构式形态学视阈下词语复合与派生的统一阐释

传统形态学乃至当今主流分布形态学通常都把复合和派生这两个主要构词手段区分开来,但是文章从构式形态学(Booij 2010, 2016)角度出发,认为适当抽象程度的构式认知模板可以将二者统一起来,在进行复合和派生形态学操作时通常不需要对二... 传统形态学乃至当今主流分布形态学通常都把复合和派生这两个主要构词手段区分开来,但是文章从构式形态学(Booij 2010, 2016)角度出发,认为适当抽象程度的构式认知模板可以将二者统一起来,在进行复合和派生形态学操作时通常不需要对二者采取截然不同的处理手段。鉴于包括加前缀词、类词缀(affixoids)及合成复合词(synthetic compounds)在内的很多复合与派生边界不明的现象,文章试图在构式形态学(CM)认知模板思想指导下找到复合与派生之间的共性和相互转化的认知基础及语言学阐释。在对比传统形态学、主流分布形态学(DM)及构式形态学(CM)对同一现象的分析中我们看到,CM具有明显的直观性、心理真实性及理论概括性。 展开更多

Quantification of Panax notoginseng saponins metabolites in rat plasma with in vivo gut microbiota-mediated biotransformation by HPLC-MS/MS

Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) are the major components of Panax notoginseng, with multiple pharmacological activities but poor oral bioavailability. PNS could be metabolized by gut microbiota in vitro, while the exact role of gut microbiota of PNS metabolism in vivo remains poorly understood. In this study, pseudo germ-free rat models were constructed by using broad-spectrum antibiotics to validate the gut microbiota-mediated transformation of PNS in vivo. Moreover, a high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS/MS) was developed for quantitative analysis of four metabolites of PNS, including ginsenoside F1 (GF1), ginsenoside Rh2 (GRh2), ginsenoside compound K (GCK) and protopanaxatriol (PPT). The results showed that the four metabolites could be detected in the control rat plasma, while they could not be determined in pseudo germ-free rat plasma. The results implied that PNS could not be biotransformed effectively when gut microbiota was disrupted. In conclusion, gut microbiota plays an important role in biotransformation of PNS into metabolites in vivo. 展开更多

现代汉语复合词的内部语序及其成因 预览

[目的]综述近5年中药单体及中药复方对人肺腺癌A549细胞的作用及机制的研究进展。[方法]通过对Pubmed、Springer、Cnki、VIP及万方数据库检索近5年来国内外关于中药对人肺腺癌A549细胞作用及机制的研究文献,用表格直观地总结中药单体及中药复方对人肺腺癌A549细胞抗肿瘤作用及机制的研究结果。[结果]中药单体及中药复方的抗癌作用及机制主要包括:①通过影响PI3K/Akt/mTOM通路和MAPK/ERK通路等信号通路,调节Caspase、Bax及Bcl-2的表达水平来抑制A549细胞增殖并诱导其凋亡;②通过调节多种细胞周期蛋白(Cyclin B、Cyclin D、Cyclin E)进而激活细胞周期素依赖性蛋白激酶,最终使各期细胞发生周期阻滞;③通过影响MMPs通路和STAT3通路来抑制A549细胞的侵袭和转移;④降低耐药相关基因的转录表达来逆转A549/CDDP细胞的耐药性。[结论]中药单体及中药复方均对A549细胞表现出抗癌作用,研究结果为筛选新型抗肺癌靶向药物提供理论依据。 展开更多

目的研究某复方软胶囊对缺铁性贫血大鼠的改善作用。方法依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》国食药监保化[2012]107号中的方法,建立缺铁性贫血的大鼠模型。选取血红蛋白(Hb)低于100g/L的40只大鼠,将其随机分为4组,每组l0只,即贫血模型... 目的研究某复方软胶囊对缺铁性贫血大鼠的改善作用。方法依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》国食药监保化[2012]107号中的方法,建立缺铁性贫血的大鼠模型。选取血红蛋白(Hb)低于100g/L的40只大鼠,将其随机分为4组,每组l0只,即贫血模型对照组,高、中、低剂量组。每组喂饲低铁饲料和去离子水,分别经口给予去离子水及样品。30d后,测量各组动物血红蛋白水平及红细胞中游离原卟啉含量,观察动物的生长和对体重的影响。结果高剂量组大鼠血红蛋白含量(103.41±9.71)g/L、红细胞中游离原卟啉含量(366.48±21.70)μg/L与低铁对照组(血红蛋白含量(87.22±7.02)g/L,红细胞中游离原卟啉含量(411.40±39.06)μg/L比较差异有统计学意义(F=5.795,P<0.05;F=4.119,P<0.05);3个剂量组血红蛋白前后升高幅度平均为10.55g/L。结论该复方软胶囊具有改善大鼠缺铁性贫血的作用。 展开更多

