Simulated Influence of the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation on Summer Eurasian Nonuniform Warming since the Mid-1990s 预览

Based on ensemble experiments with three atmospheric general circulation models(AGCMs), this study investigates the role of the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation(AMO) in shaping the summer nonuniform warming over the Eurasian continent since the mid-1990 s. The results validate that the positive-phase AMO can indeed cause nonuniform warming,with predominant amplified warming over Europe–West Asia and Northeast Asia, but with much weaker warming over Central Asia. The underlying mechanism is then diagnosed from the perspective that the boundary forcing modulates the intrinsic atmospheric variability. The results highlight the role of the Silk Road Pattern(SRP), an intrinsic teleconnection pattern across the subtropical Eurasian continent propagating along the Asian jet. The SRP can not only be identified from the AGCM control experiments with the climatological sea surface temperature(SST), but can also be simulated by the AMO-related SST anomaly(SSTA) forcing. Furthermore, diagnostic linear baroclinic model experiments are conducted, and the results suggest that the SRP can be triggered by the AMO-related tropical diabatic heating. The AMO-triggered SRP-like responses feature anticyclonic circulations over Europe–West Asia and Northeast Asia, but cyclonic circulation over Central Asia. These responses cause increased warm advection towards Europe–West Asia and Northeast Asia, reduced precipitation and cloud cover, and then increased downward shortwave radiation. This increased warm advection and increased downward shortwave radiation together cause amplified warming in Europe–West Asia and Northeast Asia. The situation is opposite for Central Asia. 展开更多

固载化交联蛋白酶聚集体制备及其对蚕丝织物的砂洗效果 预览

针对传统碱剂砂洗中蚕丝强力下降明显及褪色严重等问题,利用固载化交联蛋白酶聚集体(ICLPAs)对蚕丝进行砂洗整理。通过对ICLPAs制备工艺条件进行优化,探讨了ICLPAs的稳定性和重复使用性。通过对 KES织物风格、毛效、透气性、透湿性、热... 针对传统碱剂砂洗中蚕丝强力下降明显及褪色严重等问题,利用固载化交联蛋白酶聚集体(ICLPAs)对蚕丝进行砂洗整理。通过对ICLPAs制备工艺条件进行优化,探讨了ICLPAs的稳定性和重复使用性。通过对 KES织物风格、毛效、透气性、透湿性、热阻、湿阻、悬垂性、强力的测试,分析了ICLPAs对蚕丝织物的砂洗效果。结果表明:与游离蛋白酶相比,ICLPAs的热稳定性、pH 值稳定性和重复使用性均得到提高;利用 ICLPAs 对蚕丝织物进行砂洗处理,部分丝素发生水解帚化,织物表面产生微绒,织物的柔软性、抗皱性、吸湿透湿性、透气性提高,断裂强力下降;ICLPAs 处理后蚕丝织物的弯曲刚度为0. 0031cN cm,悬垂系数为 1.97%,折皱回复角为 225°,毛效(30 min)为11.3cm,透气性为372.1L/(m2· s),透湿性为2303g/(m2 ·d)。 展开更多

Discovering genes responsible for silk synthesis in Bombyx moriby piggyBac-based random insertional mutagenesis

In order to discover genes involv... Silkworm mutants are valuable resources for both transgenic breeding and gene discovery. PiggyBac-based random insertional mutagenesis has been widely used in gene functional studies. In order to discover genes involved in silk synthesis, a piggyBac-based random insertional library was constructed using Bombyx mori, and the mutants with abnormal cocoon were particularly screened. By this means, a “thin cocoon” mutant was identified. This mutant revealed thinner cocoon shell and shorter posterior silk gland (PSG) compared with the wild type. The messenger RNA (mRNA) levels of all the three fibroin genes, including Fib-H, Fib-L and P25, were significantly down-regulated in the PSG of mutants. Four piggyBac insertion sites were identified in Aquaporin (AQP), Longitudinals lacking protein-like {Lola), Glutamyl aminopeptidase-like (GluAP) and Loc101744460. The mRNA levels of all the four genes were significantly altered in the silk gland of mutants. In particular, the mRNA amount of AQP, a gene responsible for the regulation of osmotic pressure, decreased dramatically immediately prior to the spinning stage in the anterior silk gland of mutants. The identification of the genes disrupted in the “thin cocoon” mutant in this study provided useful information for understanding silk production and transgenic breeding of silkworms in the future. 展开更多

