佛教自汉代传入中国,而佛经在魏晋时期开始为传统目录所著录,探究这一时期传统目录中的佛经著录,有助于我们了解佛教在当时人的知识分类中所处的地位。汤用彤先生认为最早著录佛经的是《魏中经簿》,这是由《晋中经簿》已收佛经,而《晋... 佛教自汉代传入中国,而佛经在魏晋时期开始为传统目录所著录,探究这一时期传统目录中的佛经著录,有助于我们了解佛教在当时人的知识分类中所处的地位。汤用彤先生认为最早著录佛经的是《魏中经簿》,这是由《晋中经簿》已收佛经,而《晋中经簿》又因袭《魏中经簿》来逆推出的结论,并不可靠。此外汤先生用来证明《晋中经簿》已载佛经,所引用的《晋书斠注》中董逌《广川画跋》的材料,很可能有问题,因为《晋中经簿》到宋代可能已经亡佚。对于佛经在《晋中经簿》中所属的部类,姚名达先生以为当时佛经数量巨大,应在四部之外单列,而余嘉锡先生猜测佛经在《近世子家》。笔者认为二说都不可信,佛经在汉魏之际是以鬼神、方术、祭祀的形式传播的,佛经更有可能在《术数》类中。这一时期明确收入佛经的官修目录还有宋元嘉八年的《四部目录》,姚先生根据《古今书最》,认为其中的佛经也是单列。但《古今书最》提到《四部目录》中有佛经,可能只是提示说明,而非因其单列一部,佛经应该仍包含在四部当中。最后传统目录和佛经目录的分离,一直要到梁代天监十四年,梁武帝敕令释僧绍编撰《华林佛殿众经目录》才完成。 展开更多

A light-addressable microfluidic device for label-free functional assays of bioengineered taste receptor cells via extracellular recording

The functional assay of chemical sensitive cells is of great importance for the preparation of sensitive elements towards the development of cell-based biosensors for chemical sensing. In this study, a novel light-addressable microfluidic device was developed by the integration of a light-addressable potentiometric sensor (LAPS) with a microfluidic chip for label-free functional assays of bioengineered taste receptor cells via extracellular recording. Extracellular potential changes of single bioengineered cells were recorded by LAPS. Microfluidic chip was capable of providing stable microenvironments for cell measurements w让h a well-defined concentration stimulus. Bioengineered taste receptor cells were utilized as a model of chemical sensitive cells and functional assayed by this light-addressable microfluidic device using bitter stimulation. The results indicate that this microfluidic device can efficiently monitor the membrane potential changes originated from bioengineered taste receptor cells in response to specific bitter stimulation. The bioengineered cells with responsive functions can be easily identified via the analysis on the firing rates of extracellular recording data. The expression of bitter receptors in the bioengineered taste receptor cells was further validated by the immunofluorescent staining results, which proved that the expression of specific bitter receptor was the main contribution to the responsive function of bioengineered cells. This microfluidic device can not only be used for the functional assays of chemical sensitive cells towards chemical sensing, but also suitable to be applied for the research on the chemical signal transduction mechanisms. 展开更多

On September 8,2018,an MS 5.9 earthquake struck Mojiang,a county in Yunnan Province,China.We collect near-field seismic recordings(epicentral distances less than 200 km)to relocate the mainshock and the aftershocks within the first 60 hours to determine the focal mechanism solutions of the mainshock and some of the aftershocks and to invert for the finite-fault model of the mainshock.The focal mechanism solution of the mainshock and the relocation results of the aftershocks constrain the mainshock on a nearly vertical fault plane striking northeast and dipping to the southeast.The inversion of the finite-fault model reveals only a single slip asperity on the fault plane.The major slip is distributed above the initiation point,~14 km wide along the down-dip direction and~14 km long along the strike direction,with a maximal slip of~22 cm at a depth of~6 km.The focal mechanism solutions of the aftershocks show that most of the aftershocks are of the strike-slip type,a number of them are of the normal-slip type,and only a few of them are of the thrust-slip type.On average,strike-slip is dominant on the fault plane of the mainshock,as the focal mechanism solution of the mainshock suggests,but when examined in detail,slight thrust-slip appears on the southwest of the fault plane while an obvious part of normal-slip appears on the northeast,which is consistent with what the focal mechanism solutions of the aftershocks display.The multiple types of aftershock focal mechanism solutions and the slip details of the mainshock both suggest a complex tectonic setting,stress setting,or both.The intensity contours predicted exhibit a longer axis trending from northeast to southwest and a maximal intensity ofⅧaround the epicenter and in the northwest. 展开更多