A novel ultrasonic-assisted low-temperature soldering was developed to join AZ31B Mg alloy and 6061 Al alloy with a series of Sn–x Zn solders. The average maximum shear strength of the joints reaches up to 87.5 MPa at soldering temperature of 300 °C under ultrasonic assistance for only 5 s using Sn–20 Zn solder. The fracture path propagates completely in the soldering seam. The results indicate that the microjet generated by ultrasonic pressure in liquid solder could strike and splinter the Mg2Sn intermetallic compounds into small pieces, which contributes to the enhancement of the joint strength. In addition, the primary Al(Zn) solid solution phase formed during cooling stage could also strengthen the joint due to the prevention of microcracks propagation. 展开更多

目的:研究丙泊酚复合七氟烷对小儿麻醉苏醒期躁动的临床有效性。方法:本次研究病例均选取2017年1-12月在笔者所在医院行手术治疗的患儿,共70例;根据不同麻醉方法分为A组(施予丙泊酚)、B组(施予七氟烷)、C组(施予丙泊酚复合七氟烷),对比... 目的:研究丙泊酚复合七氟烷对小儿麻醉苏醒期躁动的临床有效性。方法:本次研究病例均选取2017年1-12月在笔者所在医院行手术治疗的患儿,共70例;根据不同麻醉方法分为A组(施予丙泊酚)、B组(施予七氟烷)、C组(施予丙泊酚复合七氟烷),对比三组麻醉效果及其麻醉苏醒期躁动发生情况。结果:三组平均手术时间、麻醉清醒时间对比差异无统计学的意义(P>0.05);C组躁动发生率(8.33%)明显低于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且C组躁动评分为(1.29±0.47)分,明显低于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丙泊酚复合七氟烷能够进一步降低小儿麻醉苏醒期躁动,具有较高的临床应用价值。 展开更多

The electrochemical reaction of Bi(Ⅲ)and co-reduction behaviour of Bi(Ⅲ)and Y(Ⅲ)ions were researched in molten LiCl-KCl on a ttmgsten(W)electrode employing a range of electrochemical teclmiques.Cyclic voltammetric and square-wave voltanunetric results revealed that the reduction of Bi(Ⅲ)was a one-step process,with the exchange of three electrons on a W electrode,and diffusion-controlled.The electrochemical curves showed two reduction peaks pertaining to the formation of Bi-Y alloy compounds,because of the co-reduction of Bi(Ⅲ)and Y(Ⅲ) by metallic Y deposited on the pre-deposited Bi-coated W electrode and reacting with Bi metal in molten LiCl-KCl. Furthermore,galvanostatic electrolysis was conducted using liquid Bi as cathode to extract yttrium at different current intensities,and the extractive products were analyzed by SEM,EDS and XRD.The results indicated that BiY intermetallic compotmd was formed in the molten LiCl-KCl-YCl3 system. 展开更多

Zn3V3O8 two-dimensional micro sheets are successfully synthesized by combination of solvothermal method and heat treatment. The X-ray diffraction(XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM) are used to characterize the structure and morphology of the samples, and the battery testing system is used to investigate its electrochemical performance. The results show that the Zn3V3O8 is successfully obtained using mix solvent(water:ethylene glycol =1:1), and the sample takes on morphology of two-dimensional sheets. The initial discharge capacity for Zn3V3O8 two-dimensional micro sheets is 752.0 mAh/g at 100 mA/g in the voltage range of 0.01-3 V. After heat treatment in a tube furnace at 550 ℃, the sample had the initial discharge capacity as 1152.0 mAh/g and maintained it at 901.4 mAh/g after 100 cycles. The good electrochemical performance for Zn3V3O8 two-dimensional micro sheets make it possible to be used as novel anode for lithium ion battery application. 展开更多

