Application of Genetic Algorithm in Estimation of Gyro Drift Error Model

Extended Kalman Filter(EKF)algorithm is widely used in parameter estimation for nonlinear systems.The estimation precision is sensitively dependent on EKF’s initial state covariance matrix and state noise matrix.The grid optimization method is always used to find proper initial matrix for off-line estimation.However,the grid method has the draw back being time consuming hence,coarse grid followed by a fine grid method is adopted.To further improve efficiency without the loss of estimation accuracy,we propose a genetic algorithm for the coarse grid optimization in this paper.It is recognized that the crossover rate and mutation rate are the main influencing factors for the performance of the genetic algorithm,so sensitivity experiments for these two factors are carried out and a set of genetic algorithm parameters with good adaptability were selected by testing with several gyros’experimental data.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has higher efficiency and better estimation accuracy than the traversing grid algorithm. 展开更多

This paper presents an improved virtual synchronous control(VSynC) for the grid-connected voltage source converter(VSC) so as to continuously operate under the grid voltage with steady unbalance.The improved VSynC introduces the negative sequence power controls on basis of conventional VSynC.The improved VSynC is capable of regulating the negative sequence internal voltage to reduce the negative-sequence injected currents and oscillated powers of the VSC aroused by the negative-sequence grid voltage.Three alternative local control objectives for the VSC itself under steady state unbalanced grid conditions and their corresponding power references are deduced and computed.Simulated and experimental results are presented to validate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed improved VSynC to enhance the continuous operation performance of VSynC-based VSCs during grid voltage steady-state unbalance. 展开更多

Using the data of the Lightning Location System( LLS) over Hubei Province,through the analysis of the distribution characteristics of CG( Cloud-to-Ground) flash density in 2015,it was found that the layout of the detection station had influence on the spatial distribution of lightning.Grid CG flash density data were used to characterize the spatial distribution of the CG flash,and station distance factor was used to characterize the detection station layout. The result showed that there existed negative correlation between density and factor,significant correlation between the density component and the factor for the lightning current amplitude of 5 to 30 kA,and insignificant correlation between >30 kA of density component and factor. So it is necessary to revise the density to eliminate the influence of the station layout. On the basis of the linear regression method and its residual theory,the revision model of the grid CG flash density and the statistical model of relative detection efficiency were established. The result consistency of segment and non-segmented revision of the density was verified. Through the contrastive analysis of theoretical detection efficiency and relative detection efficiency,the feasibility for revision method of CG flash density and the statistical method of relative detection efficiency was also verified. 展开更多

The herringbone water-sediment separation structure(HWSSS) was developed to prevent debris flows. This paper mainly focuses on evaluating the sediment separation efficiency of HWSSS in debris flow prevention and determining the grid opening width D, a crucial structure parameter for HWSSS design. Theoretical analysis on the total sediment separation rate Pt reveals that the efficiency of sediment separation is much related with sediment grain size distribution(GSD) and grid opening width. The lower limit of Pt is deduced from the perspective of safety consideration by transforming debris flow into sediment-laden flow. Hydraulic model tests were carried out. Based on the regression analysis of the experimental data, the quantitative relationships between Pt and D and GSD characteristic values were finally established. A procedure for determining optimal grid opening width is proposed based on these analyses. These results are of significance in evaluating sediment separation effect by HWSSS in debris flow prevention and contribute to a more explicit methodology for design of HWSSS. 展开更多

人类活动通常基于二维地表,受限于一维路网,在路网约束下研究人类空间行为模式相较于传统分析方法意义更大。该文以研究点数据聚类方式的核密度方法为例,提取核心公式应用于道路网络,提出线性核密度计算方法。将格网化后的线性空间单元... 人类活动通常基于二维地表,受限于一维路网,在路网约束下研究人类空间行为模式相较于传统分析方法意义更大。该文以研究点数据聚类方式的核密度方法为例,提取核心公式应用于道路网络,提出线性核密度计算方法。将格网化后的线性空间单元作为计算主体,研究空间点数据在线性单元约束下的分布特点,并以典型的线性旅游景区——九寨沟为例,分析游客照片点数据沿“人”字形景区线路的空间分布模式。结果表明:整体上线性核密度算法所产生的聚集区域与传统方法基本吻合;与线性核密度计算结果对比,平面核密度生成的峰值点距离路网40~222m(以最短距离测算),存在较大误差;线性核密度算法能满足不同尺度路网下的应用研究且运行效率较高。综上,线性核密度算法为研究路网约束下点数据的空间分布提供了一种新的量化工具,可优化传统分析效果,为旅游地规划管理、景区智能化服务提供更为准确的决策信息。 展开更多

Topographical relief is a key factor that limits population distribution and economic development in mountainous areas.The limitation is especially apparent in the mountain?plain t「ansition zone.Taking the transition zone between the Qinling Mountains and the North China Plain(i.e.the mountainous area in western Henan Province)as an example and based on the 200-m resolution DEM data,we used the mean change-point analysis to determine the optimal statistical unit for topographical relief,and thereafter extracted the relief degree.Taking the 1:100,000 land use data,township population and county-level industrial data,population and economic spatial models were constructed,and 200?m resolution grid population and economic density maps were gen erated.Afterwards,statistical analysis was carried out to quantitatively reveal the impact of topographical relief on population and economy.In addition,the impacts of other topographical factors were discussed.The results showed the following.(1)The relief degree in western Henan is generally low,where 58.6%of the regional topography does not exceed half the height of a reference mountain(relative elevation W250 m).Spatially,the relief degree is high in the west while low in the east,and high in the middle while low in the north and south.There is a positive correlation between relief degree and elevation,and a much stronger correlation between relief degree and slope.(2)The linear fitting degree between the population and economic validation data and the corresponding simulation data are 0.943 and 0.909,respectively,indicating that the spatialized results can reflect the actual population and economic distribution.(3)The impact of topographical relief on population and economy was stronger than that of other topographical factors.The relief degree showed a good logarithmic fit relati on ship with population density(0.911)and economic density(0.874).Specifically,88.65%of the population lives in areas where the topographical relief is W0.5 and 88.03%of the gross regional pro 展开更多

