The present paper deals with carbon in highly organized solids like graphene and its three-dimensional derivatives: fullerenes, carbon nanotubes and capped carbon nanotubes. It proposes an alternative to the typical bonding pattern exposed in literature. This novel bonding pattern involves alternating positively and negatively charged carbon atoms around hexagonal rings, then a few uncharged and partially bonded atoms close to the pentagon rings. The article focuses on fullerenes inscribed into a regular icosahedron, then addressing the most common fullerenes like C60. Carbon atoms are found to have predominantly three single bonds and less often two separated single </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">bonds. A Generic Description Model for the Structure of Atomic Nucleus with New Interpretation of the Strong Forces 认领

The present investigation is motivated by finding and developing an easily understandable solution in the context of unified quantum and gravitational theories. Model-based methods are applied, with emphasis on structural descriptions by introducing some strong hypotheses. A subset of the introduced hypotheses led to a surprising understanding of the internal structure and construction of quarks, neutrons, protons and more complex atomic nuclei. The research work therefore focused mainly on the model-based interpretation of subatomic processes. The results obtained so far and presented in this paper are new. They consist of a generic description model for the structure of atomic nuclei. This model contains two important structural links that originate from the initial phase of the cosmological big bang. They hold atomic parts together and are involved in many known nuclear fusion and fission processes. Modifications of them, including the electron-positron annihilation process, are necessary and will be described. A new interpretation of the strong forces from the Standard Model is possible and will be given. In addition, the formation processes for electron and positron particles are considered. Based on the structural relationships, a deeper understanding of matter transformations (transmutations), early cosmological processes and dark matter has been achieved. All challenges of this work are the logical conclusions from the used hypotheses on two structural links. They need to be further investigated and verified by theoretical and experimental works. The postulated particle in this paper, as accompanying product in the electron-positron annihilation, will play a major role for the future investigations. 展开更多

通过卫星数据反演得到的土壤湿度产品数据集越来越多地应用于实际生产和科学研究中,而对于这些数据集进行区域的适用性分析是数据集合理利用的必要前提。选取美国国家航空航天局的SMAP(Soil Moisture Active/Passive)卫星数据、欧洲航... 通过卫星数据反演得到的土壤湿度产品数据集越来越多地应用于实际生产和科学研究中,而对于这些数据集进行区域的适用性分析是数据集合理利用的必要前提。选取美国国家航空航天局的SMAP(Soil Moisture Active/Passive)卫星数据、欧洲航天局气候变化倡议项目(Climate Change Initiative,CCI)以及中国气象局陆面数据同化系统(CLDAS)的土壤湿度数据,采用青藏高原的中部那曲地区和东北部玛曲地区的地面实测数据,首先运用传统统计方法对不同的土壤湿度数据产品进行整体验证,其次再对研究的时间范围按月尺度分割验证,利用传统统计方法和Triple Collocation交叉验证对每月的数据进行对比评估。结果表明:总体而言,那曲地区SMAP AM更能反映土壤湿度变化情况,且误差表现更稳定,玛曲地区SMAP PM能更好地反映实测数据的变化情况,但整体来看CLDAS在数值上更接近实测值。研究结果有助于更深刻地理解青藏高原地区3套数据集的误差结构与特性,从而更好地为农业、气象、水文等领域的应用提供参考。 展开更多

The secondary flow downstream of a triple elbow layout was studied experimentally and numerically to visualize the flow behavior under swirling inlet flow conditions. The inlet swirling condition was generated by a swirl generator, consisting of a rotary pipe and honeycomb assembly. The experiments were carried out in turbulent water flow condition at Reynolds number Re = 1 × 104 and inlet swirl intensity S = 1. Ultrasonic measurements were taken at four locations downstream of the third elbow. The two-dimensional velocity field of the flow field was measured using the phased array ultrasonic velocity profiler technique to evaluate the flow field with separation. Furthermore, a numerical simulation was performed and its results were compared with the experimental data. The numerical result was obtained by solving three-dimensional, Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations with the renormalization group k-ε turbulence model. The experimental results confirmed that the swirling flow condition modified the size of the separation region downstream of the third elbow. A qualitative comparison between the experimental and CFD simulation results of the averaged velocity field downstream of the third elbow showed similar tendency on reverse flow. 展开更多