Recently,micro-vibrational perception mechanisms of nocturnal arthropods such as scorpions and spiders are attracting increasingly more attention and research.The relevant micro-vibrational receptors are exquisite,in terms of their comprehensive performance such as sensitivity,stability,high anti-interference,and ultralow-power consumption.In this work,we find the Basitarsal Compound Slit Sensilla (BCSS) of scorpion (Heterometrus petersii) are composed of the crack-shaped slits as mechanosensory structure and can efficiently detect substrate-borne vibrational signal in complex natural environment.The study on microstructures and mechanical properties of tissue phases constituting the BCSS reveals that the strategy of tessellation is used to make crack-shaped slit amplify the tiny mechanical signal.In addition,the magnitude-frequency characteristics of electrophysiological signals caused by vibration stimulation with different frequencies indicate that the scorpion is sensitive to micro-vibrational signals at a certain frequency range.Meanwhile,the vibrational perception mechanism based on geometrical amplification and resonance is proposed to explain how scorpions detect the tiny biotic vibrational signal efficiently in noise environment.This finding not only promotes our further understanding of ultra-sensitive mechanism of the vibrational receptors,but also provides biological inspiration for the next generation of mechanosensor for a broad range of applications. 展开更多

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine compounds on rumen fermentation, methanogenesis and microbial flora in vitro

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine compounds(TCMC)on rumen fermentation, methane emission and populations of ruminal microbes using an in vitro gas production technique. Cablin patchouli herb(CPH), Atractylodes rhizome(AR), Amur Cork-tree(AC) and Cypsum were mixed with the weight ratios of 1:1:1:0.5 and 1:1:1:1 to make up TCMC1 and TCMC2,respectively. Both TCMC were added at level of 25 g/kg of substrate dry matter. In vitro gas production was recorded and methane concentration was determined at 12 and 24 h of incubation. After 24 h, the incubation was terminated and the inoculants were measured for pH, ammonia nitrogen, volatile fatty acids(VFA). Total deoxyribonucleic acid of ruminal microbes was extracted from the inocula, and populations were determined by a real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Populations of total rumen methanogens, protozoa, total fungi, Ruminococcus albus, Fibrobacter succinogenes and Ruminococcus flavefaciens were expressed as a proportion of total rumen bacterial 16 S ribosomal deoxyribonucleic acid. Compared with the control, the 2 TCMC decreased(P < 0.05) total VFA concentration,acetate molar proportion, acetate to propionate ratio, gas and methane productions at 12 and 24 h,hydrogen(H) produced and consumed, and methanogens and total fungi populations, while the 2 TCMC increased(P < 0.05) propionate molar proportion. Traditional Chinese medicine compound 1 also decreased(P ≤ 0.05) R. flavefaciens population. From the present study, it is inferred that there is an effect of the TCMC in suppressing methanogenesis, probably mediated via indirect mode by channeling H2 utilized for methanogenesis to synthesis of propionate and direct action against the rumen microbes involved in methane formation. In addition, the relative methane reduction potential(RMRP) of TCMC2 was superior to that of TCMC1. 展开更多

This study investigated the influence of red, green, blue, and white paper bags on the free volatile compound development of Kyoho grape berries from green to harvest. Seven functional groups of volatiles were identified during the development of Kyoho grape berries including esters, aldehydes, alcohols, terpenes, ketones, acids, and hydrocarbons. Esters and aldehydes were abundant in Kyoho grape berries, mainly represented by ethyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, and (E)-2-hexenal. They accumulated quickly after veraison and slightly decreased toward maturation. Red, green, blue, and white paper bags promoted the accumulation of esters and inhibited the accumulation of aldehydes, also inhibited the accumulation of alcohols, tepenes, ketones, and acids. Their effect from strong to weak was green, blue, red, and white paper bags. The expression profiles of genes in the lipoxygenase-hydroperoxide lyase (LOX-HPL) pathway were also analyzed and the results indicated that the regulation of red, green, blue, and white paper bags on aldehydes, alcohols, and esters volatile aromas was at transcriptional level. The results expanded our comprehension in grape aroma biosynthesis and berry bagging technique in table grape cultivation. 展开更多

The bio-oil derived from pyrolysis of straw can be selectively converted into high-purity hydrogen by coupling three steps:(i)steam refonning(SR)of di tierent bio-oils,(ii)water-gas shift(WGS),and(iii)the removal of CO2.the catalytic SR reaction over the NiLaTiAl catalyst,coupled with a low-temperature WGS reaction with the CuZnAl catalyst,promoted the conversion of various oxygen-contaming organic compounds in the bio-oil into hydrogen and carbon dioxide.Under the optimized condition,light bio-oil achieved the highest conversion(99.8%,molar fraction),with a high hydrogen yield of 16.4%(mass traction)and a H2 purity of 99.94%(volume fraction).The carbon deposition on the NiLaTiAl catalyst was the main factor caused catalyst deactivation.Production of hydrogen from different bio-oil model compounds was also investigated in detail. 展开更多