With the reform of rural network enterprise system,the speed of transfer property rights in rural power enterprises is accelerated.The evaluation of the operation and development status of rural power enterprises is directly related to the future development and investment direction of rural power enterprises.At present,the evaluation of the production and operation of rural network enterprises and the development status of power network only relies on the experience of the evaluation personnel,sets the reference index,and forms the evaluation results through artificial scoring.Due to the strong subjective consciousness of the evaluation results,the practical guiding significance is weak.Therefore,distributed data mining method in rural power enterprises status evaluation was proposed which had been applied in many fields,such as food science,economy or chemical industry.The distributed mathematical model was established by using principal component analysis(PCA)and regression analysis.By screening various technical indicators and determining their relevance,the reference value of evaluation results was improved.Combined with statistical program for social sciences(SPSS)data analysis software,the operation status of rural network enterprises was evaluated,and the rationality,effectiveness and economy of the evaluation was verified through comparison with current evaluation results and calculation examples of actual grid operation data. 展开更多

Acoustic-elastic coupled media is often encountered in most marine explorations, and accurate simulation of acoustic-elastic coupled media is of great significance. At present, the study of acoustic-elastic coupled media still assumes that the solid of the acoustic-elastic coupled media is isotropic, but this assumption is not in accordance with the actual situation. In this paper, we derive the solid media of acoustic-elastic coupled media from isotropic media to anisotropic media, and propose an acoustic-elastic coupled medium based ontransverse isotropic media with vertical symmetric axes (VTI) to improve the accuracy of forward modeling. Based on the relationship between the Thomsen parameter and the coefficient matrix of the anisotropic elastic wave equation, we transform the Thomson parameter into a velocity model with anisotropic properties. We use a staggered grid finite difference method to simulate the propagation of a wavefield in a three-dimensional acoustic-elastic coupled media. We obtain the snapshots of the wave field when the solid of the acoustic-elastic coupled media is an isotropic medium and a VTI media. When the solid of the acoustic-elastic coupled media is considered VTI media, we can observe the qP wave and qS wave that cannot be observed in the isotropic medium from the wave field snapshot. We can also find that the seismic records obtained by the method we use are more realistic. The algorithm proposed in this paper is of great significance for high-precision ocean numerical simulation. 展开更多

The environmental pollution,as well as gradual depletion of mineral resources has encouraged the world to move into renewable energy sources for generation of electricity.At present,the cost of using renewable energy sources,such as sunshine and wind in electricity generation has significantly reduced.This has led to higher penetration of renewable energy into the grid.However,both wind and solar energy photovoltaics are unpredictable energies which reduce the reliability and resiliency of the grid.The integration of battery energy storage system in the grid is one of the proficient solutions to the problem.There are numerous grid connected renewable energy based battery projects that have been deployed in different countries around the world for research,development and commercial application.This review paper will discuss some of the projects based on the battery connected wind and solar energy power generation systems that can operate both in grid connected and grid independent modes.The projects discussed in this paper are selected based on the availability of information.The battery energy storage system(BESS)incorporated in each of the project is found to increase the stability and performance of the grid by addressing the mismatch between power generation and the load of the grid created due to intermittent nature of renewable energy sources. 展开更多

目的运用知识点模块网格化构建带教模型,观察其在肾内科实习生中的应用效果。方法根据《内科学》(第八版)肾内科教学大纲要求,结合肾内科病房常见病、多发病的临床特点,精心挑选相关知识点,以理论为支撑点,以服务于实习带教工作为靶目标... 目的运用知识点模块网格化构建带教模型,观察其在肾内科实习生中的应用效果。方法根据《内科学》(第八版)肾内科教学大纲要求,结合肾内科病房常见病、多发病的临床特点,精心挑选相关知识点,以理论为支撑点,以服务于实习带教工作为靶目标,各个知识点之间有临床的关联性,最终形成网格化的诊治分析模型。将血尿、蛋白尿、高血压、水肿、肾小球滤过率为切入点,设定肾病综合征、系统性红斑狼疮、糖尿病肾病和急、慢性肾功能衰竭为临床知识必须掌握点,从病史、症状、体征和实验室检查几方面来培养实习生的诊疗思维,并通过知识点来关联疾病的诊治,从而帮助他们在有限的肾内科实习期间尽可能掌握肾内科临床知识。结果本研究开展一年以来,对于来肾内科轮转的51名实习生进行了模块网格化模型训练,实习生普遍反映该模型有很好的学习效果,让他们了解了肾内科临床重点,并能和理论学习的知识点有机融合在一起,开阔了实习生的诊疗视野,也便于对其他科知识点的学习。结论基于知识点模块网格化,构建模型在肾内科实习生中有很好的带教作用,学生接受肾内科知识点的记忆增强,并能进一步推广到内科其他内容的实习带教中。 展开更多
