目的分析不同年资超声医师应用二维及三维经食管超声心动图(2D-TEE、3D-TEE)评估成年人继发孔型房间隔缺损(ASD)的差异性,并探讨3D-TEE的临床应用价值。方法对65例继发孔型ASD患者行2D-TEE和3D-TEE检查,双盲状态下分别由高年资超声医师... 目的分析不同年资超声医师应用二维及三维经食管超声心动图(2D-TEE、3D-TEE)评估成年人继发孔型房间隔缺损(ASD)的差异性,并探讨3D-TEE的临床应用价值。方法对65例继发孔型ASD患者行2D-TEE和3D-TEE检查,双盲状态下分别由高年资超声医师和低年资超声医师分析缺损边缘情况,并测量缺损最大径;同时对ASD最大径与封堵术中使用的封堵器型号进行相关性分析。结果低年资超声医师应用2D-TEE和3D-TEE测得ASD最大径分别为(20.07+5.99)mm和(20.20+6.42)mm,均低于高年资超声医师的测值[(21.61+7.04)mm和(22.60+6.66)mm],差异均有统计学意义(t =2.281、3.338,P =0.026、0.001)。低年资超声医师应用2D-TEE和3D-TEE测得ASD最大径与封堵器型号均呈正相关(r =0.847、0.862,P =0.000);高年资超声医师应用2D-TEE和3D-TEE测得ASD最大径与封堵器型号亦均呈正相关(r =0.870、0.878,P =0.000)。结论3D-TEE更有利于低年资超声医师掌握ASD最大径的测量方法,具有较好的临床应用价值。 展开更多

Photocatalysis has been known as a promising approach for hydrogen generation and a key measure in solving serious environmental problems. Different from traditional catalysts, such as ZnO and TiO2, two-dimensional (2D) materials display unique advantages to hydrogen production due to their large specific surface area, high charge migration rate, tunable electronic structure and ultra-lightweight [1]. Especially, 2D materials show short migration distance for the generated electrons and holes, leading to the reduction of electron-hole recombination, which is one of the key factors affecting photocatalytic efficiency [2-4]. 展开更多

Since the discovery of graphene in 2004, two-dimensional (2D) materials have attracted worldwide interest. They are proved to be the most promising materials for next generation electronic and optoelectronic devices, including transistor, photodetector, sensor, modulator and light-emitting diode. Defects, e.g. vacancies, adatoms, edges, grain boundaries, and substitutional impurities, are inevitable in 2D materials[1]. They will influence the performance of the materials in many aspects such as mechanical, electrical, optical and optoelectronic properties. For example, the presence of sulfur vacancies (SVs) leads to electron donor states within the electronic bandgap. This increases electron concentration and results in n-type characteristic in as-prepared MoS2. They could also give rise to hopping transport behavior in low carrier density and act as scattering centers to reduce the carrier mobility in MoS2. Thus, defect engineering, namely, eliminating the unfavorable defects and introducing beneficial defects is very meaningful, and would be a promising strategy to realize high performance electronic and optoelectronic devices based on 2D materials. 展开更多

The solid state single photon source is fundamental key device for application of quantum communication, quantum computing, quantum information and quantum precious metrology. After years of searching, researchers have found the single photon emitters in zero-dimensional quantum dots (QDs), one-dimensional nanowires, three-dimensional wide bandgap materials, as well as two-dimensional (2D) materials developed recently. Here we will give a brief review on the single photon emitters in 2D van der Waals materials. We will firstly introduce the quantum emitters from various 2D materials and their characteristics. Then we will introduce the electrically driven quantum light in the transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs)-based light emitting diode (LED). In addition, we will introduce how to tailor the quantum emitters by nanopillars and strain engineering, the entanglement between chiral phonons (CPs) and single photon in monolayer TMDs. Finally, we will give a perspective on the opportunities and challenges of 2D materials-based quantum light sources. 展开更多

