Mediator是一种基于组件的建模语言,该语言主要通过自动机和系统对模型进行描述。将Mediator语言描述的模型自动生成为可执行代码,可以避免编码过程中由于人为疏忽而造成的错误,从而提高编码的可靠性,同时缩短模型开发周期。介绍一种从Mediator模型到SystemC代码的自动生成工具,该工具旨在将基于特定平台的模型转换为能直接仿真运行的代码。首先对Mediator语言的语法语义进行分析,选择合适的SystemC代码组织形式,然后针对Mediator模型的每一个组成部分设计生成规则,其中重点对类型生成、状态转移语句生成、同步语句的生成进行分析。最后,通过一个机器掉电检测系统说明该工具运行结果的正确性。 展开更多

高活性漆酶菌株6BS筛选及其对染料脱色的影响 预览

Authors surveyed approximately 302 relative people in the north of Vietnam. The sample showed broad demographic variation. Among respondents, 73% were female and 27% were male. The instrument shows a good reliability of the total scores (Cronbach’s α= 0.93). Both exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are used. The model tested was a relatively simple model with three latent factors. They are belief, fear, and ritual and all of them are positive correlated. The relationships among factors are further analyzed and the mediating relationships are found. 展开更多

Background: Respiratory infections challenge the swine industry, despite common medicinal practices. The dual signaling nature of PGE2(supporting both inflammation and resolution) makes it a potent regulator of immune cell function. Therefore, the use of dietary long chain n-6 PUFA to enhance PGE2 effects merits investigation.Methods: Day-old pigs(n = 60) were allotted to one of three dietary groups for 21 d(n = 20/diet), and received either a control diet(CON, arachidonate = 0.5% of total fatty acids), an arachidonate(ARA)-enriched diet(LC n-6,ARA = 2.2%), or an eicosapentaenoic(EPA)-enriched diet(LC n-3, EPA = 3.0%). Alveolar macrophages and lung parenchymal tissue were collected for fatty acid analysis. Isolated alveolar macrophages were stimulated with LPS in situ for 24 h, and m RNA was isolated to assess markers associated with inflammation and eicosanoid production.Culture media were collected to assess PGE2 secretion. Oxidative burst in macrophages was measured by: 1)oxygen consumption and extracellular acidification(via Seahorse), 2) cytoplasmic oxidation and 3) nitric oxide production following 4, 18, and 24 h of LPS stimulation.Results: Concentration of ARA(% of fatty acids, w/w) in macrophages from pigs fed LC n-6 was 86% higher than CON and 18% lower in pigs fed LC n-3(P < 0.01). Following LPS stimulation, abundance of COX-2 and TNF-α mRNA(P < 0.0001), and PGE2 secretion(P < 0. 01) were higher in LC n-6 PAM vs. CON. However, ALOX5 abundance was1.6-fold lower than CON. Macrophages from CON and LC n-6 groups were 4-fold higher in ALOX12/15 abundance(P < 0.0001) compared to LC n-3. Oxygen consumption and extracellular acidification rates increased over 4 h following LPS stimulation(P < 0.05) regardless of treatment. Similarly, increases in cytoplasmic oxidation(P < 0.001)and nitric oxide production(P < 0.002) were observed after 18 h of LPS stimulation but were unaffected by diet.Conclusions: We infer that enriching diets with arachidonic acid may be an effective means to enhance a stronger innate immu 展开更多

The versatile catechol unit of polydopamine (PDA) endows this molecule with a broad ranging adhesive properties and reducibility.We prepared free-standing PDA particles by a simple self-polymerization and these particles served as both an effective reductant and scaffold for a hybrid catalyst.The raspberrylike nanocomposites featured a high density of AuNPs uniformly deposited on PDA particles (PDA@Au).This system was prepared in-situ with assistance from the active catechol and amine groups of the PDA particles.To quantify the effect of the PDA carriers,we studied the catalytic activity of the PDA and PDA@Au particles.The PDA particles showed a pronounced charge-dependent catalytic activity for reduction of cationic methylene blue,negatively-charged 4-nitrophenolate,and zwitterionic rhodamine B in the presence of borohydride,whereas PDA@AuNPs showed catalytic activity with a less pronounced charge-dependence of the catalytic efficiency of the AuNPs.The PDA particles served as a redox mediator and adsorbent accelerator in degradation of the dyes owing to its unique chemical structure. 展开更多