土壤水分是连接地—气系统的重要状态变量,微波遥感为准确获取大面积土壤水分信息提供新的技术手段。准确解读微波土壤水分产品质量、深入了解其误差的时空分布特征是通过数据同化等方法将其融入陆面模型,从而成功应用于地球科学领域的... 土壤水分是连接地—气系统的重要状态变量,微波遥感为准确获取大面积土壤水分信息提供新的技术手段。准确解读微波土壤水分产品质量、深入了解其误差的时空分布特征是通过数据同化等方法将其融入陆面模型,从而成功应用于地球科学领域的重要先决条件。基于Triple Collocation(TC)方法检验了风云三号C星(FY-3C)、土壤水分主被动卫星(SMAP)及高级微波散射计(ASCAT)这3种常用微波土壤水分产品在中国陆域的质量,并通过Hovm?ller图评估了3套产品捕捉土壤水分时空变化的能力。结果显示:①TC方法得到的分析结论与地面实测资料的验证结果一致,整体上SMAP优于ASCAT和FY-3C,不同土地利用类型下SMAP信噪比均最高,三者的TC信噪比分别为1.668 dB、-0.316 dB和-2.182 dB,同时三者与实测值的相关系数分别为0.514、0.501和0.209;②FY-3C和ASCAT产品的精度在中国西北地区整体优于南部地区,3种产品均能较好地刻画土壤水分随纬度和经度变化的情况,3种产品展现的季节波动整体高于实测,其中FY-3C的季节波动在3种产品中最为剧烈;③FY-3C的质量比ASCAT和SMAP更易受到植被影响,但在裸土区FY-3C优于ASCAT。本研究基于TC分析提供了全国范围内3种主流微波土壤水分产品的误差和信噪比的空间分布,并通过Hovm?ller图评估了其描述土壤水分时空变化的能力。研究结论可为微波土壤水分产品的同化研究提供一定参考。 展开更多

LDMOS器件广泛应用于高压集成电路芯片中,由于常作为功率开关来使用,其主要的性能指标为击穿电压(VB)与比导通电阻(RON,sp)。然而,VB与RON,sp均强烈受制于漂移区长度及掺杂浓度,因此存在固有的矛盾关系。Triple RESURF技术被广泛使用于优化器件VB与RON,sp之间的矛盾关系。基于传统Triple RESURF技术,提出了一种新型Triple RESURF LDMOS结构,即在P-buried层的上方和下方引入了高浓度的N型掺杂层。相较于传统结构,该结构器件既可以避免表面杂质浓度较高带来的器件提前击穿,又可以降低同等电压下的比导通电阻。测试结果表明该结构可以达到VB=795V,RON,sp=78.3 mΩ·cm2,相比于传统结构的RON,sp降低了26.8%。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Blastocystis hominis(B.hominis)and Dientamoeba fragilis(D.fragilis)are two protozoan parasites of human bowel that are found throughout the world.There is still debate about the pathogenicity of these protozoans,despite them being commonly associated with gastrointestinal symptoms and can cause health issue in both children and adults.These parasites are usually transmitted through faecal-oral contact particularly under poor hygiene conditions or food/water contamination.Once a person is infected,the parasites live in the large intestine and are passed in the faeces.AIM To investigate the effect of triple antibiotic therapy using enema infusion in the treatment of B.hominis and D.fragilis infections.METHODS This retrospective longitudinal study was conducted in a single medical centre,which included fifty-four patients(≥18 years)who were positive for D.fragilis,B.hominis or both between 2017 and 2018.The treatment consisted of triple antibiotics that were infused over two consecutive days through rectal enema.Faecal samples were collected from participants pre-and post-treatment and were tested for parasites using microscopy and polymerase chain reaction.Patients’symptoms were recorded prior and after the treatment as well as patient demographic data.RESULTS Patients(n=54),were either positive for B.hominis(37%),D.fragilis(35%)or both(28%).All patients completed the two-day treatment and no serious adverse effect was reported.The most common side effect experienced by the patients during the treatment was urine discolouration which was cleared by six weeks of followup.Common symptoms reported prior to treatment were diarrhoea,abdominal pain,constipation and fatigue.Other symptoms included abdominal discomfort,dizziness and blood in the stool.Eighty-nine percent of patients completed a final stool test post-treatment.At six weeks post-treatment,79%of patients cleared the parasites from their faeces.Symptoms such as abdominal discomfort,dizziness and blood in the stool decreased significantly at both 展开更多

