This paper summarizes the parameter estimation of systems with set-valued signals, which can be classified to three catalogs: one-time completed algorithms, iterative methods and recursive algorithms. For one-time completed algorithms, empirical measure method is one of the earliest methods to estimate parameters by using set-valued signals, which has been applied to the adaptive tracking of periodic target signals. The iterative methods seek numerical solutions of the maximum likelihood estimation, which have been applied to both complex diseases diagnosis and radar target recognition. The recursive algorithms are constructed via stochastic approximation and stochastic gradient methods, which have been applied to adaptive tracking of non-periodic signals. 展开更多

钻柱黏滑振动现象广泛存在于油气井的勘探开发。该振动容易造成钻柱连接松动,加快钻井部件的磨损和失效,从而降低钻井效率、威胁钻井安全。为了抑制钻柱黏滑振动,提出一种状态反馈和扭矩前馈结合的控制方案。基于建立的钻进系统双自由... 钻柱黏滑振动现象广泛存在于油气井的勘探开发。该振动容易造成钻柱连接松动,加快钻井部件的磨损和失效,从而降低钻井效率、威胁钻井安全。为了抑制钻柱黏滑振动,提出一种状态反馈和扭矩前馈结合的控制方案。基于建立的钻进系统双自由度集中参数模型,设计一种状态观测器,可以估计钻进系统难以测量的井下状态。并设计一种参考值优化算法,可以根据钻头与岩石间的摩擦扭矩,实时计算所有状态参考值和前馈扭矩输入量。结合状态观测器和参考值优化算法,实现了全维状态控制器的设计。仿真结果表明,在变化的非线性摩擦扭矩下,设计的控制方案对钻柱黏滑振动起到了良好的抑制效果。井场实验表明,设计的控制器可以应用于抑制钻井现场产生的钻柱黏滑振动现象。 展开更多

Geometry-Aware ICP for Scene Reconstruction from RGB-D Camera

The Iterative Closest Point (ICP) scheme has been widely used for the registration of surfaces and point clouds.However, when working on depth image sequences where there are large geometric planes with small (or even without) details,existing ICP algorithms are prone to tangential drifting and erroneous rotational estimations due to input device errors.In this paper, we propose a novel ICP algorithm that aims to overcome such drawbacks, and provides significantly stabler registration estimation for simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) tasks on RGB-D camera inputs. In our approach,the tangential drifting and the rotational estimation error are reduced by: 1) updating the conventional Euclidean distance term with the local geometry information, and 2) introducing a new camera stabilization term that prevents improper camera movement in the calculation. Our approach is simple, fast, effective, and is readily integratable with previous ICP algorithms. We test our new method with the TUM RGB-D SLAM dataset on state-of-the-art real-time 3D dense reconstruction platforms, i.e., ElasticFusion and Kintinuous. Experiments show that our new strategy outperforms all previous ones on various RGB-D data sequences under different combinations of registration systems and solutions. 展开更多

本文是以传统车传动系耐久性试验方法为基础,依托红旗H7混合动力车型进行传动系耐久性试验方法研究,红旗H7混合动力车型是以传统车为基础,匹配新型DCT变速器及电驱系统,在起步、爬坡、加速等工况均存在电机与发动机的单独或联合驱动,在... 本文是以传统车传动系耐久性试验方法为基础,依托红旗H7混合动力车型进行传动系耐久性试验方法研究,红旗H7混合动力车型是以传统车为基础,匹配新型DCT变速器及电驱系统,在起步、爬坡、加速等工况均存在电机与发动机的单独或联合驱动,在制动、下坡及滑行等工况存在电池能量回收,混合动力车型传动系结构及控制原理比传统车复杂多变。目前传统车传动系耐久性已有较为成熟的方法,但尚不能满足混合动力车型多工况多控制的模式要求,无法完成传动系耐久性验证。基于此,本文在广泛研究可靠耐久性试验方法的基础上,提出基于用户信息正向开发的耐久性试验流程,通过四步法建立混合动力车型传动耐久性试验方法,主要研究如下:首先,路谱采集分析。通过对全国已知的C级车典型用户工况进行统计分析,确定长春地区市区、郊区及高速公路等路面采集的比例关系,为混合动力车型路谱采集提供依据。其次,损伤分析。使用LMSTecWare软件,建立混合动力车型传动系中变速器输入轴、各挡齿轮的伪损伤分析方法,通过Minitab软件进行频数累加分析,然后对各挡位平均损伤对比分析,确定用户工况数据中各挡位齿轮最大损伤与路面比例的对应关系。再次,寿命估计。通运用过威布尔概率分布估计,计算出95%用户的损伤值;最后,方法建立。通过用户路谱数据与试验场路谱数据对比分析,得到等效用户使用寿命的传动系统加速耐久性试验方法。 展开更多

