There have been a lot of research exertions and studies to improve the safety of critical infrastructures using the Security Operations Center (SOC). As part of efforts, the purpose of this research is to propose a framework to automate the SOC’s performance of triage, containment and escalation. The research leveraged on qualitative desk review to collect data for analysis, deduced strengths and weaknesses for the current SOC implementations and used that as a basis for proposing the framework. In view of the constant evolution of SOC operations and capabilities coupled with the huge volumes of data collected for analysis, an efficient framework for SOC operations is proposed. The qualitative analysis is used to deduce strengths and weaknesses for the current SOC implementations as a premise for proposing the framework. It consists of eight interactive stages that further leverage on a proposed algorithm for baselining, remediation and escalation. The result of this research is a proposed framework that serves as a unique contribution to enhancing the SOC’s ability to automatically perform triage, containment and escalation. Supplementary to similar and earlier work reviewed, the framework is proposed as the way forward to automatically enable SOC setups with the capacity to efficiently perform triage of security threats, vulnerabilities and incidents, effectively contain identified breaches and appropriately escalate for prompt and accurate solutions. 展开更多

<strong>Aim:</strong> To analyze the practice of skin grafting in the surgery department “B” of the CHU of Point “G” in Bamako. <strong>Patients and Methods:</strong> This was a retrospecti... <strong>Aim:</strong> To analyze the practice of skin grafting in the surgery department “B” of the CHU of Point “G” in Bamako. <strong>Patients and Methods:</strong> This was a retrospective and prospective study carried out between 1980 and 2014, covering all patients who underwent a skin graft and hospitalized. It covered all patients who underwent a skin transplant and were hospitalized in the department during the study period. <strong>Result:</strong> There were 50 patients including 25 women and 25 men. The mean age was 25.2 ± 19 years. The average duration of lesion evolution was 1 year. The lesions to be grafted were located in the lower limbs in 60%. The average area of substance loss was 13.2 cm<sup>2</sup>. The indication for skin graft was asked for loss of substance following scar bridles in 40%, ulcerative-necrotic wounds of infectious or traumatic origin (32%), malignant skin tumor (14%). In pathology, there were 5 cases of malignant melanoma and 2 cases of squamous cell carcinoma. Thin skin grafting was the most used technique (62%). The postoperative follow-ups were simple in 94%. There were 3 cases of graft necrosis. The average length of hospital stay was 28 days. The esthetic result was judged satisfactory in 84% of the cases (n = 42), average in 14% of the cases (n = 7) and unsatisfactory in 2% of the cases (n = 1). The sensitivity was good in 36 patients (72%), average in 12 patients (24%) and poor in 2 patients (4%). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> They mainly affect young people. The reduction of accidents on the public highway, good management of burn injuries, wounds and good hygiene of the population will considerably reduce the rate of its affections. 展开更多

In this paper, a study and evaluation of the combination of GPS/GNSS techniques and advanced image processing algorithms for distressed human detection, positioning and tracking, from a fully autonomous Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)-based rescue support system, </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">are</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> presented. In particular, the issue of human detection both on terrestrial and marine environment under several illumination and background conditions, as the human silhouette in water differs significantly from a terrestrial one</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">,</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> is addressed. A robust approach, including an adaptive distressed human detection algorithm running every N input image frames combined with a much faster tracking algorithm, is proposed. Real time or near-real-time distressed human detection rates achieved, using a single, low cost day/night NIR camera mounted onboard a fully autonomous UAV for Search and Rescue (SAR) operations. Moreover, the generation of our own dataset, for the image processing algorithms training is also presented. Details about both hardware and software configuration as well as the assessment of the proposed approach performance are fully discussed. Because of that I explored the inter relations of Fibonacci series when I was intent on Fibonacci series in my difference parallelogram. In which, I found there is no degeneration on Fibonacci series. In my thought, Pascal triangle seemed like a lower triangular matrix, so I tried to find the inverse for that. In inverse form, there is no change against original form of Pascal elements matrix. One day I played with ring magnets, which forms hexagonal shapes. Number of rings which forms Hexagonal shape gives Hex series. In this paper, I give the general formula for generating various types of Fibonacci series and its non-degeneration, how Pascal elements maintain its identities and which shapes formed by hex numbers by difference and matrices. 展开更多