A well-designed redox-active organic linker,pyrazine-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylate(H4pztc)with brimming active sites for lithium ions storage was utilized to construct coordination polymers(CPs)via a facile hydrothermal reaction.Those two isostructural two-dimensional(2D)CPs,namely[M2(pztc)(H2O)6]n(M=Co for 1 and Ni for 2),delivered excellent reversible capacities and stable cycling performance as anodes in lithium ion batteries.As demonstrated in electrochemical studies,1 and 2 can achieve highly reversible capacities of 815 and 536 mA h g-1at 200 mA g-1for 150 cycles,respectively,best performed for the reported2D-CP-based anode materials.The electrochemical mechanism studies showed that the remarkable performances can be ascribed to the synergistic Li-storage redox reactions of metal centers and organic moieties.Our work highlights the opportunities of using a well-designed organic ligand to construct low-dimensional CPs as new type of electrode materials for advanced lithium ion batteries. 展开更多

Lithium-oxygen batteries have attracted considerable interest in the past a few years, because they have higher theoretical specific energy than Li-ion batteries. However, the available en ergy den sities of the Li-O2 batteries are much less than expected. It is particularly urgent to find catalyst with high activity. Herein, a series of Co3O4 with differe nt morphologies (ordered two-dimensio nal porous nano sheets, flowerlike and cuboidlike) were successfully prepared through facile hydrothermal and calcinatio n methods. Ordered two-dime nsional Co3O4 nano sheets show the best cycling stability. Detailed experimental results reveal that the superiority of the unique two-dimensional uniform porous structures is vital for Li-O2 batteries cathode catalysts. Due to the ordered structures with high surface areas and active sites, the catalysts indicate a high specific discharge capacity of about 10,417 mAh/g at a current density of 200 mA/g, and steadily cycle for more than 50 times with a limited capacity of 1,000 mAh/g. 展开更多

The complex with a two-dimensional(2D) layer structure contains an infinite K-O ladder-shaped chain, which is connected through carboxyl and unusual nitro-coordination of Htdc– anion. Then the 2D layers are further extended by intermolecular hydrogen-bonding to form a three-dimensional(3D) supramoleculalr network. Variable temperature powder X-ray diffractions, thermogravimetric analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance studies exhibit that the compound has a thermal-induced decarboxylative behavior. 展开更多

Two-dimensional perovskite capping layer for stable and efficient tin-lead perovskite solar cells

Mixed tin-lead iodide perovskites exhibit the characteristics of low toxicity and improved light harvesting ability up to nearinfrared(NIR) spectral region, making them as an attractive alternative for traditional lead based perovskites. However, the performance of lead-based perovskites solar cells is still far inferior to their lead analogues owing to the unavoidable oxidation of Sn2+to Sn4+. Here we introduced two-dimensional(2D) perovskite on the top of three dimensional(3D) perovskite film as a capping layer to reduce the self-oxidation, and thus improved the device stability. 2D capping layer was then confirmed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analysis. The existence of the 2D protecting thin layer significantly reduce the spontaneous Sn2+oxidation, thus improve the device performance and reduce the hysteresis. The phenomena could be ascribed to the improved charge extraction efficiency causing by prohibited nonradiative recombination. On top of this, the photovoltaic devices based on conventional-structure configuration were fabricated. Taking advantage of the 2D capping layer, 2D/3D hybrid perovskite photovoltaic devices achieve a open-circuit voltage(Voc) of 0.77 V with short circuit current density(Jsc) of 26.60 mA cm-2, delivering the best-performing power conversion efficiency of 15.5%. Moreover, the 2D/3D perovskite devices maintained 60% its initial efficiency after 40 h exposed in air(humidity around 30%, temperature 22 °C),while 3D perovskite-based devices completely failed. 展开更多