Grasping force estimation using surface Electromyography (sEMG) has been actively investigated as it can increase the manipulability and dexterity of prosthetic hands and robotic hands. Most of the current studies in this area only focus on finding the relationship between sEMG signals and the grasping force without considering the arm posture. Therefore, regression models are not suitable to predict grasping force in various arm postures. In this paper, a method to predict the grasping force from sEMG signals and various grasping postures is developed. The proposed algorithm uses a tensor algebra to train a multi-factor model relevant to sEMG signals corresponding to various grasping forces and postures of the wrist and forearm in multiple dimensions. The multi-factor model is then decomposed into four independent factor spaces of the grasping force, sEMG signals, wrist posture, and forearm posture. Moreover, when a participant executes a new posture, new factors for the wrist and forearm are interpolated in the factor spaces. Thus, the grasping force with various postures can be predicted by combining these factors. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through experiments with ten healthy subjects, demonstrating the higher performance of proposed grasping force prediction method than the previous algorithm. 展开更多

In recent years, the rapid development of Internet of Things and sensor networks makes the time series data experiencing explosive growth. OpenTSDB and other emerging systems begin to use Hadoop, HBase to store massive time series data, and how to use these platforms to query and mine time series data has become a current research hotspor. As a typical time series distance measurement method, correlation coefficient is widely used in various applications. However, it requires a large amount of I/O and network transmission to compute the correlation coefficient of long time sequence on HBase in real time, and therefore cannot be applied to interactive query. To address this problem, in this paper, we present two methods to estimate the correlation coefficients of two sequences on HBase. We first propose a fast estimation algorithm for the upper and lower bounds of correlation coefficient, named as DCE. In order to further reduce the cost of I/O, we extend the DCE algorithm, and propose the ADCE algorithm, which can estimate the correlation coefficient quickly with an iterative manner. Experiments show that the algorithms proposed in this paper can quickly calculate the correlation coefficient of the long time series. 展开更多

As the performance of the state-of-the-art human pose estimation methods can be improved by deep learning, this paper presents a comprehensive survey of deep learning based human pose estimation methods and analyzes the methodologies employed. We summarize and discuss recent works with a methodologybased taxonomy. Single-person and multi-person pipelines are first reviewed separately. Then, the deep learning techniques applied in these pipelines are compared and analyzed. The datasets and metrics used in this task are also discussed and compared. The aim of this survey is to make every step in the estimation pipelines interpretable and to provide readers a readily comprehensible explanation. Firstly,the dynamic equations and kinematic equations of spacecraft are given. For the dynamic mode of spacecraft in faulty case,a fault diagnosis component is used for fault detection and estimation by using a nonlinear observer. According to the fault estimation information obtained during the fault diagnosis,the fault tolerant control scheme is developed by adopting the backstepping sliding mode control technique. Meanwhile,the Lyapunov theory is used to analyze the stability of the closed-loop attitude systems. Finally,simulation results for the attitude dynamics models show the feasibility of the proposed fault tolerant scheme. 展开更多

Different from a general density estimation,the crime density estimation usually has one important factor:the geographical constraint.In this paper,a new crime density estimation model is formulated,in which the regions where crime is impossible to happen,such as mountains and lakes,are excluded.To further optimize the estimation method,a learning-based algorithm,named Plug-and-Play,is implanted into the augmented Lagrangian scheme,which involves an off-the-shelf filtering operator.Different selections of the filtering operator make the algorithm correspond to several classical estimation models.Therefore,the proposed Plug-and-Play optimization based estimation algorithm can be regarded as the extended version and general form of several classical methods.In the experiment part,synthetic examples with different invalid regions and samples of various distributions are first tested.Then under complex geographic constraints,we apply the proposed method with a real crime dataset to recover the density estimation.The state-of-the-art results show the feasibility of the proposed model. 展开更多

This paper considers the system identification problem for FIR(finite impulse response) systems with set-valued and precise observations received from multiple sensors. A fusion estimation algorithm based on some suitable identification algorithms for different types of observations is proposed. In particular, least square method is chosen for FIR systems with precise observations, while empirical measure method and EM algorithm are chosen for FIR systems with set-valued observations in the cases of periodic and general system inputs, respectively. Then, the quasi-convex combination estimator(QCCE) fusing the two different estimators by a linear combination with appropriate weights is constructed. Furthermore, the convergence properties are theoretically analyzed in terms of strong consistency and asymptotic efficiency. The fused estimator QCCE is proved to achieve the Cram′er-Rao(CR) lower bound asymptotically under periodic inputs. Extensive numerical simulations validate the superiority of the fusion estimation algorithm under both periodic and general inputs. 展开更多

Image blind deblurring uses an estimated blur kernel to obtain an optimal restored original image with sharp features from a degraded image with blur and noise artifacts.This method,however,functions on the premise that the kernel is estimated accurately,in this work,we propose an adaptive patch prior for improving the accuracy of kernel estimation.Our proposed prior is based on local patch statistics and can rebuild low-level features, such as edges,corners,and junctions,to guide edge and texture sharpening for blur estimation.Our prior is a nonparametric model,and its adaptive computation relies on internal patch information.Moreover,heuristic filters and external image knowledge are not used in our prior.Our method for the reconstruction of salient step edges in a blurry patch can reduce noise and over-sharpening artifacts.Experiments on two popular datasets and natural images demonstrate that the kernel estimation performance of our method is superior to that of other state-of-the-art methods. 展开更多