The condition commonly occurs during luteal phase of estr... Pyometra is one of the most important and common disorders in canine. The disease results in life threatening condition associated with septicemia and toxemia. The condition commonly occurs during luteal phase of estrous cycle, generally 4 weeks to 4 months of estrous cycle. The age, parity, breeds, administration of hormones are some predisposing factors of the condition. However, interaction between potentially pathogenic bacteria and hormonally primed uterus is believed to result in pyometra. The disease is initiated in the form of cystic endometrial hyperplasia, which later progresses into purulent uterine content following bacterial infection resulting in pyometra. The disturbance in antioxidant and pro-oxidant balance succeeding bacterial infection results in oxidative stress. The resultant stress further induces endometrial degeneration, immunosuppression and additionally aggravates the condition. An important clinical sign is malodorous, sanguineous or mucopurulent vaginal discharge with general symptoms such as vomiting, polyuria, polydipsia, depression, anorexia and occasionally fever. Till date, ultrasonography is the best diagnostic method while radiology and serological test are also helpful. Recently, the estimation of inflammatory mediators (acute phase proteins and prostaglandin metabolites) has appeared as marker for diagnosis of the pyometra. Determination of levels of inflammatory mediators has emerged as an important diagnostic method because it can be helpful in prognosis of the condition. The pyometra can be best treated by surgical manipulation (ovariohysterectomy);however, hormonal treatment can be given in less severe cases which aimed at reducing the effect of progesterone on the reproductive tract. Together, provision of antioxidants could be helpful in disease recovery along with the determined treatment. In this review, incidence, predisposing factors, etio-pathogenesis, oxidative stress associated with condition, diagnostic methods and treatment are discussed. 展开更多

Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell transplantation attenuates overexpression of inflammatory mediators in rat brain after cardiopulmonary resuscitation 预览