目的探讨乳头溢液患者纤维乳管镜检查中的操作要点及诊疗决策的制定。方法本研究通过分析2017年1月至2018年1月因乳头溢液于本院就诊并行纤维乳管镜检查的128例患者的镜检操作过程和治疗决策制定后临床病理资料及随访情况,进一步精细化... 目的探讨乳头溢液患者纤维乳管镜检查中的操作要点及诊疗决策的制定。方法本研究通过分析2017年1月至2018年1月因乳头溢液于本院就诊并行纤维乳管镜检查的128例患者的镜检操作过程和治疗决策制定后临床病理资料及随访情况,进一步精细化乳管镜操作技巧,提供更多的临床数据帮助医师制定更完善的诊疗方案。结果128例患者行FDS得出乳管炎症49例、乳管扩张症17例、乳腺囊性增生5例、浆细胞性乳腺炎3例、外伤3例、乳管占位28例、积乳23例。所有检查患者耐受可。29例即刻确立诊疗方案建议其行手术活检,病理示炎症5例、浆细胞性乳腺炎3例、不典型增生1例、导管内乳头状瘤19例、导管内癌4例。另有3例行多次灌洗后建议行活检,病理示:1例为慢性炎症,1例为浆细胞性乳腺炎,1例为导管内乳头状瘤。余患者随访未见特殊异常。非手术患者FDS检查准确率可达92.55%,手术组患者诊断准确率可达93.75%。63例患者行乳腺灌洗后症状均明显改善,其中4例患者灌洗后乳管病变显示更清晰,建议行活检手术。结论乳管镜为1种安全、精细的直观内镜检查方法,并可同期行乳腺灌洗治疗,准确性较高,不良反应较低,临床效能明显。临床医师根据患者病情制定正确的诊疗决策可以帮助患者简化就医流程。 展开更多

Purpose:This paper reviews an area of interdisciplinary collaboration in the design of healthcare facilities that attempts to optimize hospital space-planning using automated statistical techniques from the discipline of Operations Research(OR).This review articulates Facility Layout Problems(FLPs)as a general class of OR problems.Furthermore,the review highlights limitations of these techniques,which necessitate an ethical and participatory engagement with computerized processes of healthcare architecture.Design/methodology/approach:An in-depth critical review was carried out,which revealed a number of common themes,collectively theorized as metamodeling processes,or models of models,through which various FLP modelling techniques can be challenged and debated in terms of their architectural viability,and ethical ramifications.Findinss:This review provides a methodological basis for the further evaluation of computational models.It was found that most of the reviewed studies are functionally focused on flow efficiency and,in general,do not consider broader contextual,relational,social,or salutogenic design values.Orisinality/value:This review is the first on the subject written from an architectural perspective.It can be used by a broad range of readers as its critical review of past and present hospital layout modelling techniques discusses their capabilities and limitations.As such,it also enables them to consider ethical values while critiquing the epistemology of computational processes hidden beneath algorithmic outputs. 展开更多

针对传统上肢康复器械信息处理缓慢、康复效果差的问题,设计基于视觉与触觉双信息的上肢康复训练机器人运维系统。在系统硬件部分,采用三维触觉操作器Phantom操控虚拟手臂,利用Camshift算法完成对不同颜色物体的跟踪,通过加权集成算法... 针对传统上肢康复器械信息处理缓慢、康复效果差的问题,设计基于视觉与触觉双信息的上肢康复训练机器人运维系统。在系统硬件部分,采用三维触觉操作器Phantom操控虚拟手臂,利用Camshift算法完成对不同颜色物体的跟踪,通过加权集成算法实现对触觉压力数据的操作;在系统软件部分,基于ARAT的抓握测试,评估手臂的抓握能力,采用双侧训练模式和脑电训练模式,修复患者肌力受损部位,通过奇异值分解方法,完成对矩阵目标函数值的求解,利用ICP算法处理图像轮廓特征点,实现图像的配准。实验结果表明,该系统配准精度高,可以完成预期目标,且跟踪效果佳。 展开更多
