教育是国家兴盛、民族复兴之本。“一带一路”建设中,教育发挥了基础性、先导性和引领性作用。文章运用CiteSpace软件,对2013—2019年教育学类CSSCI期刊文献进行可视化分析发现:“一带一路”研究的学术关注度较高,学术传播度较快;在“... 教育是国家兴盛、民族复兴之本。“一带一路”建设中,教育发挥了基础性、先导性和引领性作用。文章运用CiteSpace软件,对2013—2019年教育学类CSSCI期刊文献进行可视化分析发现:“一带一路”研究的学术关注度较高,学术传播度较快;在“一带一路”建设背景下,教育交流与合作在国家战略导向下机遇与挑战并存;教育的国际化契合了高等教育强国和“双一流”建设的时代诉求;留学生教育呈现出传统效能发挥与新时代使命交叉融合之势;兼具国际水平和民族属性的高层次人才培养供需失衡危机凸显;职业教育的现实诉求之需和客观供给之力差距显著。通过热点分析,展望“一带一路”研究的未来走向,即:教育系统将在“一带一路”倡议的指导下,进一步加快教育对外开放的进程;在“一带一路”的建设进程中,将更加注重发挥教育在有效弥合多元文化差异方面的突出效能;在“一带一路”教育行动中,中国高等教育应加强落实立德树人的根本任务,培养兼具国际水平和民族属性的时代新人。 展开更多

During the last six years,we were engaged in professional development programme for mathematics teachers of special schools for students with intellectual disabilities(IDs).We were able to observe that mathematics teachers of students with IDs are left in a difficult situation where support in subject specific knowledge is lacking.Although the knowledge of the characteristics learners with special educational needs(SENs)as provided by psychology does help to open the door to successful teaching and learning of these students,how to teach subject content with constraints of students’disabilities is left open.This paper reports some qualitative data collected from the programme,which sorts out several key challenges in the field of mathematics education for students with IDs and demonstrates how the design science of mathematics education helps teachers to address teaching problems.Based on the data,we claim that:(a)teachers’ability to figure out milestones and intermediate learning states within a prolonged process of knowledge construction is crucial to teach students with IDs;and(b)using a design science approach to create carefully designed teaching units serves a dual role of providing teachers with teaching ideas as well as facilitating their understanding of mathematical knowledge structure. 展开更多

Parental Educational Attainment and Relatives’ Substance Use of American Youth: Hispanics’ Diminished Returns 认领

Background: Research on Marginalization-related Diminished Returns (MDRs) has shown higher than expected substance use (tobacco and alcohol use) in middle-class Hispanic and Black youth and adults. In theory, some of this more than expected risk might be due to the high substance use problem of their social networks. Objectives: To better understand the role of social networks as an explanatory mechanism behind higher than expected substance use among middle-class Hispanic and Black youth, this study tested MDRs of parental educational attainment on substance use involvement of biological relatives in Hispanic and Black middle-class youth. We compared ethnic groups for effects of parental educational attainment on substance use involvement of biological relatives among American youth. Methods: The current longitudinal study used waves 1 and wave 4 data of the Population Assessment of Tobacco and Health-Adolescents (PATH;2013-2018) study. The sample included 4264 nationally representative American youth who were followed for 4 years. The independent variable was parental educational attainment. The dependent variable was substance use involvement of biological relatives. Age, gender, and marital status of the family were the covariates. Ethnicity was the moderator. Linear regression was used to analyze the data. Results: Parental educational attainment was inversely associated with substance use involvement of biological relatives in the pooled sample (OR = 1.36, 95% CI = 1.13 - 1.63 for high school graduation and OR = 0.65, 95% CI = 0.53 - 0.80 for college graduation). Hispanic ethnicity showed statistically significant interactions with parental educational attainment (OR = 2.26, 95% CI = 1.49 - 3.44 for high school graduation and OR = 2.98, 95% CI = 1.80 - 4.93 for college graduation), suggesting that the protective effect of parental educational attainment against substance use involvement of biological relatives is smaller for Hispanic youth than for non-Hispanic youth. We conduct a survival analysis for the viewing durations of massive open online courses.The hazard function of the empirical duration data presents as a bathtub curve with the Lindy effect in its tail.To understand the evolutionary mechanisms underlying these features,we categorize learners into two classes based on their different distributions of viewing durations,namely lognormal distribution and power law with exponential cutoff.Two random differential equations are provided to describe the growth patterns of viewing durations for the two classes respectively.The expected duration change rate of the learners featured by lognormal distribution is supposed to be dependent on their past duration,and that of the remainder of learners is supposed to be inversely proportional to time.Solutions to the equations predict the features of viewing duration distributions,and those of the hazard function.The equations also reveal the features of memory and memorylessness for the respective viewing behaviors of the two classes. 展开更多