The Z Zγtriple neutral gauge couplings are absent in the Standard Model(SM)at the tree level.They receive no contributions from dimension-6 effective operators,but can arise from effective operators of dimension-8.We study the scale of new physics associated with such dimension-8 operators that can be probed by measuring the reaction e^+e^-→Zγ followed by Z→■■,vv decays,at future e^+e^- colliders including the CEPC,FCC-ee,ILC and CLIC.We demonstrate how angular distributions of the final-state mono-photon and leptons can play a key rôle in suppressing SM backgrounds.We further demonstrate that using electron/positron beam polarizations can significantly improve the signal sensitivities.We find that the dimension-8 new physics scale can be probed up to the multiTeV region at such lepton colliders. 展开更多

Triple negative breast cancer(TN BC)is a complex and malignant breast cancer subtype that lacks expression of the estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(H ER2),thereby making therapeutic targeting difficult.TNBC is generally considered to have high malignancy and poor prognosis.However,patients diagnosed with certain rare histomorphologic subtypes of TNBC have better prognosis than those diagnosed with typical triple negative breast cancer.In addition,with the discovery and development of novel treatment targets such as the androgen receptor(AR),PI3K/AKT/mTOR and AMPK signaling pathways,as well as emerging immunotherapies,the therapeutic options for TNBC are increasing.In this paper,we review the literature on various histological types of TNBC and focus on newly developed therapeutic strategies that target and potentially affect molecular pathways or emerging oncogenes,thus providing a basis for future tailored therapies focused on the mutational aspects of TNBC. 展开更多

目的:探讨消化性胃溃疡老年患者联用三联疗法与瑞巴派特治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年3月我院消化内科收治的136例消化性胃溃疡老年患者为本次的研究对象,随机将其分为每组各有68例患者的研究组和对照组。对照组患者采用克拉... 目的:探讨消化性胃溃疡老年患者联用三联疗法与瑞巴派特治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年3月我院消化内科收治的136例消化性胃溃疡老年患者为本次的研究对象,随机将其分为每组各有68例患者的研究组和对照组。对照组患者采用克拉霉素、阿莫西林和兰索拉唑的三联疗法治疗,在三联疗法治疗的基础上,研究组患者加服瑞巴派特。对两组的临床疗效进行比较,观察治疗前后两组的胃黏膜形态学及炎性细胞改善情况评分,检测并比较两组治疗前后炎症因子水平。结果:研究组与对照组的总有效率比较明显提高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后两组活动性与慢性炎症细胞浸润、黏膜厚度以及腺体密度评分均明显低于治疗前,治疗后研究组上述指标评分较对照组降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组IL-1、IL-6水平明显低于治疗前,治疗后研究组上述指标评分较对照组降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:消化性胃溃疡老年患者联合应用三联疗法与瑞巴派特治疗可以取得满意的效果,患者胃黏膜形态学指标明显改善,机体炎症反应水平显著降低,推广应用的价值较高。 展开更多

