A simple route to synthesize the polyaniline(PANI) nanofibers with diameter about 150 nm was reported. In this strategy, the PANI nanofibers were fabricated by electrochemical deposition by using two-electrode configuration in 0.01 M aniline and 0.01 M H2SO4 electrolytes. The as-prepared materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), Raman spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The electrochemical properties of the PANI nanofibers electrode as supercapacitor materials were investigated. The PANI nanofibers electrode showed high capacitance of 485 F·g-1at 0.1 A·g-1, and the decrease in the specific capacitance is about 3.5% in 1 000 cycles. The results indicate that the PANI nanofibers electrode shows high stability and retains its electrochemical capacitance property over 1 000 cycles, suggesting PANI nanofibers have promising applications in high-performance supercapacitors. 展开更多

Fabrication of flexible transparent electrodes(FTEs) is one of the core technologies in the field of flexible electronics. Among multiple choices of FTEs, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene-sulfonic acid)(PEDOT:PSS) has shown its promising application in roll-to-roll manufacturing. A simple yet effective method for substantially boosting the conductivity of these conducting polymer films without causing large-domain aggregations is by adding ethylene glycol(EG) as dopant. Herein, we investigated in detail the effects of the secondary solvent of ethylene glycol(EG) on the optical and electrical characteristics of PEDOT:PSS films. The modified PEDOT:PSS FTEs were deposited using drop-coating techniques as it had greater compatibility for large-area samples than the conventional spin-coating method did. The 6% EG-doped PEDOT:PSS FTE via drop-coating method achieved a high figure of merit(FoM) value of 47.24 and the devices fabricated using the optimal PEDOT:PSS FTE yielded a high power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 8.89%, mostly attributed to the modified PEDOT:PSS films that had excellent optical and electrical characteristics with low surface roughness. These results suggested that EG-doping could effectively boost the conductivity of PEDOT:PSS films and that the modified PEDOT:PSS FTE is suitable for roll-to-roll manufacturing in the future. 展开更多

Highly conductive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene-sulfonic acid)(PEDOT:PSS)has been explored to fabricate flexible and stretchable conductors.Generally,PEDOT:PSS transparent anodes are prepared by spin-coating method.In this article,we adopt a method by dropping PEDOT:PSS aqueous solution on the PET plastic substrate to fabricate flexible electrodes.Compared with spin coating,drop-coating is simple and cost-effective with large-area fabrications.Through this method,we fabricated highly transparent conductive electrodes and systematically studied their electrical,optical,morphological and mechanical properties.With dimethyl sulfoxide/methanesulfonic acid(DMSO/MSA)treated PEDOT:PSS electrode,bendable devices based on non-fullerene system displayed an open-circuit voltage of 0.925 V,a fill factor of 70.74%,and a high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 10.23%under 100 mW cm^-2 illumination,which retained over 80%of the initial PCE value after 1000 bending cycles.Based on the findings,drop-coated PEDOT:PSS electrodes exhibited high suitability for the development of large-area and high-efficiency printed solar cell modules in the future. 展开更多

To improve both oxygen evolution efficiency and stability at high temperatures, Mn, Mn+Mo, Mn+Mo+V, and Mn+Fe+V oxide electrodes were prepared on a Ti substrate, with an intermediate layer of IrO2, by an anodic deposition method. The crystal structure, surface morphology, pore size distribution, specific surface area, and voltammetric charge were then characterized for each electrode. The results demonstrated that for Mn-O electrodes, the preferential orientation of the(100) crystal plane and the mesopore structure played negative roles in the oxygen evolution reaction. On the basis of the electrocatalytic properties of MnO2-based electrodes in seawater, the outer surface voltammetric charge at a scan rate of 500 mV·s-1 was shown to effectively indicate whether oxygen evolution reactions were preferred over chlorine evolution reactions. The Mn-O electrode exhibited oxygen evolution efficiency of only 47.27%, whereas the Mn+Mo, Mn+Mo+V and Mn+Fe+V oxide electrodes displayed oxygen evolution efficiency of nearly 100%. This means that adding Mo, V, and Fe elements to the electrode can improve its crystal structure and morphology as well as further enhancing its oxygen evolution efficiency. 展开更多