Emerging evidence suggests that bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell transplantation improves neurological function after cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation;however, the precise mechanisms remain unclear. This study aimed to investigate the effect of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell treatment on expression profiles of multiple cytokines in the brain after cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Cardiac arrest was induced in rats by asphyxia and cardiopulmonary resuscitation was initiated 6 minutes after cardiac arrest. One hour after successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation, rats were injected with either phosphate-buffered saline(control) or 1 × 10~6 bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells via the tail vein. Serum S100 B levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and neurological deficit scores were evaluated to assess brain damage at 3 days after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Serum S100 B levels were remarkably decreased and neurological deficit scores were obviously improved in the mesenchymal stem cell group compared with the phosphate-buffered saline group. Brains were isolated from the rats and expression levels of 90 proteins were determined using a RayBio Rat Antibody Array, to investigate the cytokine profiles. Brain levels of the inflammatory mediators tumor necrosis factor-α, interferon-γ, macrophage inflammatory protein-1α, macrophage inflammatory protein-2, macrophage inflammatory protein-3α, macrophage-derived chemokine, and matrix metalloproteinase-2 were decreased ≥ 1.5-fold, while levels of the anti-inflammatory factor interleukin-10 were increased ≥ 1.5-fold in the mesenchymal stem cell group compared with the control group. Donor mesenchymal stem cells were detected by immunofluorescence to determine their distribution in the damaged brain, and were primarily observed in the cerebral cortex. Anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine in high intensity focused ultrasound treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective: To study the effect of dexmedetomidine in high intensity focused ultrasound treatment of uterine fibroids on pain degree, pain mediator and stress mediator secretion as well as stress signal molecule expression. Methods: 78 patients with uterine fibroids who received high intensity focused ultrasound treatment in Shaanxi Second Provincial People's Hospital between February 2015 and February 2018 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the Dex group who accepted dexmedetomidine + fentanyl + midazolam anesthesia and the control group who accepted fentanyl + midazolam anesthesia. The pain degree was assessed 1 day and 3 d after surgery;the secretion of pain mediators and stress mediators in serum as well as the expression levels of stress signaling molecules in peripheral blood were measured before surgery and 3 d after surgery. Results: 1 d and 3 d after surgery, the NRS pain scores of Dex group were significantly lower than those of control group;3 d after surgery, serum SP, BK, 5-HT, IL-6, IL-8, NE, COR, ACTH and MDA contents as well as peripheral blood NF-κB, p38MAPK, NOX4 and Nrf2 expression of both groups of patients were higher than those before surgery whereas serum SOD and HO-1 contents as well as peripheral blood Keap1 expression were lower than those before surgery, and serum SP, BK, 5-HT, IL-6, IL-8, NE, COR, ACTH and MDA contents as well as peripheral blood NF-κB, p38MAPK, NOX4 and Nrf2 expression of Dex group 3 d after surgery were lower than those of control group whereas serum SOD and HO-1 contents as well as peripheral blood Keap1 expression were higher than those of control group. Objective: To study the effect of nerve stimulator-guided nerve block on the pain mediator secretion and stress degree after lower extremity operation. Methods: Patients who received lower extremity operation in Mianyang Orthopaedic Hospital between March 2015 and August 2017 were selected, and the analgesia methods within the medical records were reviewed and used to divide the patients into nerve block group, spinal analgesia group and intravenous analgesia group. The secretion of pain mediators, stress hormones, stress products and inflammatory factors in serum was measured 24 h after surgery. Results: CGRP, β-EP, 5-HT, HA, ACTH, Cor, PRL, GH, TSH, sTNFR-1, IL-2, IL-10 and TGF-β1 secretion as well as CRP, MPO, MDA and ROS generation in serum of nerve block group were significantly lower than those of spinal analgesia group and intravenous analgesia group, and the differences in serum pain mediators, stress hormones, stress products and inflammatory factors were statistically significant between nerve block group and spinal analgesia group as well as between nerve block group and intravenous analgesia group. Conclusion: The nerve stimulator-guided nerve block can be more effective than spinal analgesia and intravenous analgesia to reduce the secretion of pain mediators and relieve the degree of stress after lower extremity operation. 展开更多

Objective:To study the effect of diazocine combined with sufentanil analgesia after radical operation for esophageal cancer on release of neurotransmitters and stress mediators.Methods:A total of 170 cases of patients with primary esophageal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in this hospital between September 2015 and May 2017 were divided into control group (n=85) and study group (n=85) by random number table method. Control group received postoperative sufentanil analgesia, and study group received postoperative diazocine combined with sufentanil analgesia. The differences in the perioperative contents of monoamine neurotransmitters, amino acid neurotransmitters and stress mediators were compared between the two groups.Results: Before operation, there was no statistically significant difference in the serum contents of monoamine neurotransmitters, amino acid neurotransmitters and stress mediators between the two groups. 12 h after surgery, 24 h after surgery and 36 h after surgery, serum monoamine neurotransmitters DA, NE and 5-HT contents of study group were lower than those of control group;amino acid neurotransmitters Ach, GABA and Glu contents were higher than those of control group;serum stress mediators ACTH, ALD and Cor contents were lower than those of control group.Conclusion: diazocine combined with sufentanil analgesia after radical operation for esophageal cancer can effectively optimize the secretion of neurotransmitters and inhibit the synthesis of stress mediators to alleviate the patients' pain perception. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effects of lonicera granules + symptomatic treatment on serum indexes and immune function in children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease.Methods: A total of 120 children with HFMD who were treated between April 2016 and September 2017 were divided into the control group (n=60) and lonicera granules group (n=60) by random number table method. Control group received clinical symptomatic treatment for hand-foot-mouth disease, lonicera granules group received symptomatic treatment combined with lonicera granules therapy, and the treatment lasted for 7 d. The differences in serum levels of inflammatory factors, myocardial enzyme spectrum indexes and immunoglobulin were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 7 d of treatment.Results: Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in serum levels of inflammatory factors, myocardial enzyme spectrum indexes and immunoglobulin between the two groups. After 7 d of treatment, serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-10, IL-12 and TNF-α levels of lonicera granules group were lower than those of control group;serum myocardial enzyme spectrum indexesα-HBDH, LDH, AST and cTnⅠ levels were lower than those of control group;serum immunoglobulin IgA, IgG and IgM levels were higher than those of control group.Conclusion: Symptomatic treatment combined with lonicera granules therapy can further inhibit the systemic inflammatory response, protect the myocardial cells and enhance the immunity of children with HFMD. 展开更多

