Biomarkers in acute brain trauma: A narrative review

Biomarkers have been used to diagnose, prognose, evaluate, and identify the severity and outcomes in traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients. This study explored if it is possible to predict the outcome of TBI patients by estimating the biomarkers in cerebrospinal fluid and serum. We searched data bases and literature about biomarkers, and found forty epidemiologic studies from 92 potentially relevant articles. However, limited data are available about postanoxic encephalopathy. It showed that presently, neurofilament, S100B, glial fibrillary acidic protein, and ubiquitin carboxyl terminal hydrolase-L1 seemed to have the best potential as diagnostic biomarkers for distinguishing focal and diffuse injury, whereas C-Tau, neuron-specific enolase, S100B, glial fibrillary acidic protein, and spectrin breakdown products appear to be candidates for reflective biomarkers of TBI. Point-of-care biomarkers are needed in TBI which is one of the most important additional risk factors in road traffic injuries. In a holistic approach, more researches about biomarkers of TBI are required. These biomarkers are very useful for treatment of patients with TBI. 展开更多

BACKGROUND An in vitro injury model mimicking a corneal surface injury was optimised using human corneal epithelial cells (hCEC). AIM To investigate whether corneal-stroma derived stem cells (CSSC) seeded on an amniotic membrane (AM) construct manifests an anti-inflammatory, healing response. METHODS Treatment of hCEC with ethanol and pro-inflammatory cytokines were compared in terms of viability loss, cytotoxicity, and pro-inflammatory cytokine release, in order to generate the in vitro injury. This resulted in an optimal injury of 20%(v/v) ethanol for 30 s with 1 ng/mL interleukin-1 (IL-1) beta. Co-culture experiments were performed with CSSC alone and with CSSC-AM constructs. The effect of injury and co-culture on viability, cytotoxicity, IL-6 and IL-8 production, and IL1B, TNF, IL6, and CXCL8 mRNA expression were assessed. RESULTS Co-culture with CSSC inhibited loss of hCEC viability caused by injury. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and polymerase chain reaction showed a significant reduction in the production of IL-6 and IL-8 pro-inflammatory cytokines, and reduction in pro-inflammatory cytokine mRNA expression during co-culture with CSSC alone and with the AM construct. These results confirmed the therapeutic potential of the CSSC and the possible use of AM as a cell carrier for application to the ocular surface.CONCLUSION CSSC were shown to have a potentially therapeutic anti-inflammatory effect when treating injured hCEC, demonstrating an important role in corneal regeneration and wound healing, leading to an improved knowledge of their potential use for research and therapeutic purposes. 展开更多

Neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury(SCI) is a complex condition that responds poorly to usual treatments. Cell transplantation represents a promising therapy;nevertheless, the ideal cell type in terms of neurogenic potential and effectiveness against pain remains largely controversial. Here, we evaluated the ability of fetal neural stem cells(fNSC) to relieve chronic pain and, secondarily, their effects on motor recovery. Adult Wistar rats with traumatic SCI were treated, 10 days after injury, with intra-spinal injections of culture medium(sham) or fNSCs extracted from telencephalic vesicles(TV group) or the ventral medulla(VM group) of E/14 embryos. Sensory(von Frey filaments and hot plate) and motor(the Basso, Beattie,Bresnahan locomotor rating scale and inclined plane test) assessments were performed during 8 weeks. Thereafter, spinal cords were processed for immunofluorescence and transplanted cells were quantified by stereology. The results showed improvement of thermal hyperalgesia in the TV and VM groups at 4 and 5 weeks after transplantation, respectively. Moreover, mechanical allodynia improved in both the TV and VM groups at 8 weeks. No significant motor recovery was observed in the TV or VM groups compared with sham. Stereological analyses showed that ~70% of TV and VM cells differentiated into NeuN+ neurons,with a high proportion of enkephalinergic and GABAergic cells in the TV group and enkephalinergic and serotoninergic cells in the VM group. Our study suggests that neuronal precursors from TV and VM, once implanted into the injured spinal cord, maturate into different neuronal subtypes, mainly GABAergic, serotoninergic, and enkephalinergic, and all subtypes alleviate pain, despite no significant motor recovery. The role of vascular endothelial growth factor A in platelet adhesion in cerebral microvessels in the early stage of subarachnoid hemorrhage remains unclear.In this study,the endovascular puncture method was used to produce a rat model of subarachnoid hemorrhage.Then,30 minutes later,vascular endothelial growth factor A antagonist anti-vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 antibody,10μg,was injected into the right ventricle.Immunohistochemistry and western blot assay were used to assess expression of vascular endothelial growth factor A,occludin and claudin-5.Immunohistochemical double labeling was conducted to examine co-expression of GP Ⅰa-Ⅱ integrin and type Ⅳ collagen.TUNEL was used to detect apoptosis in the hippocampus.Neurological score was used to assess behavioral performance.After subarachnoid hemorrhage,the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor A increased in the hippocampus,while occludin and claudin-5 expression levels decreased.Co-expression of GP Ⅰa-Ⅱ integrin and type Ⅳ collagen and the number of apoptotic cells increased,whereas behavioral performance was markedly impaired.After treatment with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 antibody,occludin and claudin-5 expression recovered,while co-expression of GP Ⅰa-Ⅱ integrin and type Ⅳ collagen and the number of apoptotic cells decreased.Furthermore,behavioral performance improved notably.Our findings suggest that increased vascular endothelial growth factor A levels promote platelet adhesion and contribute to early brain injury after subarachnoid hemorrhage.This study was approved by the Biomedical Ethics Committee,Medical College of Xi’an Jiaotong University,China in December 2015. 展开更多