目的探讨患者经静脉拔除心内电极导线过程中常见的严重并发症及其相关危险因素。方法回顾性分析2012年1月1日至2017年12月31日所有在北京大学人民医院经静脉拔除心内导线患者资料,根据是否发生并发症将这些患者分为并发症组与对照组,记... 目的探讨患者经静脉拔除心内电极导线过程中常见的严重并发症及其相关危险因素。方法回顾性分析2012年1月1日至2017年12月31日所有在北京大学人民医院经静脉拔除心内导线患者资料,根据是否发生并发症将这些患者分为并发症组与对照组,记录所有患者的性别、年龄、植入器械类型,初次导线植入时间、拔除导线总数、拔除右心房导线数目、拔除右心室导线数目,拔除植入型心律转复除颤器(ICD)导线数目,拔除左心室导线数目,拔除方法等变量。并应用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析这些变量是否与严重并发症的发生相关。结果研究期间共完成经静脉导线拔除手术922例,共拔除各类导线1832根(其中右心房导线751根,右心室导线917根,左心室导线74根,除颤导线90根)。共发生严重并发症16例(包括急性心脏压塞12例,需要外科手术的急性三尖瓣反流3例,急性肺动脉栓塞1例)。本组资料严重并发症的发生率为1.7%。单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析表明拔除右心房导线数目(OR=3.056,95%CI1.174~7.958,P=0.022)、初次导线植入时间(OR=1.102,95%CI1.029~1.180,P=0.005)是经静脉拔除导线发生严重并发症的危险因素(OR=1.102,95%CI1.029~1.180,P=0.005;OR=3.056,95%CI1.174~7.958,P=0.022)。结论在经静脉起搏导线拔除工作中,急性心脏压塞是最常见的严重并发症。右心房导线数目增加、初次导线植入时间延长是围术期发生严重并发症的危险因素。 展开更多

To investigate the growth mechanism, we examined the microstructure of these CuNWs at different reaction time. It was found that the CuNWs were actually formed through the self-assembling of Cu nanoparticles along the [110] direction. The transparent electrodes fabricated using the CuNWs achieved a high transparency of 76 % at 31±5 Ω/□. 展开更多

The performance of flexible organic solar cells(OSCs)significantly relies on the quality of transparent flexible electrode.Here,we used silver nanowires(AgNWs)with various weight ratios to dope high-conductive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate(PH1000)to optimize the optical and electronic properties of PH1000 film.A high-quality flexible composite electrode PET/Ag-mesh/PH1000:AgNWs-20 with smooth surface,a low sheet resistance of 6Ω/sq and a high transmittance of 86%at 550-nm wavelength was obtained by doping 20 wt%AgNWs to PH1000(PH1000:AgNWs-20).The flexible OSCs based on the PET/Ag-mesh/PH1000:AgNWs-20 electrode delivered a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of12.07%with an open circuit voltage(Voc)of 0.826 V,a short-circuit current density(Jsc)of 20.90 m A/cm2and a fill factor(FF)of69.87%,which is the highest reported PCE for the flexible indium-tin oxide(ITO)-free OSCs.This work demonstrated that the flexible composite electrodes of PET/Ag-mesh/PH1000:AgNWs are promising alternatives for the conventional PET/ITO electrode,and open a new avenue for developing high-performance flexible transparent electrode for optoelectronic devices. 展开更多

A comparative study of radio-frequency atmospheric pressure glow discharge(rf APGD)generated in helium with and without dielectric electrodes to investigate the effect of electrodes insulation on electrical features of APGD is presented. In the α mode, both the rf APGDs remain volumetric, stable and uniform. In the γ mode, the APGD without dielectric electrodes shrinks into a constricted plasma column whereas APGD with dielectric electrodes remains stable and retains the same volume without plasma constriction even at higher densities of discharge current. A comparison of electrical features of both rf APGDs in normal and abnormal glow discharge regimes is presented. In both APGDs with and without dielectric electrodes,impedance measurements have been performed and compared with equivalent circuit models.The measured impedance data is found to be in good agreement with simulated data. 展开更多

目的:开发一种适用于便携式睡眠监测设备的电极,并对该电极监测到的眼动图(electrooculogram,EOG)和脑电图(electroencephalography,EEG)信号结果进行验证。方法:通过微机电系统(microelectromechanical systems,MEMS)技术制备柔性电极... 目的:开发一种适用于便携式睡眠监测设备的电极,并对该电极监测到的眼动图(electrooculogram,EOG)和脑电图(electroencephalography,EEG)信号结果进行验证。方法:通过微机电系统(microelectromechanical systems,MEMS)技术制备柔性电极,其中电极为金/铬双层结构,柔性衬底采用具有良好生物兼容性的聚对二甲苯(parylene)。电极被设计并制作成网状结构,使得下层的胶带能更有效地与皮肤贴合,降低与皮肤的接触阻抗。在电极制作完成后,使用CHI660E电化学工作站对电极的交流阻抗特性进行测试,此外,将电极连接到包含生物信号采集和数字化处理专用芯片的无线信号采集套件,采集志愿者眼周不同位点、不同方向眼动的电信号,并对眼动信号的信噪比进行分析。最后使用标准多导睡眠监测仪来对比皮肤贴电极和金杯电极采集脑电信号时的噪声幅度。结果:皮肤贴电极在小于100 Hz交流电范围的阻抗为4~13 kΩ,使用皮肤贴电极可以采集到不同方向眼动的眼电信号,皮肤贴电极采集到的脑电信号噪声幅度低于金杯电极采集到的脑电信号噪声幅度。结论:皮肤贴电极可以作为开发适用于便携式睡眠监测设备中眼动电信号和脑电信号监测的备选电极。 展开更多