Combining two-dimensional materials(which have tunable optical absorption and high carrier mobility) with organic materials(which are abundant with low cost, high flexibility and large-area scalability) to form thin-film heterojunctions, high-responsivity photodetectors could be predicted with fast response speed in a wide spectra region.In this review, we give a comprehensive summary of photodetectors based on two-dimensional materials and organic thin-film heterojunctions, which includes hybrid assisted enhanced devices, single-layer enhanced devices, vertical heterojunction devices and tunable vertical heterojunction devices. Two-dimensional(2D)materials have been demonstrated to exhibit unique properties originating from its 2D nature.In recent years,the construction of 2D materials has become a topic of great interest.This article summarizes the recent advance of 2D supramolecular organic frameworks(SOFs)which are homogeneously constructed in solution phase through self-assembly of rationally designed building blocks.These 2D SOFs are soluble and still maintain stable network structures in solutions,which exhibit uniqueness not only in structures but also in properties.In this concise review,the SOFs-related background is briefly introduced firstly,followed by outlining the research progress of soluble 2D SOFs from the perspective of monomer design,assembly,and structural characterization.The article ends with a personal outlook on the future development of this new class of supramolecular polymers. 展开更多

Nanoscale metal organic frameworks (NMOFs) with porous structure and inherent biodegradability are attractive nanomedicine platforms.In addition to conventional particulate NMOFs,two-dimensional (2D) NMOFs are emerging as a unique type of NMOFs which however have been relatively less explored for nanomedicine applications.Herein,2D NMOFs composed of Zn2+ and tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin (TCPP) are fabricated and functionalized with polyethylene glycol (PEG).Compared to their particulate counterpart,such 2D NMOFs show greatly increased drug loading capacity and enhanced light-triggered singlet oxygen production,promising for chemotherapy and photodynamic therapy (PDT),respectively.Utilizing the porphyrin structure of TCPP,our 2D NMOFs could be labeled with a diagnostic radioisotope,99mTc,for single photon emission computer tomography (SPECT) imaging,which reveals efficient tumor homing of those 2D NMOFs upon intravenous injection.While offering a remarkable synergistic in vivo antitumor effect for the combined chemo-PDT,such 2D NMOFs show efficient biodegradation and rapid renal clearance.Our work presents the great promise of 2D NMOFs for nanomedicine applications. 展开更多

A New Effect of Oxygen Plasma on Two-Dimensional Field-Effect Transistors:Plasma Induced Ion Gating and Synaptic Behavior

Previous studies have utilized various plasma treatments on two-dimensional materials. We find a new effect of plasma treatment. After controlled oxygen-plasma treatment on field-effect transistors based on two-dimensional SnSe2, the capacitive coupling between the silicon back gate and the channel through the 300 nm SiO2 dielectric can be dramatically enhanced by about two orders of magnitude(from 11 n F/cm^2 to 880 nF/cm^2), reaching good efficiency of ionliquid gating. At the same time, plasma treated devices show large hysteresis in the gate sweep demonstrating memory behavior. We reveal that this spontaneous ion gating and hysteresis are achieved with the assistance of a thin layer of water film automatically formed on the sample surface with water molecules from the ambient air, due to the change in hydrophilicity of the plasma treated samples. The water film acts as the ion liquid to couple the back gate and the channel. Thanks to the rich carrier dynamics in plasma-treated two-dimensional transistors, synaptic functions are realized to demonstrate short-and long-term memories in a single device. This work provides a new perspective on the effects of plasma treatment and a facile route for realizing neuromorphic devices. 展开更多

The Dabei gas field in the Kuqa Depression of the Tarim Basin is the most complex and deep continental condensate gas field in China. Comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography?time of flight mass spectrometer (GC×GC-TOFMS) analysis was conducted on five condensate oil samples from this field. The results show that the samples have n-alkane series in complete preservation and rich adamantanes. According to the methyladamantane index, the condensate oil is the product of the source rock with vitrinite reflectance (Ro) of 1.3%–1.6%. According to the gas maturity calculated through carbon isotope and vitrinite reflectance, the natural gas is corresponding to Ro of 1.3%–1.7%, reflecting that the natural gas and condensate oil are basically formed during the same period at the high maturity stage of source rock. The Dabei gas field has favorable geological conditions for hydrocarbon accumulation: thick salt rock in the Paleogene acts as a regional high-quality caprock directly overlying the high-quality sandstone reservoir of the Cretaceous, the coal source rocks have high hydrocarbon generation intensity and provide continuous oil and gas, and the subsalt thrust structures develop in rows with rich faults, providing migration pathways for oil and gas migration. These factors together controlled the formation of the Dabei gas field. 展开更多