Purpose: Amongst the ASEAN countries, Malaysia has the highest road fatality risk (>15 fatalities per 100 000 population) with 50% of these fatalities involving motorcyclist. This contributes greatly to ward admissions and poses a significant burden to the general surgery services. From mild rib fractures to severe intra-abdominal exsa nguinations, the spectrum of cases man aged by surgeons resulting from motorcycle accidents is extensive. The objective of this study is to report the clinical characteristics and identify predictors of death in motorcycle traumatic injuries from a Malaysian trauma surgery centre. Methods: This is a prospective cross-sectional study of all injured motorcyclists and pillion riders that were admitted to Hospital Sultanah Aminah and treated by the trauma surgery team from May 2011 to February 2015. Only injured motorcyclists and pillion riders were included in this study. Patient demography and predictors leading to mortality were identified. Significant predictors on univariate analysis were further analysed with multivariate analysis. Results: We included 1653 patients with a mean age of (35 ± 16.17) years that were treated for traumatic injuries due to motorcycle accidents. The mortality rate was 8.6%(142) with equal amount of motorcycle riders (788) and pillion riders (865) that were injured. Amongst the injured were male predominant (1 537) and majority of ethnic groups were the Malays (897) and Chinese (350). Severity of injury was reflected with a mean Revised Trauma Score (RTS) of 7.31 ± 1.29, New Injury Severity Score (NISS) of 19.84 ± 13.84 and Trauma and Injury Severity Score (TRISS) of 0.91 ± 0.15. Univariate and multivariate analysis revealed that age>35, lower GCS, head injuries, chest injuries, liver injuries, and small bowel injuries were significant predictors of motorcycle trauma related deaths with p < 0.05. Higher trauma severity represented by NISS, RTS and TRISS scores was also significant for death with p < 0.05. Conclusion: Age, lower GCS, presence of head, 展开更多

Purpose:By studying the economic data related to road traffic accidents in recent 10 years,this paper explores the impact of various economic factors on the number of casualties in traffic accidents in China,and puts forward related prevention and management measures.Methods:Based on five economic factors including the number of new health institutions,health investment,transportation investment and disposable income per capita,this paper collects the data of traffic accidents in 31 provinces and municipalities of China from 2004 to 2016 and estimates the parameters using fixed effect model.Results:The number of health institutions,health investment,transportation investment and disposable income per capita are negatively correlated with the number of traffic accident casualties;the number of new health institutions is positively correlated with the number of traffic accident casualties;health investment and transportation investment have a great impact on the number of road traffic accident casualties.Conclusion:Economic development has a positive impact on improving traffic conditions,but the increase in the number of new health institutions does not reduce the number of casualties in accidents.The irrational layout of health institutions and imperfect road traffic management mechanism should be taken into account. 展开更多

