this paper. A validation of the method for the determination of DHA and three other fatty acids in Aurantiochytrium limacinum is presented. The method was found to be linear over the following ranges for each fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) analyte;50 to 15,000 μg/ml (C14:0), 300 to 95,000 (C16:0), 25 to 15,000 (C18:0) and 300 to 59,375 (C22:6). The accuracy, precision and LOD and LOQ of the method were confirmed and its robustness tested. The application of the method to assess the stability of Aurantiochytrium limacinum containing two alternative antioxidants was further examined. The investigation showed that DHA was stable over six months with the inclusion of either Duralox? or ethoxyquin as an antioxidant and ethoxyquin could additionally stabilize DHA in Aurantiochytrium limacinum up to 24 months. 展开更多

The consumption of long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LC-PUFA) is associated with several human health benefits. Most notable of these LC-PUFA is docosahexaenoic acid (DHA C22:6) whose inclusion is considered essential for optimum human health. Biofortification of common foods such as eggs with DHA has emerged as a specific approach to increase the intake of DHA in human populations. This can be achieved by supplementing poultry rations with feeds like microalgae or fish oil that are rich in DHA, which results in an increased uptake in the egg. Gas chromatography with flame ionization detection (GC-FID) is the method of choice when analyzing food such as eggs for DHA and other fatty acids. For regulatory studies it is desirable to demonstrate that the method is specifically suitable for the analysis of DHA and fatty acids in eggs. The purpose of this paper is to further extend the scope of the AOAC 996.06 methodology examined in the paper by Dillon et al., and to demonstrate the fitness for purpose of the method by examining specific validation parameters. It is a further objective to investigate the stability of DHA and other fatty acids of short and long timepoints. A validation of the method for the determination of DHA and three other fatty acids in eggs is thus presented. 展开更多

Chinese hickory (Carya cathayensis Sarg.) is one of the most productive woody oil-bearing plant in China. Four different extraction methods were explored and supercritical CO2 was selected as green and non-toxic solvent to extract Chinese kernel oil. Four experiment factors, particles size, extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction pressure, were selected to carry out the single factor experiments. According to the results of orthogonal experiments design, the condition of B3C2A2D2 was the optimum reaction parameters. When the experiments were carried out at the optimum parameters, the yield of Chinese hickory kernel oil was 74.5%. The oil fatty acids profiles were analyzed, the results showed that total unsaturated fatty acids were 93.05%. Among them, oleic acid was 66.5 ± 0.44 as the main component. Saturated fatty acids were 6.92 ± 0.21. 展开更多

目的探讨脂肪酸代谢酶系--脂肪酸合成酶(fatty acid synthase,FAS)、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(acetyl-CoA carboxylase,ACC)、乙酰辅酶A合成酶1(acetyl coenzyme A synthetase 1,AceCS1)和长链脂酰辅酶A合成酶1(long-chain acyl-coenzyme A synt... 目的探讨脂肪酸代谢酶系--脂肪酸合成酶(fatty acid synthase,FAS)、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(acetyl-CoA carboxylase,ACC)、乙酰辅酶A合成酶1(acetyl coenzyme A synthetase 1,AceCS1)和长链脂酰辅酶A合成酶1(long-chain acyl-coenzyme A synthetase 1,ACSL1)在孤独症患儿前额叶大脑皮质中的表达变化和意义。方法纳入孤独症儿童和对照儿童的新鲜冰冻脑组织各8例,分别取前额叶大脑皮质,采用蛋白质印迹(western blotting)法测定其中FAS、ACC、AceCS1和ACSL1的蛋白表达水平。结果孤独症组FAS(0.61±0.70 vs.0.49±0.10)和ACSL1(0.85±0.13 vs.0.69±0.11)的蛋白表达水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),ACC和AceCS1的表达两组相比差异无统计学意义(均P >0.05)。结论孤独症前额叶大脑皮质中可能存在脂肪酸合成增加,脂肪酸代谢异常可能参与孤独症的发病。 展开更多

目的评价舟山小黄鱼的营养价值,为舟山小黄鱼产业的市场开发提供营养数据支持。方法分别采用直接干燥法、灰化法、凯氏定氮法、索氏抽提法、氨基酸自动分析仪和滴定法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定舟山小... 目的评价舟山小黄鱼的营养价值,为舟山小黄鱼产业的市场开发提供营养数据支持。方法分别采用直接干燥法、灰化法、凯氏定氮法、索氏抽提法、氨基酸自动分析仪和滴定法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定舟山小黄鱼肌肉中的水分、灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、氨基酸、脂肪酸、核苷酸、矿物质含量。结果水分、灰分、脂肪、粗蛋白、胆固醇含量分别为75.3 g/100 g、1.78 g/100 g、3.90g/100 g、18.3 g/100 g、41.7 mg/100 g;18种氨基酸总量为15.71 g/100 g (鲜重),必需氨基酸总量与氨基酸总量比值和必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的比值分别为43.10%和75.90%。舟山小黄鱼肌肉中的第一限制性氨基酸是半胱氨酸+甲硫氨酸,第二限制性氨基酸是异亮氨酸,缬氨酸、酪氨酸+苯丙氨酸的AAS评分接近于1,其余必需氨基酸的AAS均大于1;15种不饱和脂肪酸含量占总脂肪酸的41.13%,其中8种多不饱和脂肪酸占22.83%,二十碳五烯酸、二十二碳六烯酸分别占总脂肪酸量的4.93%和8.38%,由脂肪酸组成计算出的动脉粥样硬化指数和血栓形成指数分别为0.75和0.46;核苷酸中含量最丰富的肌苷酸含量达1975mg/kg,对舟山小黄鱼鲜美滋味的贡献最大。富含的K、Mg、Ca、Zn、Fe、Cu和Se等矿物元素含量分别为3330、256.5、76.9、6.25、3.03、2.11和0.86 mg/kg。结论舟山小黄鱼是一种高营养价值的海水鱼类,具有广泛的市场开发潜力。 展开更多