依照所回答的问题类型区分,图像和文本的视觉问答大体分为2类,第1类是可以从图像中直接获取答案的问题,第2类是需借助外部知识获取答案的问题。目前的视觉问答方法只能在一类问题上具有较高的准确率,回答另一类问题的技术尚不成熟。为... 依照所回答的问题类型区分,图像和文本的视觉问答大体分为2类,第1类是可以从图像中直接获取答案的问题,第2类是需借助外部知识获取答案的问题。目前的视觉问答方法只能在一类问题上具有较高的准确率,回答另一类问题的技术尚不成熟。为了扩大可回答的问题类型,设计了一种知识图谱辅助下的视觉问答方法——K-VQA。在基于深度学习VQA的基础上,通过查询知识图谱区分问题类型,对不同类型的问题采用最合适的方法进行回答,对于需借助外部知识进行回答的问题,利用图像和问题中的信息判断回答问题所需的实体和属性,抽取知识图谱中的三元组,获取问题答案。结果表明,不同的视觉问答技术适用于不同类型的问题,K-VQA方法既能回答简单问题也能回答推理性问题,准确率高达56.67%。因此,作为知识图谱辅助下的视觉问答方法,K-VQA可以回答更多类型的问题并获得较高的准确率,对于深入研究VQA和VQA方法具有重要的参考价值。 展开更多

Objective:To compare the efficacy of platinum-and non-platinum-based regimens as first-line treatment for advanced triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)and analyze the relationship between their efficacy and BRCA gene status.Methods:Retrospectively analyze clinical data of 220 patients diagnosed pathologically with advanced TNBC and treated at the Department of Breast Oncology,Peking University Cancer Hospital from 2013 to 2018 and evaluate the efficacy of chemotherapy.A total of 114 patients had BRCA1/2 gene tested by next generation sequencing(NGS)using peripheral blood,and we analyzed the correlation between their efficacy and BRCA1/2 gene status.Results:Non-platinum-based chemotherapy(NPCT)was administered to 129 and platinum-based chemotherapy(PBCT)to 91 study patients.The clinical benefit rate(CBR)and median progression-free survival(PFS)were not statistically different between NPCT and PBCT groups.The median overall survival(OS)was 30.0 and 22.5 months for PBCT and NPCT group,respectively[P=0.090,hazard ratios(HR)=0.703].BRCA status was assessed in 114 patients,14 of whom had deleterious germline BRCA1/2(g BRCA)mutations(seven in each group).In PBCT group,the CBR was 85.7%and 35.1%for patients with and without deleterious g BRCA mutations,respectively(P=0.039).The median PFS were 14.9 and 5.3 months and median OS were 26.5 and 15.5 months for patients with and without deleterious g BRCA mutations,respectively(P=0.001,P=0.161,respectively).Patients in PBCT group had significantly greater rates of grade 3-4 anemia(5.5%vs.0%)and thrombocytopenia(8.8%vs.0%),whereas palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia(12.4%vs.0%)and peripheral neuropathy(8.6%vs.1.1%)occurred more frequently in NPCT group.Conclusions:Platinum-based regimens are more effective in patients with deleterious g BRCA mutations,but no difference in patients without BRCA gene mutations,so non-platinum is an option in patients without BRCA gene mutations considering the toxicity and side effect.And we recommend that patients with advanced TNBC should have BR 展开更多

Triple negative breast cancer(TNBC) is an aggressive subtype of breast cancer that currently lacks effective biomarkers and therapeutic targets required to investigate the diagnosis and treatment of TNBC. Here we performed a comprehensive differential analysis of 165 TNBC samples by integrating RNA-seq data of breast tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues from both our cohort and The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA). Pathway enrichment analysis was conducted to evaluate the biological function of TNBC-specific expressed genes. Further multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression was performed to evaluate the effect of these genes on TNBC prognosis. In this report, we identified a total of 148 TNBC-specific expressed genes that were primarily enriched in mammary gland morphogenesis and hormone levels related pathways, suggesting that mammary gland morphogenesis might play a unique role in TNBC patients differing from other breast cancer types. Further survival analysis revealed that nine genes(FSIP1, ADCY5, FSD1, HMSD, CMTM5, AFF3, CYP2 A7, ATP1 A2,and C11 orf86) were significantly associated with the prognosis of TNBC patients, while three of them(ADCY5,CYP2 A7, and ATP1 A2) were involved in the hormone-related pathways. These findings indicated the vital role of the hormone-related genes in TNBC tumorigenesis and may provide some independent prognostic markers as well as novel therapeutic targets for TNBC. 展开更多