Contusion spinal cord injury(SCI)is a major medical and socio-economic problem globally.The incidence of SCI is highest among young adults due to motor vehicle accidents,military or sports injuries,and violence(Selvarajah et al.,2014).The elderly and children are also at risk due to falls and accidents.SCI causes neurodegeneration,with profound loss of locomotor and sensory functions(Siddiqui et al.,2015).Pain and depression are also prevalent in a majority of SCI patients.Expenses for severe SCI are high:initial hospitalization,rehabilitation,and most likely the continuing need for a caregiver and medical care.SCI survivors with less severe injuries usually face lower but still hefty medical bills.However,people≥50 years old with severe SCI may face medical expenses of over$1.8 million during their lifetimes.These injuries also affect spouses and family members,emotionally and financially,and most injuries jeopardize employment for those affected. 展开更多

Bosworth ankle fracture-dislocation is rare, known to be an irreducible type of ankle injury, with a high incidence of complication. We present two cases of even rarer variants of Bosworth ankle fracturedislocation. The first case is a type of supination external rotation adduction, and the second case is a type of supination external rotati on adduction. These types have not bee n described before .In both of the cases we failed to achieve close reduction, and therefore proceeded with emergency surgeries, with open reduction and internal fixation. Both of the cases were performed with a postero-lateral approach to reduce the dislocations, and fix the fractures successfully. Unfortunately in one of the cases, acute compartment syndrome developed post-surgically. However, both cases showed good functional outcomes. 展开更多

The emergency treatment of thoracic injuries varies of general conditions and modern warfare. However, there are no unified battlefield treatment guidelines for thoracic injuries in the Chinese People’s Liberation Army(PLA). An expert consensus has been reached based on the epidemiology of thoracic injuries and the concept of battlefield treatment combined with the existing levels of military medical care in modern warfare. Since there are no differences in the specialized treatment for thoracic injuries between general conditions and modern warfare, first aid, emergency treatment, and early treatment of thoracic injuries are introduced separately in three levels in this consensus. At Level Ⅰfacilities, tension pneumothorax and open pneumothorax are recommended for initial assessment during the first aid stage. Re-evaluation and further treatment for hemothorax, flail chest, and pericardial tamponade are recommended at Level Ⅱ facilities. At Level Ⅲ facilities, simple surgical operations such as emergency thoracotomy and debridement surgery for open pneumothorax are recommended. Medical management of victims contaminated with radionuclides after a “dirty bomb” attack

A wide spectrum of scenarios may lead to radiation incidents and the liberation of radioactive material. In the case of a terrorist attack by a 'dirty bomb', there is a risk of mechanical and thermal trauma, external irradiation, superficial contamination and incorporation of radioactive material. The first treatment priority must be given to the care of trauma patients with life-threatening injuries, as the health effects of radiation occur with latency. Radionuclide incorporation will lead to a longer-lasting irradiation from inside the body, associated with a higher risk of stochastic radiation effects(e.g., occurrence of tumors) in the long run. It must be expected that victims with potentially incorporated radionuclides will far outnumber trauma patients. The elimination of radionuclides can be enhanced by the administration of decorporation agents such as(Ca) Diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid(DTPA) or Prussian blue,reducing the radiological burden of the body. There is still no consensus whether decorporation treatment should be started immediately based only on a suspicion of radionuclide incorporation('urgent approach') or if the results of internal dosimetry confirming the necessity of a treatment should be awaited, accepting the delay caused by the measurements and computations('precautionary approach'). As the therapeutic effectiveness may be substantially decreased if treatment initiation is delayed only by several days, depending on the radionuclide, the physicochemical properties of the compounds involved and the route of absorption, we favor an 'urgent approach' from a medical point of view. In doubt, it seems justified to treat victims by precaution, as the adverse effects of the medication seem minimal. However, in the case of a high number of victims, an 'urgent treatment approach' may require a large number of daily doses of antidotes, and therefore, adequate investments in preparedness and antidote stockpiling are necessary. 展开更多