Objective:To discuss the curative effect of radio frequency tuiss volumetric reduction (RFTVR) adjuvant treatment of Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS).Methods:A total of 112 cases of CRS patients who were treated in our hospital between June 2013 and March 2016, were selected and retrospective analysis was performed for their surgical methods, and these patients were divided into control group (n=58) with simple nasal endoscopic surgery treatment and study group (n=54) with nasal endoscopic surgery combined with RFTVR treatment. Curative effects after operation in both groups were evaluated and nasal resistance and serum inflammatory mediator content were compared in both groups before and after operation.Results: Before operation, nasal airway state and serum inflammatory mediator content difference in both groups had no statistical significance;one week after operation, the clinical treatment effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the left nasal resistance, the right nasal resistance and the total resistance levels in study group were lower than that in the control group;serum inflammatory mediator (IL-5, IL-17, IL-22, TNF-α) content in study group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusions:RFTVR adjuvant treatment contributes to the improvement of the curative effect of CRS patients, which could effectively optimize the nasal airway state and reduce the systemic inflammatory responses. 展开更多

目的:探讨糖化血清蛋白(GSP)在预测下肢创伤性骨折病人近期预后中的价值。方法:选取129例下肢创伤性骨折病人(骨折组),根据病人预后分为2个亚组,有效组104例,无效组25例;另选60名健康志愿者作为对照组。采集3组的血清标本,检测GS... 目的:探讨糖化血清蛋白(GSP)在预测下肢创伤性骨折病人近期预后中的价值。方法:选取129例下肢创伤性骨折病人(骨折组),根据病人预后分为2个亚组,有效组104例,无效组25例;另选60名健康志愿者作为对照组。采集3组的血清标本,检测GSP、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和降钙素原(PCT)水平,Spearman相关系数分析GSP与炎症介质的相关性。以GSP≥400μmol/L为临界值,将129例病人分为2个亚组,其中GSP≥400μmol/L组45例,GSP〈400μmol/L组84例,比较2组术后并发症发生率。结果:骨折组GSP水平为(451.4±12.6)μmol/L,明显高于对照组的(159.7±10.8)μmol/L(P〈0.01),3项血糖指标亦均高于对照组(P〈0.05~P〈0.01)。无效组GSP水平为(673.2±24.8)μmol/L,有效组为(299.0±7.1)μmol/L,有效组GSP水平显著低于无效组(P〈0.01),Hb A1c水平低于无效组(P〈0.05),但FPG和2h PG差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。有效组和无效组病人炎症介质水平均明显高于对照组(P〈0.01);无效组病人炎症介质水平显著高于有效组(P〈0.01)。骨折病人GSP与hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、PCT均呈正相关关系(P〈0.05)。GSP≥400μmol/L组术后并发症发生率为24.44%,明显高于GSP〈400μmol/L组的4.76%(P〈0.01)。结论:下肢创伤性骨折病人存在GSP水平的改变,且其改变与IL-6、TNF-α等炎症因子及术后并发症密切相关,对评估预后有一定的临床价值。 展开更多