A 49-year-old woman presented with a 2-year history of recurrent palpitations and documented episodes of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(SVT)terminated with adenosine.Resting 12-lead electrocardiogram(ECG)revealed normal sinus rhythm without preexcitation.She had a structurally normal heart on echocardiogram.After having obtained an informed consent,an electrophysiology study was performed using standard technique and a decapolar coronary sinus(CS)catheter was inserted with the distal pole positioned at the lateral mitral annulus(Figure 1A).Baseline measurements revealed a sinus cycle length of 804 milliseconds and an atrial-His(AH)interval and His-ventricular(HV)of 72 and 36 milliseconds,respectively.Incremental ventricular pacing showed eccentric retrograde atrial activation with earliest activation noted at CS bipolar pair 3-4.Although atrial activation was earlier on the more distal CS electrodes versus the His bundle electrode,the difference in activation between CS 3-4 and CS 4-5 was minimal(Figure 1B).The ventricular-atrial(VA)conduction was decremental.Programmed atrial extrastimulation established the presence of anterograde dual AV nodal physiology with an AH jump of 78 milliseconds.A narrow QRS complex tachycardia with a cycle length varying between 440 and 460 milliseconds was reproducibly induced with programmed atrial stimulation.The retrograde atrial activation sequence was eccentric and identical to that observed during ventricular pacing.Overdrive ventricular pacing during the tachycardia resulted in a VAV response(Figure 1B).Premature ventricular complexes(PVCs)introduced during SVT to scan diastole preexcited the atrium with a preexcitation index of 125 milliseconds.What is the mechanism of the tachycardia? 展开更多

目的:探讨病窦综合征患者起搏器植入术中应用主动固定起搏电极导线的效果。方法:收集病窦综合征患者11例,入院后均接受起搏器植入术治疗,手术在X线指导下均采用主动固定起搏电极导线置入目标区域。术后随访12个月,观察主动固定起... 目的:探讨病窦综合征患者起搏器植入术中应用主动固定起搏电极导线的效果。方法:收集病窦综合征患者11例,入院后均接受起搏器植入术治疗,手术在X线指导下均采用主动固定起搏电极导线置入目标区域。术后随访12个月,观察主动固定起搏电极导线的植入稳定性和并发症发生情况,采用起搏系统分析器测量本组患者植入即刻、术后3个月、术后6个月、术后12个月的起搏阈值、振幅和阻抗参数变化,胸片复查观察心功能变化和主动固定起搏电极导线有无移位等。结果:11例患者手术均成功植入起搏器和主动固定电极导线,术后和随访6个月稳定性、安全性较高;术后3个月、6个月、12个月起搏阈值、阻抗参数均明显低于手术植入即刻,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后各时点参数较为稳定,相较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访6个月期末患者心功能指标LAD、RAD、LVEDd、RVEDd较术前均有显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:病窦综合征患者起搏器植入术中应用主动固定电极导线是安全可行的,术后起搏参数较为稳定,有利于心功能预后恢复。 展开更多

设计电池火灾平台,在常温常压及机舱模拟环境下对锂金属电池进行加热实验,总结电池热失控规律,根据电池热失控后温度峰值及热失控反应时间的变化分析影响锂金属电池安全性的因素。实验分为正极加热与负极加热,结果表明:影响因素包括环... 设计电池火灾平台,在常温常压及机舱模拟环境下对锂金属电池进行加热实验,总结电池热失控规律,根据电池热失控后温度峰值及热失控反应时间的变化分析影响锂金属电池安全性的因素。实验分为正极加热与负极加热,结果表明:影响因素包括环境温度、环境压力及电池电极,其中环境温度对电池热稳定性影响显著。温度越低,电池热稳定性越差。低温常压环境中,电池升温到爆炸时间平均缩短5~10s,热失控后最高温度提升141%~217%;压力变换的影响相比温度可忽略不计。因为正、负极材料不同,同一加热实验中正极表面温度比负极高出145.8%~147.3%。 展开更多

为研究针刺电晕线的结构参数对其放电特性的影响,在管式静电除尘模型上,对6种不同规格的电晕线进行了放电特性研究。考察了电晕线结构形式、放电针数量、放电针间距对电晕线放电特性的影响。结果表明,相同条件下,针刺线的放电性能优于... 为研究针刺电晕线的结构参数对其放电特性的影响,在管式静电除尘模型上,对6种不同规格的电晕线进行了放电特性研究。考察了电晕线结构形式、放电针数量、放电针间距对电晕线放电特性的影响。结果表明,相同条件下,针刺线的放电性能优于芒刺线和锯齿线;6针电晕线的放电特性优于3针电晕线;相同外加电压下,针刺电晕线的电晕电流随着放电针间距的缩短而升高,继续缩短放电针间距,电晕线的电晕电流反而降低。在浙江某电厂的工程应用实际中,在相同的二次电压下,6针电晕线的电晕电流比3针电晕线的电晕电流值高出10%~20%。研究结果为管式静电除尘器中针刺电晕线的设计与电源选型提供了参考依据。 展开更多