Background: The activities carried out by soldiers in the army involve great physical demands and require intense trainings to perform combat-specific tasks. Musculoskeletal injury is a potential threat to the health and physical integrity of the soldier. This study aimed to evaluate the prevalence of lower limb musculoskeletal injuries among soldiers and to propose a training protocol to prevent the most frequent injuries.Methods: This observational(cross-sectional) study recruited a sample of 103 soldiers who required medical attention,from a total 202 new battalion soldiers. The medical records(paper and online) had a form of running text. All data collected were recorded by the registered physicians of the battalion medical post. The records were analyzed by the following variables: medical diagnosis, injury site, mechanism, type of treatment, time loss, existence of previous injury,and recurring injury.Results: A total of 112 musculoskeletal injuries were diagnosed in 71 soldiers, and other types of diseases/injuries were diagnosed in the other soldiers. Joint pain accounted for 55.4% of the diagnoses. The knee was the most affected site, while trauma and overload were the most common mechanisms of injury. Drug treatment was used most frequently, accounting for 58% of the cases. The majority of the sample obtained a temporary leave of absence for1 to 6 days or not at all. Previous injuries and recurrence were not presented as risk factors for injury. With the data received, a protocol for the prevention of injuries to the lower limbs was proposed.Conclusions: This study indicated that the most frequent site of injury is the knee, and joint pain is the most common diagnosis. These results may support the necessity to develop a neuromuscular training protocol to prevent lower limb injuries, which we suggest to be applied in future studies. 展开更多

Purpose:To investigate the changes and underlying mechanisms in parents' safety awareness and the use of child safety seats after the mandatory legislation in Shanghai city,China.Methods:This study was carried out by Shanghai Key Laboratory of Environment and Children's Health using a multi-stage,simple random sampling method.Volunteers with children aged 0-12 months were recruited.Child safety seats were sent to each volunteer's family.Telephone encounters and/or on-site visits were used to collect data from parents using a phased survey on children's safety during car use.Results:Among all respondents,91.2% had heard of motor vehicle accidents involving children,and 97.2% could describe the appropriate use of a safety seat to minimize the risk of child injury in a collision.Among 1078 families with newborns,awareness of child safety seats was 91.9%.There were 86% patients aware that new laws and regulations have been released regarding the use of child safety seats,and 98.5% of them plan to comply with the new laws.Moreover,61% patients think that taxis should be routinely equipped with child safety seats.Conclusion:The parents in Shanghai obtained a high level of awareness of children's traffic safety after the introduction of child safety seats legislation,and had a positive experience related to the use of child safety seats.Taxi may be an important area of focus for implementation of child traffic safety.Traffic safety laws and regulations with further impact should be continuously studied. 展开更多

Background:Growing industrialization of China exposes its labor population to the risk of musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs).This study aimed to investigate the prevalence and risk factors of MSDs in a modern industrial region of Beijing.Methods:A cross-sectional study included 1415 employees in six industrial companies was conducted between January 2018 and May 2018 in Fangshan district,Beijng,China.Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire(NMQ)was used to collect the information about MSDs.Demographic factors,lifestyle factors,health and medical factors,and work-related factors were collected as independent variables.Descriptive statistics,the chi-squared(/2)test,and binary logistic regression analysis were used to analyze data.Results:Among 1415 participants,498 reported MSDs.The regions involved were the neck(25.16%),shoulders(17.17%),and upper back(13.29%).There was a significant statistical difference between frontline industrial workers and other staff in the prevalence of self-reported symptoms involving the shoulders(Х^2=4.33,P=0.037),wrists and hands(Х^2=8.90,P=0.003),and ankles and feet(Х^2=12.88,P<0.001).Increased age(P=0.005,OR=1.63;P=0.001,OR=2.33),a high or a low salary(P<0.001,OR=0.49;P<0.001,OR=0.30),night-shift(P=0.027,OR=1.46),two-week-history of illness and treatment(P=0.004,OR=5.60;P=0.013,OR=4.19),concurrent chronic diseases(P=0.001,OR=3.45;P=0.092,OR=7.81),limited access to health information(P=0.004,OR=0.49),and negative attitude towards seeking healthcare(P=0.010,OR=1.77;P=0.009,OR=2.75)were associated with MSDs in frontline workers.Female gender(P<0.001,OR=2.30),high education(P=0.001,OR=1.96),no exercises(P=0.027,OR=0.59),night-shift(P=0.017,OR=1.98),concurrent chronic diseases(P=0.002,OR=3.73;P=0.020,OR=13.42),limited access to health information(P=0.013,OR=0.53),far distance to medical institution(P=0.009,OR=1.83),and negative propensity(P=0.009,OR=1.94;P=0.014,OR=2.74)were associated with MSDs in other staffs.Conclusions:The prevalence of MSDs among industrial employees has changed.Frontl 展开更多