ROCO:Using a Solid State Drive Cache to Improve the Performance of a Host-Aware Shingled Magnetic Recording Drive

Shingled magnetic recording (SMR)can effectively increase the capacity of hard disk drives (HDDs).Hostaware SMR (HA-SMR)is expected to be more popular than other SMR models because of its backward compatibility and new SMR-specific APIs.However,an HA-SMR drive often suffers performance degradation under write-intensive workloads because of frequent non-sequential writes buffered in the disk cache.The non-sequential writes mainly come from update writes,small random writes and out-of-order writes.In this paper,we propose a hybrid storage system called ROCO which aims to use a solid state drive (SSD)cache to improve the performance of an HA-SMR drive.ROCO reorders out-of-order writes belonging to the same zone and uses the SSD cache to absorb update writes and small random writes.We also design a data replacement algorithm called CREA for the SSD cache.CREA first conducts zone-oriented hot/cold data identification to identify cold-cached zones and hot-cached zones,and then evicts data blocks belonging to colder zones with higher priorities that can be sequentially written or written through host-side read-modify-write operations.It gives the lowest priority to data blocks belonging to the hottest-cached zone that have to be non-sequentially written.Experimental results show that ROCO can effectively reduce non-sequential writes to the HA-SMR drive and improve the performance of the HA-SMR drive. 展开更多

Three-point head fixation was constructed to provide mechanical stability for single unit recording(SUR)on vestibular sensory system in living chinchilla previously.However,it is no more qualified to this work when the stimulation intensity becomes large because of frequent unit losing and neuron damage,which strongly implies that the mechanical stability has been broken during the stimulation.Here,we constructed a novel hea0 fixation(skull cap assistant head fixation)provided by skull cap on the basis of three-point head fixation in order to improve the mechanical stability for SUR under the stimulation with large magnitude.The large area bone connection is the feature and advantage of this improved method,which directly fixes the tested local nervous tissue and microelectrode in an intact stable system through skull cap except two ear bars and a tube face mask.Our data exhibited that skull cap assistant head fixation could significantly improve the success rate of neural response activity recording in the population of semicircular canal neurons under the stimulation with large intensity(amplitudd 00 deg/s).Based on the analysis of neural response activity and noise base-line during stimulation,our data further indicated that this method could significantly improve the mechanical stability for SUR during high-speed motion stimulation on vestibular system in living chinchilla.Skull cap assistant head fixation extends the application of SUR on vestibular neuron in linear response range and provides a solid foundation for electrophysiological research on vestibular sensory system in fhrther studies. 展开更多

Assessment of cardiac function in infants with transposition of the great arteries after surgery: comparison of two methods

Background Assessment of cardiac function is crucial in pediatric patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery, monitoring cardiac output and changing hemodynamic conditions during surgery accordingly is important to improve post-surgical outcome. We aimed to measure cardiac index (CI) and maximal rate of the increase of left ventricular pressure dp/dt(max) with the pressure recording analytic method (PRAM, MostCare?) and compared it with transthoracic echocardiographic cardiac index estimation in infants with transposition of the great arteries (TGA) undergoing surgical correction. Methods We enrolled 74 infants with TGA consecutively into this study. CI and dp/dt(max) were measured with PRAM and echocardiography at 0, 4, 8, 12, 24 and 48 h postoperatively. Blood brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and blood lactate (Lac) were measured at baseline and after operation. Results The median age at surgery was 13 days (range 1–25 days) with an average weight of 3.24 kg (range 2.31–4.17 kg). CI esti-mated by PRAM was 1.11 ± 0.12 L/min/m2 (range 0.69–1.36) and by Doppler echocardiography was 1.13 ± 0.13 L/min/m2 (range 0.76–1.40). dp/dt(max) estimated by PRAM was 1.31 ± 0.03 mmHg/s (range 1.23–1.43) and by Doppler echocardiography was 1.31 ± 0.04 L/min/m2 (range 1.25–1.47). CI (r = 0.817,P< 0.001) and dp/dt(max) (r = 0.794,P< 0.001) measured by two meth-ods were highly correlated with a linear relation. Blood BNP and lactate increased to the highest level at 8–12 h post-operatively. Conclusions In the early post-operative period, PRAM provides reliable estimates of cardiac index and dp/dt(max) value compared with echocardiographic measurements. PRAM through mostcare? is a reliable continuous monitoring method for peri-operative management in children with congenital heart disease. 展开更多