Silk derived from the silkworm Bombyx mori is among the most important fibrous protein biomaterials due to large-scale production from natural sources, excellent biocompatibility, unique mechanical properties and controllable degradation. Silk fibroin can be processed into a variety of formats to match different applications, such as tissue engineering, drug delivery or as the passive substrate of a bio-device. Advances in fabrication technologies provide new possibilities for the combination of silk fibroin with other nanomaterials to functionalize silk fibroin for specialized purposes, including sensing, cell visualization,resistance to ultraviolet light and provision of antibacterial properties. As the requirement for wearable and intelligent devices has become increasingly important over recent years, silk fibroin has been utilized as the active element in electronic and optical instruments. This review summarizes these recent advances in the innovative applications of silk fibroin. 展开更多

背景:课题组前期实验成功制备了三维丝素蛋白/壳聚糖/纳米羟基磷灰石复合骨组织工程支架材料。目的:制备缓释左氧氟沙星的三维丝素蛋白/壳聚糖/纳米羟基磷灰石复合骨组织工程支架材料,探讨其机械性能、物理特性和化学构成及抗生素缓释... 背景:课题组前期实验成功制备了三维丝素蛋白/壳聚糖/纳米羟基磷灰石复合骨组织工程支架材料。目的:制备缓释左氧氟沙星的三维丝素蛋白/壳聚糖/纳米羟基磷灰石复合骨组织工程支架材料,探讨其机械性能、物理特性和化学构成及抗生素缓释能力。方法:采用乳化固定过滤方法制备左氧氟沙星/壳聚糖载药微球,其中左氧氟沙星与壳聚糖的质量比为3/1。将5,7.5,10g的载药微球分别加入质量分数2%的丝素蛋白/壳聚糖/纳米羟基磷灰石混合溶液中,通过冷冻干燥化学交联得到负载抗生素支架。对负载抗生素的支架进行扫描电镜观察、化学成分分析、药物缓释性能及力学、孔隙率、吸水膨胀率、热水溶失率检测。结果与结论:①扫描电镜显示,支架内壁可见载药微球,并且随着载药微球质量的增加,负载抗生素支架的空隙密度逐渐减小;②能谱分析显示,3种负载抗生素支架均含有丰富的钙离子、磷离子;③3种负载抗生素支架的释放趋势相同,在前3d释放大于50%,呈突释效应,而后进入相对平稳的释放阶段;负载10g载药微球支架的药物释放速率最慢,负载5g载药微球支架的药物释放速率最快;④随着载药微球质量的增加,负载抗生素支架的抗压能力与抗牵张能力逐渐增加,孔隙率、平均孔径、吸水膨胀率逐渐减小,热水溶失率逐渐增加;⑤结果表明,采用冷冻干燥化学交联法可合成负载氧氟沙星的三维骨组织工程支架,其具有良好的缓释性能、抗压抗压缩能力、吸水率及热水溶失率。 展开更多

Biocompatible, small-sized but well-dispersed gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) remain a major challenge for their synthesis. Here a convenient solution impregnation technique is developed to prepare such Au NPs under the regulation of degummed silk fibroin fibers (SFFs) extracted from Bombyx mori cocoons. SFFs play multiple roles in the formation of Au NPs such as reactive substrate to capture AuCl4^- ions by the chelation of -C = 0, reducing agent for Au(0) by the reduction of -OH , and modifiers to render biocompatible Au NPs by some functional groups and biomolecules. The as-prepared Au NPs with a size of 7-10 nm are embedded in the solid SFF substrate, and can disperse well in the liquid system by the disintegration of SFFs into silk fibroin (SF) in a certain CaCl2 solution. The biocompatible Au NPs exhibit uniform small size and distribute stably in both solid and solution states, which have distinctive properties and functional advantages, and bring great convenience to their storage and transportation. 展开更多

文章采用超声水浴提取法提取艾绒色素,研究了染色pH值、温度、时间、艾绒色素质量分数对蚕丝织物染色和抗紫外性能的影响,测量了染色织物的颜色特征值、紫外线防护因子(UPF值)及紫外线A(UVA)和紫外线B(UVB)的透过率,测定了染色蚕丝织物... 文章采用超声水浴提取法提取艾绒色素,研究了染色pH值、温度、时间、艾绒色素质量分数对蚕丝织物染色和抗紫外性能的影响,测量了染色织物的颜色特征值、紫外线防护因子(UPF值)及紫外线A(UVA)和紫外线B(UVB)的透过率,测定了染色蚕丝织物的耐洗、摩擦和日晒色牢度。研究结果表明:蚕丝织物艾绒色素的较佳染色工艺为染色pH3,染色温度100℃,保温染色时间60min,当艾绒色素相对蚕丝织物质量4%时,染色蚕丝织物具有较强的抗紫外线能力,其UPF值达到40以上,且艾绒色素直接染色蚕丝织物的耐洗、摩擦和日晒色牢度均在4级以上,满足日常服用要求。 展开更多