Maxillofacial trauma does have an association with TBI. Neuron-specific enolase (NSE) has been developed to evaluate neuronl damage. The objective of this study was to investigate the accuracy of NSE serum levels to detect mild brain injury of patients with sustained maxillofacial fractures during motor vehicle accidents. Methods: Blood samples were drawn from 40 healthy people (control group) and 48 trauma patients who has sustained isolated maxillofacial fractures and mild brain injury in motor vehicle accidents. Brain injuries were graded by Glasgow Coma Scale. In the trauma group, correlations between the NSE serum value and different facial fracture sites were also assessed. Results: The NSE serum level (mean ± SD, ng/ml) in the 48 patients with maxillofacial fractures and mild TBI was 13.12 ± 9.68, significantly higher than that measured in the healthy control group (7.72 ± 1.82, p < 0.001). The mean NSE serum level (ng/ml) in the lower part of the facial skeleton (15.44 with SD 15.34) was higher than that in the upper facial part (12.42 with SD 7.68);and the mean NSE level (ng/ml) in the middle-and lower part (11.97 with SD 5.63) was higher than in the middle part (7.88 with SD 2.64). Conclusion: An increase in NSE serum levels can be observed in patients sustained maxillofacial fractures and mild brain injury. 展开更多

目的探讨贵阳市2015年死因监测点常住居民死亡水平、主要死亡原因以及寿命损失情况,为制定疾病预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法利用中国死亡信息登记报告管理系统导出2015年贵阳市4个监测点的死亡个案数据,按照国际疾病和有关健康问题分... 目的探讨贵阳市2015年死因监测点常住居民死亡水平、主要死亡原因以及寿命损失情况,为制定疾病预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法利用中国死亡信息登记报告管理系统导出2015年贵阳市4个监测点的死亡个案数据,按照国际疾病和有关健康问题分类,采用SPSS19.0和Excel2010软件对2015年贵阳市4个死因监测点的死亡水平、死因构成、死因顺位以及潜在减寿年数等进行分析,死亡率的比较采用χ~2检验。结果贵阳市2015年常住居民死亡率为519.32/10万,标化死亡率为543.61/10万。其中男性死亡率为611.81/10万,标化死亡率为624.23/10万;女性死亡率为420.53/10万,标化死亡率为450.26/10万。男女死亡率比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=380.11,P<0.01),男性死亡率高于女性。因慢性非传染性疾病导致的死亡占总死亡的86.66%,伤害占10.03%,传染病、母婴疾病和营养缺乏性疾病共占2.71%。前5位死因分别是脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病以及损伤和中毒。全人群死因中损伤和中毒导致的寿命损失最大,其次为恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、心脏病和呼吸系统疾病。结论脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病等慢性非传染性疾病和伤害已成为威胁贵阳市居民健康的重要公共卫生问题,应加强慢性非传染性疾病和伤害的危险因素的控制。 展开更多