LIN9 functions to regulate cell mitotic process.Dysregulation of LIN9 expression is associated with development of human cancers.In this study we assessed the association of LIN9 expression with paclitaxel resistance and clarified the underlying mechanisms for the first time.LIN9 expression in breast cancer tissues was retrieved from publicly available online databases and statistically analyzed.Human TNBC cell lines MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 and their corresponding paclitaxelresistant sublines 231PTX and 468PTX were used to assess the expression of LIN9 by qRT-PCR and Western blot,cell growth by cell counting,cell viability by MTS assay,and cell apoptosis by flow cytometry.The data showed that high LIN9 expression in breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy was related to poor overall survival(OS).LIN9 expression was upregulated in paclitaxel-resistant TNBC cells compared to their parental cells.Knockdown of LIN9 or treatment of paclitaxel-resistant TNBC cells with a bromo-and extra-terminal domain inhibitor(BETi)JQ1 which also decreased LIN9 expression enhanced the sensitivity of paclitaxel-resistant TNBC cells to paclitaxel.Mechanistically,decreased LIN9 in resistant cell lines reduced tumor cell viability,promoted multinucleated cells formation and induced tumor cell apoptosis,potentially by directly regulating microtubule-binding protein CCSAP.In conclusion,high LIN9 expression contributed to poor clinical outcomes and paclitaxel resistance in TNBC and BETi,targeting LIN9 expression,could be a reversible drug for PTX-resistant TNBC patients. 展开更多

The triple-negative subtype of breast cancer(TNBC)has the bleakest prognosis,owing to its lack of either hormone receptor as well as human epidermal growth factor receptor 2.Henceforth,immunotherapy has emerged as the front-runner for TNBC treatment,which avoids potentially damaging chemotherapeutics.However,despite its documented association with aggressive side effects and developed resistance,immune checkpoint blockade continues to dominate the TNBC immunotherapy scene.These immune checkpoint blockade drawbacks necessitate the exploration of other immunotherapeutic methods that would expand options for TNBC patients.One such method is the exploitation and recruitment of natural killer cells,which by harnessing the innate rather than adaptive immune system could potentially circumvent the downsides of immune checkpoint blockade.In this review,the authors will elucidate the advantageousness of natural killer cell-based immuno-oncology in TNBC as well as demonstrate the need to more extensively research such therapies in the future. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection is predominantly acquired in childhood.When indicated,the most accepted treatment for H.pylori eradication in this age group is first-line triple therapy.However,the increasing resistance to clarithromycin and nitroimidazoles has been associated with treatment failure,and thus,alternative treatment regimens have been proposed.AIM To perform a systematic review of randomized controlled trials on treatment regimens for H.pylori infection in children.METHODS We surveyed relevant articles published in English from 2010 to April 2020 in the PubMed and MEDLINE databases.Keywords included“Helicobacter pylori“/”children or childhood“/”treatment or eradication.”The risk of bias was evaluated according to the Cochrane Handbook of Systematic Reviews for Interventions.RESULTS Among the 1144 records identified through the database,20 articles were selected.Four studies compared the eradication rates of H.pylori infection between standard triple therapies,changing only the main antibiotic used.Seven studies evaluated the effectiveness of standard triple therapy with the addition of probiotics.One study investigated the relationship between the effectiveness in the eradication rates of standard triple therapy and vitamin E levels.Six studies analyzed the eradication rates of sequential therapy.CONCLUSION The findings suggest that although standard triple therapy is the most recommended regimen for children by the current guidelines,other therapeutic schemes have shown promising results and may also be recommended for clinical practice in the future. 展开更多
