目的为清晰直观地认识凹胶印刷电子油墨铺展过程的微观机理。方法根据油墨铺展运动过程,建立其静态的物理和几何模型,利用幂律流体理论,分析油墨粘度与剪切速率之间的关系,特别是纳米银导电油墨的幂律流体函数模型,最后利用实验验证这... 目的为清晰直观地认识凹胶印刷电子油墨铺展过程的微观机理。方法根据油墨铺展运动过程,建立其静态的物理和几何模型,利用幂律流体理论,分析油墨粘度与剪切速率之间的关系,特别是纳米银导电油墨的幂律流体函数模型,最后利用实验验证这一模型的正确性。结果幂律流体理论表明,纳米银导电油墨的粘度与剪切速率存在η=198.3×γ^0.8189-1的数量关系,实验结果表明,在印刷压力为49 N,线宽扩大率最大时,印刷速度为21.88 mm/s,验证该条件下的方阻值为5.915Ω,在印刷速度为45 mm/s,线宽扩大率最大时,印刷压力为49.36N,验证该条件下的方阻值为5.908Ω,在印刷压力为49N,印刷速度为45 mm/s下,线宽扩大率最大时,油墨粘度为0.78 Pa·s,验证该条件下的方阻值为4.8998Ω,油墨粘度η与印刷速度v之间存在v/478.93·e^-v^2/957.86=η/0.6097·e^-η^2/1.2194的函数关系。结论纳米银导电油墨是一种假塑性流体,其粘度与剪切速率呈负相关变化,剪切速率是影响油墨铺展过程的关键参数。 展开更多

In this paper, we ?rst combine the theory of spreading dynamics and ?nd out the basic reproductive number R0. And then analyzes the stability of the rumor-free equilibrium and the?nal rumor size. Finally, we discuss random immune strategies and target immune strategies for the rumor spreading, respectively. Through numerical simulation, we can draw the following conclusions:Reducing the fuzziness and attractiveness of invest market rumor can effectively reduce the impact of rumor. And the target immunization strategy is more effective than the random immunization strategy for the communicators in the invest investor network. 展开更多

Although materials for ice recrystallization inhibition(IRI) are essential for the cryopreservation of cells and tissues, there exists no guiding mechanism for the design of such materials. Therefore, the construction of materials for IRI relies on the try-and-error strategy. Herein, through changing the tacticity of hydroxyl groups on poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) backbones with the affinities of PVAs to ice unchanged, we experimentally find IRI activity decreases significantly for isotactic PVA in comparison to that of atactic PVA. Molecular dynamics simulation shows atactic PVA spreads fully at the ice-water interface due to its much stronger interaction with water. This indicates atactic PVA can cover more ice surface and possess a higher IRI activity when the same amount of PVAs are used, which is consistent with the results that PVA can cover the same amount of ice surface more efficiently through experimentally measuring the adsorption of PVAs on the ice surface. A guiding mechanism of high active IRI materials can be obtained: only having affinity to ice is not enough to obtain high IRI activity(i.e., only small amount of materials is required to reduce the size of ice crystals to ca.(35±10)μm), IRI agents must also have high affinity to water, i.e., low interfacial energies, to both ice and water. The former is to guarantee the adsorption of the IRI agent on the ice surface, and the latter is required for the IRI agent to spread sufficiently at the ice-water interface. Therefore, each IRI molecule can effectively block the diffusion of water onto the ice surface, and consequently inhibits the growth of ice. A spreading coefficient of IRI agents is therefore introduced to quantitatively assess the capability of IRI agents to spread at the ice-water interface. 展开更多

Thermosetting materials are widely used as encapsulation in the electrical packaging to protect the core electronic components from external force, moisture, dust, and other factors. However, the spreading and curing behaviors of such kind of fluid on a heated surface have been rarely explored. In this study, we experimentally and numerically investigated the spreading and curing behaviors of the silicone(OE6550 A/B, which is widely used in the light-emitting diode packaging) droplet with diameter of ~2.2 mm on a heated surface with temperature ranging from 25 ℃ to 250 ℃. For the experiments, we established a setup with high-speed camera and heating unit to capture the fast spreading process of the silicone droplet on the heated surface. For the numerical simulation, we built a viscosity model of the silicone by using the Kiuna’s model and combined the viscosity model with the Volume of Fluid(VOF) model by the User Defined Function(UDF) method. The results show that the surface temperature significantly affected the spreading behaviors of the silicone droplet since it determines the temperature and viscosity distribution inside the droplet. For surface temperature varied from 25 ℃ to 250 ℃, the final contact radius changed from ~2.95 mm to ~1.78 mm and the total spreading time changed from ~511 s to ~0.15 s. By further analyzing the viscosity evolution of the droplet, we found that the decreasing of the total spreading time was caused by the decrease of the viscosity under high surface temperature at initial spreading stage, while the reduction of the final contact radius was caused by the curing of the precursor film. This study supplies a strategy to tuning the spreading and curing behavior of silicone by imposing high surface temperature, which is of great importance to the electronic packaging. 展开更多

Dynamics and control strategies of infectious disease under different scenarios on hierarchical geographical networks

Human settlements are embedded in traffic networks with hierarchical structures. In order to understand the spreading mechanism of infectious diseases and deploy control measures, the susceptible-infected-removed spreading process is studied with agents moving globally on the hierarchical geographic network, taking into account agents’ preference for node layers and memory of initial nodes. We investigate the spreading behavior in the case of global infection under different scenarios, including different directions of human flow, different locations of infection source, and different moving behaviors of agents between layers. Based on the above-mentioned analysis, we propose screening strategies based on layer rank and moving distance, and compare their effects on delaying epidemic spreading. We find that in the case of global infection,infection spreads faster in high layers than in low layers, and early infection in high layers and moving to high layers both accelerate epidemic spreading. Travels of high-layer and low-layer residents have different effects on accelerating epidemic spreading, and moving between high and low layers increases the peak value of new infected cases more than moving in the same layer or between adjacent layers. Infection in intermediate nodes enhances the effects of moving of low-layer residents more than the moving of high-layer residents on accelerating epidemic spreading. For screening measures, improving the success rate is more effective on delaying epidemic spreading than expanding the screening range. With the same number of moves screened, screening moves into or out of high-layer nodes combined with screening moves between subnetworks has better results than only screening moves into or out of high-layer nodes, and screening long-distance moves has the worst results when the screening range is small, but it achieves the best results in reducing the peak value of new infected cases when the screening range is large enough.