Endothelial glycocalyx as a potential theriapeutic target in organ injuries

Objective:The endothelial glycocalyx(eGC)is a dynamic and multicomponent layer of macromolecules found at the surface of vascular endothelium,which is largely underappreciated.It has recently been recognized that eGC is a major regulator of endothelial function and may have therapeutic value in organ injuries.This study aimed to explore the role of the eGC in various pathologic and physiologic conditions,by reviewing the basic research findings pertaining to the detection of the eGC and its clinical significance.We also explored different pharmacologic agents used to protect and rebuild the eGC.Data sources:An in-depth search was performed in the PubMed database,focusing on research published after 2003 with keywords including eGC,permeability,glycocalyx and injuries,and glycocalyx protection.Study selection:Several authoritative reviews and original studies were identified and reviewed to summarize the characteristics of the eGC under physiologic and pathologic conditions as well as the detection and protection of the eGC.Results:The eGC degradation is closely associated with pathophysiologic changes such as vascular permeability,edema formation,mechanotransduction,and clotting cascade,together with neutrophil and platelet adhesion in diverse injury and disease states including inflammation(sepsis and trauma),ischemia-reperfusion injury,shock,hypervolemia,hypertension,hyperglycemia,and high Na+as well as diabetes and atherosclerosis.Therapeutic strategies for protecting and rebuilding the eGC should be explored through experimental test and clinical verifications.Conclusions:Disturbance of the eGC usually occurs at early stages of various clinical pathophysiologies which can be partly prevented and reversed by protecting and restoring the eGC.The eGC seems to be a promising diagnostic biomarker and therapeutic target in clinical settings. 展开更多

Polyethylene glycol can connect the distal and proximal ends of an injured nerve at the cellular level through axonal fusion to avoid Wallerian degeneration of the injured distal nerve and promote peripheral nerve regeneration.However,this method can only prevent Wallerian degeneration in 10%of axons because the cytoskeleton is not repaired in a timely fashion.Reconstruction of the cytoskeletal trunk and microtubule network has been suggested to be the key for improving the efficiency of axonal fusion.As a microtubule-severing protein,spastin has been used to enhance cytoskeletal reconstruction.Therefore,we hypothesized that spastin combined with polyethylene glycol can more effectively promote peripheral nerve regeneration.A total of 120 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham,suture,polyethylene glycol,and polyethylene glycol+spastin groups.In suture group rats,only traditional nerve anastomosis of the end-to-end suture was performed after transection of the sciatic nerve.In polyethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol+spastin groups,50μL of polyethylene glycol or 25μL of polyethylene glycol+25μL of spastin,respectively,were injected immediately under the epineurium of the distal suture.Sensory fiber regeneration distance,which was used to assess early nerve regeneration at 1 week after surgery,was shortest in the suture group,followed by polyethylene glycol group and greatest in the polyethylene glycol+spastin group.Behavioral assessment of motor function recovery in rats showed that limb function was restored in polyethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol+spastin groups at 8 weeks after surgery.At 1,2,4 and 8 weeks after surgery,sciatic functional index values and percentages of gastrocnemius muscle wet weight were highest in the sham group,followed by polyethylene glycol+spastin and polyethylene glycol groups,and lowest in the suture group.Masson staining was utilized to assess the morphology of muscle tissue.Morphological changes in skeletal muscle were detectable in suture,polyethylene g 展开更多

目的探讨农村留守儿童伤害的流行情况及危险因素,为制订预防伤害措施提供相应的证据支持。方法采用分层整群抽样,于广东省清远市清新区经济发展程度不同的2个层中各随机抽取一个镇,再从当地随机抽取3所小学、3所中学的3~9年级的留守青... 目的探讨农村留守儿童伤害的流行情况及危险因素,为制订预防伤害措施提供相应的证据支持。方法采用分层整群抽样,于广东省清远市清新区经济发展程度不同的2个层中各随机抽取一个镇,再从当地随机抽取3所小学、3所中学的3~9年级的留守青少年儿童为研究对象,以学生自填问卷方式调查近一年内的伤害发生情况、个人情况、家庭环境和学校情况。运用χ^2检验和多因素Logistic回归模型分析伤害的影响因素。结果一年内当地的留守儿童伤害发生率为17.50%(440人)。单因素检验提示学段、独生情况、健康状况、焦虑状况、伤害知识水平、伤害行为水平、与同学的关系、老师对学生态度、老师强调安全问题的组间伤害发生率的差异有统计学意义(均有P<0.05),多因素Logistic回归模型结果提示中学、身体健康、行为水平合格、与同学关系融洽是保护因素(均有P<0.05),焦虑是危险因素(OR=1.262,95%CI:1.009~1.577,P=0.041)。结论农村留守儿童伤害情况受多因素影响,因此应采取综合干预措施,在营造安全健康的成长环境的同时,积极做好伤害教育工作,减少伤害的发生。 展开更多
